Nicole Belson Goluboff is a lawyer who regularly writes and speaks on the legal implications of telework. She is the author of "The Law of Telecommuting," which concerns the legal consequences of telecommuting for both employers and employees. Goluboff is an advisory board member of the Telework Coalition and past chair of the Subcommittee on Telecommuting of the ABA Young Lawyers Division Women in the Profession Committee. She has practiced as a telecommuting litigator with the New York law firm of Kostelanetz & Fink and as an office-based litigator with the New York law firm of Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman. Goluboff earned her JD in 1990 from the Columbia University School of Law.
