Alan Shapiro is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of NetRatings and is responsible for the company's legal affairs in the United States and abroad, including securities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, privacy, litigation and intellectual property. Mr. Shapiro joined NetRatings in 2002. Prior to NetRatings, Mr. Shapiro was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Jupiter Media Metrix, having joined the company in early 2000 as Vice President and General Counsel of Jupiter Communications. Previously, Mr. Shapiro spent 3 years as a corporate associate with the law firms of Brobeck, Phlegher & Harrison LLP and Dechert LLP. He holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D. from UCLA.

Susan Hickey is Senior Vice President of NetRatings, responsible for the company's Marketing, Investor Relations and Human Resources functions. Ms. Hickey joined NetRatings in 2002 as Vice President of Investor Relations. From 1997 to 2002, Ms. Hickey was with Media Metrix, which became Jupiter Media Metrix, where her last assignment was Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. From 1988 to 1997, Ms. Hickey held numerous sales and corporate marketing positions with AT&T. Ms. Hickey is a graduate of Virginia Tech.

James is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for VNU's Media Measurement and Information Group, and serves on its executive board. He has overall financial responsibilities for the multiple business units in media and entertainment measurement. In addition, James is a board member of NetRatings. Previously, he was senior vice president and CFO for Nielsen Media Research, part of the VNU MMI Group. O'Hara joined VNU in 1998 as chief financial officer for VNU Marketing Information.

Jerrell Shelton has served on Solera’s Board of Directors since April 2007. From June 2004 to May 2006, Mr. Shelton was the Chairman and CEO of Wellness, Inc., a provider of advanced, integrated hospital and clinical environments. Prior to that, he served as CEO of IBM’s WebFountain. From October 1998 to October 1999, Mr. Shelton was Chairman, President and CEO of NDC Holdings II, Inc. Between October 1996 and July 1998, he was President and CEO of Continental Graphics Holdings, Inc. And from October 1991 to July 1996, Mr. Shelton served as President and CEO of Thomson Business Information Group. He is currently a director of NetRatings, Inc., a provider of Internet audience measurement and analysis. Mr. Shelton has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
