NetManage

Mr. Alon is the founder of NetManage, Inc. and has served as its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer since the Company's formation in 1990. From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Alon was President of Halley Systems, a manufacturer of network equipment. He previously held management positions at Sytek, Inc., a networking company and served as Manager of the Strategic Business Group for Architecture, Graphics and Data Communications at Intel Corporation. Mr. Alon holds a Bachelors of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.

Mr. Bennett joins the NetManage team from Clear Technology where he held the position of senior vice president of sales and marketing. Previously, he was vice president of International Sales at HandySoft where he directed all sales programs and sales teams for operations in Asia Pacific, EMEA and Latin America. Mr. Bennett's extensive international IT industry experience also includes positions as the vice president of Worldwide Channel Sales at FileNet, vice president of Sales at Vision Solutions, director of Strategic Markets at Silvon Software Inc. and director of Worldwide Midrange Sales at StorageTek.

Adel Francis is a hands-on professional with proven abilities in strategic planning, managing projects, efficiency of operations, and team building. His extensive technology experience includes key positions at Viacore, NetManage, Orion Scientific Systems and Specialized Systems. Francis was instrumental in defining and implementing technology solutions while building technical alliances with Fortune 500 companies. As a key executive, Francis is responsible for defining product direction, building business alliances and implementing solutions based on customer feedback. Francis studied business management, computer science and financial accounting at Loyola Marymount University and University of Phoenix, where he earned a BS degree.

Prior to Santa Cruz Networks, Itzik was a veteran of WebEx Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: WEBX) the Web Meeting Applications Company. As an early employee at WebEx, Itzik reported to the Office of the CEO. He was involved with the funding and IPO processes, and spearheaded many of the company's most strategic deals. Prior to WebEx, Itzik was Sr. Director of Business Development at Fujitsu, heading up the Software OEM Business. Cohen's previous positions include Director Business Development at NetManage Inc. At NetManage he led the Advanced Technology team focusing on collaborative technology. As a professional basketball player in Europe, Itzik played for Maccabi Tel Aviv, the Euroleague champion for the past two years. A native of Israel, he served in the Israeli Air force.

Mr Bosch has served as a director of NetManage since 1991. From 1981 until 1999, Mr. Bosch served as a general partner with Bay Partners, a venture capital firm. In 1976, he co-founded Cronus Precision Products, Inc., a digital timing company, and served as its President and CEO until 1981. In 1970, Mr. Bosch co-founded Anixter, Bosch and Russell, a consulting firm specializing in marketing and sales consulting for high technology companies and in technical venture analysis for the venture capital community. Mr. Bosch is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he received a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering and an M.B.A. in International Trade.

Uzia Galil has been a Board member of the USISTF since its inception by President B. Clinton and Prime Minister Y. Rabin. A graduate of the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (BSc -1947) and Purdue University in the USA (MScEE -1953), he was the founder of Elron Electronic Industries Ltd., and served as Chief Executive Officer of the company from1962-1999. In 1999, Uzia Galil founded Uzia Initiatives and Management Ltd. and is presently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company, with the mission of helping regional innovations to become a global success by leveraging the experience and the global network of its management team and its partners worldwide. He continues to serve as Chairman of Zoran Corp., Director in Partner Communications Ltd., Orbotech Ltd. and NetManage Inc. Uzia is also the founder of the Galil Center for Telemedicine and Medical Informatics, at the Technion's Bruce Rapaport Faculty of Medicine in Haifa Uzia Galil has been awarded Honorary Doctorate degrees from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (1977), The Weizman Institute of Science (1991), Polytechnic University New York (1995), Ben Gurion University (1999) and the Solomon Bublick Prize Laureate from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2003) and Outstanding Electrical and Computer Engineer Award by the Purdue University, USA (2006). In 1997 he was awarded the prestigious Israel Prize for his contribution to the development of the Israel hi-tech industry.
