It provides two-way data messaging and position reporting services for transportation companies, private fleets, construction equipment fleets, and other enterprise companies. It markets in North America, Europe, Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. The company has 2005 revenue of about $5.7 billion and employs about 9,300 people.
