Gil Kirkpatrick, NetPro's Chief Technical Officer, is an expert in the design and development of large-scale distributed software for enterprise networks. Kirkpatrick is the recipient of a 2005 Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award and has more than 26 years of software development expertise. He is a recognized authority and renowned speaker on commercial network directories, including Banyan StreetTalk, Novell eDirectory and Microsoft Active Directory. In his previous position as NetPro's Director of Engineering, Kirkpatrick was responsible for the development of NetPro's directory management products and served as the architect and lead engineer for the Company's flagship product, DirectoryAnalyzer. Kirkpatrick joined NetPro in 1994 when his company, High Technology Systems, was acquired by NetPro. Kirkpatrick is the author of Active Directory Programming, published by MacMillan USA.

Tyler provides NetPro with more than a decade of financial and accounting experience and expertise. Prior to joining NetPro, Hanson served as CFO for Valley software firm Apriva, where he oversaw all financial, legal, human resources, manufacturing, and distribution operations. Prior to his tenure at Apriva, Tyler served as Vice President of Finance for Homebid.com, an Internet real estate service company acquired by Homestore.com in February 2001. Tyler got his start in finance working for KPMG, LLP for more than six years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from the University of Arizona, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Hanson is also an active member of the Fiesta Bowl committee.

Brad joined NetPro in 2003, bringing more than 16 years of network and IT experience. Previous to NetPro, he served as Director of Pre-Sales Consulting at Quest Software, where he directed the pre-sales consulting team and worked extensively with the Microsoft business unit on product direction and go-to-market strategies. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hibbert has also served as Manager of E-commerce Technology at Euler American Credit Indemnity and has held various consulting and IT analyst positions for both commercial and government accounts. Brad has traveled extensively to present conceptual and IT vision sessions, as well as sales and marketing presentations at trade shows and seminars throughout the world. In addition to an M.B.A, Mr. Hibbert holds many professional certifications including his MCSE, MCSD, MCDBA, CNE 5.0, and CCNA.

Christine joined NetPro in 1997 with more than 15 years of communications and marketing experience. At NetPro, she is responsible for customer satisfaction, press, analyst and investor relations, internal communications, and the industry-leading Directory Experts Conference. McDermott came to NetPro from the telecommunications industry, where she drove key marketing initiatives for both national and international long distance carriers. A former journalist, McDermott launched her career as a writer and editor, working for such respected publications as Entrepreneur and Mutual Funds magazines. She holds a B.A. from the University of Denver.

A recent addition to the Microsoft team, Anthony Morgante is a Technical Solutions Professional specializing in Directories and Identities technologies. Prior to Microsoft he worked for Ernst & Young as a lead architect for its Active Directory Infrastructure, and most recently the firm's MIIS/ADAM global implementation. Anthony was the technical lead and project manager in deploying a global, centralized identity management solution in order to provide Single Sign capabilities as well as establish a true central meta directory for the firm. Prior to Ernst & Young, Anthony was the technology Site manager at one of Citibank's largest check processing centers in the nation located in Englewood Cliffs NJ. Prior to Citibank Anthony supervised the Fedwire Network Services helpdesk for the Federal Reserve Bank of NY. His team supported all the primary broker dealers during US treasury auctions and over 800 bank branches nationally.

Brent Harman is a Sr. Systems Consultant, specialized in Directory and Infrastructure services. Previous to NetPro, Brent was Director of Strategic Marketing at BindView Corporation, as well as leading product teams implementing Regulatory Compliance solutions. Brent held positions in various groups during 15 years at Compaq Computer Corporation, including International Market Development, where he was Technical Director for Latin America and IT, where he was Sr. Corporate Systems Architect for Enterprise Computing.

Christopher Exline, Director of System Consultants, leads an international team of pre-sales consultants that are experts at managing the health, security and control of directory and infrastructure services. Christopher joined NetPro in 2004 with more than 10 years of hands-on experience providing IT consulting services to U.S. and international companies. Prior to his career at NetPro, Christopher was a Senior Consultant at Accenture on supply chain and ERP projects. His areas of expertise include Technical Architecture Design and Implementation, Performance Testing, Systems Integration and Delivery, Data Conversion and Cleansing and Supply Chain Planning and Optimization.

Mark Foust is a Directory & Identity Management Technical Specialist for the Greater Southeast District of Microsoft. Mark came from Novell where he architected and consulted some of the largest NDS customers in the world. In his 6 years at Microsoft he's written or contributed to 3 technical books around Directory Services and Server Administration as well as worked in consulting, support and pre-sales technical roles. He's a frequent speaker at events and has more than a decade of enterprise architecture expertise in server and directory service platforms. His certifications include MCSE, MCNE & CISSP.

Sanjay Upadhyaya is the Director, Global Alliance - Microsoft. Sanjay has more than 20 years of experience building organizations, developing people, focusing on high customer satisfaction, driving revenue, increasing market share and selling and delivering high quality services. Upadhyaya drives NetPro's overall strategic direction with Microsoft, driving joint business development initiatives, planning and product development at both corporate and field levels. Upadhyaya has held positions with marquee organizations including IBM, Novell and HP where he develop industry-leading and recognized customer service offerings and systems as well as innovative reselling channel partner programs in Europe and the United States. Upadhyaya received a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Control Systems from the University of Coventry, England in 1985.

