Mr. Andre Dahan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Comverse Technology, Inc., as well as a member of the Board of Directors. Before coming to Comverse, Mr. Dahan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Multimedia Services at AT&T Wireless. Previously, he served as President of North America and Global Accounts and in several other global executive positions for Dun & Bradstreet. In addition, Mr. Dahan previously served in a variety of senior executive positions with Teradata Corp., Sequent Computer Systems and S.E. Qual, an information technology consulting firm. He began his career as a database architect and held a variety of technical positions with MALAM, IAI and IBM. Mr. Dahan serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ulticom and Verint Systems, and as a director at Red Bend Software, which provides mobile software management solutions to mobile companies worldwide. He graduated from Hadassah College in Jerusalem with a degree in software engineering.

Eitan Achlow is President of the Comverse Asia Pacific (APAC) Division. He is responsible for managing sales and support activities for all Comverse products to telecommunication service providers operating in Asia and Australia, including: China, India, Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Prior to this position, Mr. Achlow served as Vice President and General Manager of the company's SMS Division for three years, during which time he significantly developed the division by expanding sales into new markets, including APAC countries. His responsibilities included development, marketing, delivery, support and P&L for the SMS product division. Mr. Achlow has held various other positions since joining the company in 1999 including AVP of the Signaling R&D Group where he was responsible for developing signaling solutions for all Comverse products. He was also Section Leader in the R&D Division where he was responsible for developing a VoIP solution for Comverse products. Mr. Achlow graduated with honors from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1991. He also holds an MBA degree in Finance (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.

Ramesh Barasia is the President of Comverse Americas, with overall responsibility for sales and marketing of all Comverse products to wireline and wireless operators in the United States, Canada, Caribbean, and South America. He also manages product units located in the US for the worldwide market. Prior to this responsibility, Dr. Barasia was the President of the Comverse Voice Solutions Division with responsibility for the company's line of wireline and wireless voice portal products, which include voice-activated dialing, voice-controlled voicemail, voice-controlled email and voice browsing. Before joining Comverse in January 2002, he was President of the Internet Content Delivery and Distribution business unit at Lucent Technologies in New Jersey, where he planned and executed Lucent's entry into the Internet content delivery market with products such as streaming gateways, caches (static, dynamic, streaming), and Layer 4/7 switches. From 1997 to 1999, he served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Home Wireless Networks, where he established and managed all marketing and business development activities for the start-up. His focus was on offering simple gateways that enable wireless multi-channel voice and high-speed Internet connectivity for SOHO, small business and power consumers.

Mr. Bunyan has more than 20 years of senior management experience. He was Senior Vice President of Mobile Multimedia Services at AT&T Wireless and was responsible for the consumer wireless data business. In this role he helped develop messaging, mobile internet, and other consumer services. He also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Dun & Bradstreet, and prior to that, as Executive Vice President of Marketing at Reuters Americas. Mr. Bunyan has also consulted for a number of venture-funded firms in wireless and other industries. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions with McGraw-Hill/Standard & Poor's and managed a marketing communications firm. He is a graduate of Stanford University.

Mr. Stephen Swad is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Comverse Technology, Inc. Before joining Comverse, Mr. Swad served as Chief Financial Officer of Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), and prior to that, as Chief Financial Officer of AOL. Previously, he held senior financial executive positions at Turner Entertainment Group and Time Warner, served as a partner at KPMG, and was Deputy Chief Accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Swad is a graduate of the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
