James Ousley has been a director of the Company since April 2004. Mr. Ousley served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vytek Corporation, a wireless integration company, from September 2000 until Vytek was acquired by the Company effective April 12, 2004. CLYDE A. HEINTZELMAN has served as a director of our company since December 1998, and is chairman of the board’s audit committee and a member of the corporate governance committee.