Alan joined Microsoft in 1996 as a member of Microsoft Consulting Services group. Since then, he has worked with some of the largest companies in the world designing and building high performance infrastructures. Alan is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer and an expert on the Microsoft Solutions Framework, an IT project management framework designed to assist IT and software development professionals plan, develop, and deliver technology solutions. He has also consulted for several Microsoft business groups and participated in the development of the Windows Systems Server Reference Architecture and the Microsoft Security Risk Management Discipline. Alan is also one of the first individuals certified in the Microsoft Certified Architect program as an Infrastructure Architect. Currently he is working in Microsoft Enterprise Services with the role of an Enterprise/Senior Architect. He graduated from University of California - Davis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. After college, he worked for seven years as a software engineer and systems analyst prior to joining Microsoft. Alan, his wife Rachel Stone and daughter Lilian currently reside in the San Francisco Bay area. Alan enjoys bicycling, running, hiking, music, and a gourmet meal with a nice glass of wine.

Eric Savoldi is an Architectural Account Technology Specialist with Microsoft Corporation where he has been employed for 13 years. His primary responsibility is to help customers meet their business challenges by leveraging Microsoft products and technologies. He is also the Infrastructure Optimization Lead for the Desert Mountain District which is a systematic approach to helping organizations drive costs out of their infrastructure, enabling IT to become less of a cost center and more of a business enabler and strategic asset. Eric is also a CISSP and ensures that his customers operate a secure Microsoft environment by helping with patch management, implementing a defense-in-depth strategy, and sharing knowledge of Microsoft security solutions. Eric has received many accolades including an Industry Star Award for Retail and Hospitality, a CPE Champion, and a prestigious Microsoft Achievement Award. Eric's other roles at Microsoft have been serving as a Regional Technology Director, Knowledge Management Technology Solution Professional, Enterprise Strategy Consultant, and a Principal Consultant in Microsoft Consulting Services. Eric received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 1988 where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Leon Harris is an Infrastructure Microsoft Technology Specialist with emphasis on Active Directory and Identity Management solutions. Leon focuses on all Windows Server products as well as solutions leveraging active directory for identity management. Leon has 20 years experience within IT with 17 years spent within telecommunications. Leon's experience stretches as early on as a developer and senior system engineer in Telco to 6 years focusing as a Solutions Architect and Consultant at Compaq/HP on various Microsoft Server products. Leon has provided technical pre-sales and post-sales consulting to several telecommunication customers on various HPQ products including Servers, Software, Storage Array Networks and storage array technologies. Leon had also spent 1 years at EMC as a Advisory Technical Consultant focused as a Champion and performance guru within the field for CLARiiON arrays as well as Microsoft Windows solutions. Leon holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science with emphasis on business as well as several certifications on Microsoft, HP and EMC technology solutions.

Michelle Schneegass is a Management Technology Specialist for Microsoft. She focuses on systems management of core infrastructure including Active Directory. Michelle's specialties include Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM), Systems Management Server (SMS), and related Microsoft systems management solutions under the System Center suite. Prior to joining Microsoft, Michelle managed IT infrastructure at a global software development company. In her 7+ years in IT, she has lead global Active Directory deployments and migrations, and worked with key customers as an expert resource to diagnose and resolve Active Directory related issues.

Mike Kellogg lives in Chanhassen, Minnesota with his wife Michelle and their daughter Katelyn. Mike was born in Iowa and move to the St. Paul / Minneapolis area when he was 10. He received a Bachelors Degree from the University of St. Thomas in 1990. Mike worked for Honeywell Inc from 1990 1996 where he focused on Macintosh and UNIX administration, then moved to Project Planning and tracking finally managing projects under the overarching "Branch Automation Project." In 1996, he moved to a start-up consulting firm where he was a senior consultant focused on Windows Server and OpenServer UNIX integration in small business and non-profit organizations. In 2000, he joined Microsoft. He is a Technology Specialist focused on Microsoft's core infrastructure products including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Integration Server and the Management Technologies. While at Microsoft Mike received the "Distinguished Associate Technology Specialist Award" and has worked on several projects outside of his Server Technology Specialist Role. These include; leading the TabletPC Field Trials from 2000 2002 and the "Office for Macintosh" Beta Trials in 2004. When Mike isn't working on computer systems, you can find him at home with his family or walking the trout streams of Southern Minnesota and western Wisconsin. He and his family enjoy fishing, swimming and good football games.

Rob joined Microsoft in January of 2000 and has been involved in the support and deployment of Windows Server and Active Directory since that time. During that time he's been involved in global deployments reaching 1000+ domain controllers and 100,000+ users. Before joining Microsoft, Rob spent time as a System Administrator, Consultant, and trainer in the enterprise. During that time, Rob got exposure to everything from DOS to Windows NT on the desktop and Banyan Vines to Windows NT on the servers. Rob is a current MCSE and CISSP.

Steve Whiteman has served as a director of the Company since May 1997. Mr. Whiteman currently serves as the President and CEO of Intesource, an Internet-based procurement service specifically for the food industry. From June 2000 to October 2000, Mr. Whiteman served as acting chief executive officer and acting chief financial officer of Unify. Previously, Mr. Whiteman served at different times as president, chief executive officer and director, and chairman of the board of directors of Viasoft, Inc. ("Viasoft"), a publicly traded software products and services company. Mr. Whiteman is also a director of Intesource, Actuate Corporation, and Netpro.
