Mr. Bortoli joined Netcom Inc. in 1980 and has held various technical and management positions in all areas of Netcom's manufacturing facility. Mr. Bortoli served as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations from May 2004 until October of 2006. This included managing Netcom's global manufacturing operations in Wheeling USA, Greece, and China Operations. Mr. Bortoli became Vice President of Engineering in October of 2006 and manages the ongoing development of all engineering efforts at Netcom Inc.

Mike Lindquist, Vice President of Netcom, joined the company in 2004. Mr. Lindquist leads the sales department and is responsible for strategic account management. He has more than 21 years experience in the telecommunications sector in various positions including Technician, Project Manager, Account Manager, Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales. Mr. Lindquist is certified on numerous structured cable manufacturer products. Prior to joining Netcom, Mr. Lindquist was Vice President of Sales for Business Communications Contractors (BCC). He grew that business from $1M in 1988 to $27M in 2003. Mr. Lindquist sold his percentage ownership of the company to Black Box Corporation in 2000. Mr. Lindquist was responsible for the $32M structured cable sale to WinStar Corporation. Fifty (50) sites with a 100,000 sq. ft average each were cabled on-time and on-budget. At Mitre Corporation, he was awarded a $9M contract to cable three 250,000 sq. ft. buildings with approximately 3,500 outlets each. All outlets included a four-port Cat 6 and two port fiber jack. Mr. Lindquist was responsible for Dynalectric choosing Netcom for the Defense Intelligence Agency headquarters building. This $5.3M project utilized a Corning fiber and Berk-Tek/Ortronics Cat 6 copper solution. Mr. Lindquist is a member of the International Facility Manager Association (IFMA) where he has chaired several committees and the Industry Advisory Council (IAC). He was Co-Chair of the Steve Buckhantz St. Jude Children's Golf Classic from 1997- 2001. The tournament raised more than $1M for the hospital during his tenure as Co-Chairman. Mike has been married for ten years and is the father of one child who is four years old.

Mr. Rashid is the head of Netcom's global Quality Assurance for the USA, Greece and China facilities. Mr. Rashid is a certified Lead Auditor of ISO 9001-2000 and TS 16949. In this position, he is responsible for managing all ISO 9001-2000 Quality systems and inspection operations at Netcom. Mr. Rashid has several years of experience in the Quality field and has received certifications in almost all fields of Quality Systems and Quality Engineering. He is an accomplished trainer of quality assurance and engineering tools at all levels of management. Mr. Rashid graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago with a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering.

An industry veteran of fourteen years, Mr. Beck brings experience shaping the growth of IP infrastructure and communications industry. Mr. Beck has held positions of increasing responsibility with companies such as Critical Path, Netcom (acquired by EarthLink), Global Center (acquired by Exodus), and Genuity (acquired by Level 3 Communications) and most recently as Chief Operating Officer at Pandora Networks, a leading VoIP messaging company where he managed marketing, sales and field support in the U.S. and U.K. Prior to joining Pandora Networks, he founded the consulting firm, Top Bunk Consulting, providing sales, marketing and operations consulting services to, among others, Click Commerce and Aurema. Mr. Beck has managed zero to multi-million dollar growth, multi-national product launches and field operations across North America, Central-Latin America, Asia-Pacific and European regions. He frequently lectures to corporations and business schools on ethics and integrity in the workplace. Mr. Beck earned his BA in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley . He has served on several non-profit boards and is an active volunteer for the National Multiple Sclerosis and is a working member of the Screen Actors Guild.
Ramesh is a Silicon Valley veteran in the computer networking circles. He has worked at numerous successful startups which went public like Alantec and Shasta Networks. Ramesh was a principal technologist at Assured Access which was bought out by Alcaltel. He has also worked at 3Com, Tahoe Networks and is presently working for Net.com on Broadband remote access server and ATM switch. His experience in networking arena includes Mobile IP, Broad Band and Narrow Band Access Servers, high performance multi-port ethernet/FDDI/ATM enterprise switch. Ramesh has a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Tulane University, New Orleans.
