CLYDE A. HEINTZELMAN has served as a director of our company since December 1998, and is chairman of the board’s audit committee and a member of the corporate governance committee. Mr. Heintzelman served as the chairman of the board of Optelecom, Inc., from February 2000 to June 2003 and as its interim president and chief executive officer from June 2001 to January 2002.
