Kurt Cavano is Chairman and CEO of TradeCard, Inc. In addition to these responsibilities, he works with large corporations on optimizing their business processes through the wide range of services offered by TradeCard. Previously, Mr. Cavano was a Vice President at American Management Systems, an international business and information technology consulting firm. He managed the Corporate Banking Practice of the AMS Finance Industry Group. Mr. Cavano has more than 20 years of experience assisting corporations to improve their performance through the intelligent application of technology. He received a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from New York University.

Guy Rey-Herme is the President of TradeCard, Inc. Mr. Rey-Herme previously served as Executive Vice President of the International Trade Bank at Bank of America. While there, he supervised the implementation of a global systems platform. Mr. Rey-Herme brings nearly 25 years of financial services experience to TradeCard, including senior management positions with international consumer and credit card businesses at Citicorp.

Nestor Zwyhun leads the product development at TradeCard as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Previously, he was Director of Technology for the Corporate Banking Practice at American Management Systems. While at AMS, Mr. Zwyhun led the development of mission critical e-commerce and Internet solutions for many large international banks, including American Express Bank, NationsBank (now merged with Bank of America), and Royal Bank of Canada.

Barry Lites is Senior Vice President, Financial Services and General Counsel for TradeCard, overseeing all of the company's legal matters, including corporate, finance, employment, litigation, as well as the development and management of TradeCard's intellectual property portfolio. In addition to his legal responsibilities, Mr. Lites also develops new relationships and manages existing relationships with financial services partners on the TradeCard Platform. Working with these partners, Mr. Lites structures innovative financial services for the benefit of TradeCard's corporate members around the world. Prior to joining TradeCard, Mr. Lites. a graduate of the Harvard Law School, practiced law for 15 years, first, in private practice at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and, later, at Weil Gotshal & Manges and then, as Senior Counsel within several businesses at GE Capital in New York City and Stamford, Connecticut.

Gary Schneider is Senior Vice President, Global Accounts. He leads TradeCard's relationship management team to ensure that every customer rollout is a success, and that each customer maximizes the value potential from implementing TradeCard. Previously Mr. Schneider was a Senior Principal at American Management Systems in their Corporate Banking Practice. While at AMS, he was responsible for managing software implementations for many large international banks, including Bank of America, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Barclays Bank. Mr. Schneider has over 18 years of experience in assisting corporations in realizing significant benefits through the use of information technology.

Ken Mizera is a Senior Vice President at TradeCard, managing the Solutions Development, Professional Services, Production Support and Quality Assurance teams. He is responsible for the development and implementation of supply chain and financial synchronization solutions, closely working with clients to improve margin, cash flow, and visibility in their supply chain operations. Prior to joining TradeCard, Mr. Mizera held the position of Senior Vice President of International Trade Operations at Bank of America. In that position, he successfully managed several bank merger consolidation efforts as well as implemented a number of new international trade technology solutions while managing multiple trade processing operational sites. He has more than 20 years of banking experience, concentrated in the areas of International Trade and Corporate Banking.

Marshall Gordon is Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing. He leads TradeCard's consultative sales team in identifying solutions to improve performance of clients' financial supply chains. Prior to joining TradeCard, Mr. Gordon spent seven years with SAP, most recently as Industry Executive for Retail, Apparel and Footwear. His nearly two decades of experience in these verticals also include senior management positions with Textile Consulting Group and Crystal Mills. Respected for his experience applying technology to supply chain challenges and opportunities, Mr. Gordon has worked with many top global brands and retailers in driving efficiency, agility, and transparency into their strategic global sourcing models. He is a frequently requested speaker and maintains continuous dialogue with supply chain executives, academics, consultants and industry analysts.

John Strong is General Counsel of TradeCard, overseeing the company's legal affairs worldwide, including corporate, employment, litigation, and intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience representing technology companies and financial institutions, both in the United States and abroad. Prior to TradeCard, Mr. Strong worked at Brown, Raysman, Felder & Steiner LLP, Lucent Technologies and Citigroup.

Mr. Terracciano is chairman of SLM Corp., since January 2008. He was formerly president of First Union Corporation (now Wachovia), chairman and chief executive officer of First Fidelity Bank Corporation, president and chief operating officer of Mellon Bank, vice chairman of Chase Manhattan Bank, and non-executive chairman of both The Dime Bank and Riggs National Corporation. He currently also serves on the Board of Directors of Sovereign Bank. Chairman of Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Strategy Committee.

Sumner also served as president and CEO of Alphablox, where she grew the company from $5 million to $25 million in two years. Sumner also held several different positions at Oracle from 1987 to 1999, including vice president and senior vice president roles in sales and alliances. Earlier in her 30-year technology career, Sumner worked at McDonnell Douglas and IBM. Sumner holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the Northern Arizona University and a Master of Science from the American Graduate School of International Management. "
