Robert Yung is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at PMC-Sierra. Dr. Yung has over twenty years of experience in the technology and semiconductor industry. Prior to joining PMC-Sierra Dr. Yung was a Founding Partner of GSR Ventures, an early-stage private equity technology fund focusing on semiconductor design, wireless and Internet services in China and the USA. Previously, Dr. Yung held various CTO positions within Intel Corporation, including Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise Processors and Chief Technology Officer for the Communications Products Group. Prior to joining Intel, Dr. Yung was the Chief Technology Officer for Sun Microsystems in Asia. In 2002, Dr. Yung was named to the National Committee of US-China Relation's Fellow during the inaugural Young Leader Forum. Dr. Yung earned his BA, MS and PhD degrees in electrical engineering and computer science at the University of California at Berkeley.

Mark Stibitz is the vice president and general manager of PMC-Sierra's Enterprise and Storage Division. Mr. Stibitz has over twenty-five years of experience in the technology and semiconductor industry. Prior to joining PMC-Sierra in December 2001, Mr. Stibitz was the vice president and general manager at Agere Systems and oversaw the communications IC and system-level products. Previously, Mr. Stibitz held general management positions at Lucent Technologies Microelectronics Group and at AT&T Microelectronics. He also held a variety of technical and marketing management positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories.

O. Daryn Lau has served as PMC-Sierra's Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Technology Office since September 2008. Mr. Lau was Senior Vice President at Applied Micro Circuits Corporation from November 2005 to September 2008 and Vice President and General Manager, Communications Business Unit from May 2005 to October 2005. In October 1999, Mr. Lau co-founded ZettaCom where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from October 1999 to April 2004. ZettaCom was acquired by IDT in May 2004.

Travis Karr has served as PMC-Sierra's Vice President and General Manager of the Communication Products Division since January 2009. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Vice President of Marketing of the Enterprise Storage Division from 2006 until August 2008 when he started to transition to his current duties. Mr. Karr joined PMC-Sierra in 1996. Earlier positions held include Director of Product Marketing for storage products from 2003 to 2006 and, prior to 2003, Marketing Manager for communications products.

James Diller, Sr. was a founder of PMC-Sierra, Inc., or PMC, serving as PMC's CEO from 1983 to July 1997 and president from 1983 to July 1993. He has been a director of PMC since its formation in 1983. Diller was chairman of PMC's board of directors from July 1993 until February 2000, when he became vice chairman. He also serves as a director of Intersil Corporation, and is the chairman of the board of Summit Microelectronics.

Brian Holden is the Vice President and Chair Person of the Technical Working Group for the HyperTransport Consortium. He is also Director of Standards for PMC-Sierra, Inc. As Chair of the Technical Working Group, Brian is responsible for managing and directing all developments of the HyperTransport specification. At PMC-Sierra, he is responsible for directing the activities between the company and industry standard groups. Brian has worked in the communications industry for 21 years, serving as the CTO of Integrated Telecom Technologies, Inc., the CEO of Network Synthesis, Inc., and as a Manager and Co-Founder of StrataCom, Inc. He has worked in many standards efforts including IEEE 802.17 and various ATM Forum specifications. Brian holds 17 U.S. patents including StrataCom's original patents. He has also helped to architect and to develop many significant products including the NSI/IgT/PMC AAl1gator and the StrataCom IPX. Brian earned an MBA with graduate studies in Computer Science from Cornell University and a BSEE with highest honors from U.C. Davis.

Marc Ghobriel is a product line manager at PMC-Sierra’s Service Provider Division and is responsible for the SONET/SDH transport framers. Prior to joining the marketing group, he was a member of the company's transport framer development design team.

Frank Marshall served as interim Chief Executive Officer of Covad Communications Group from November 2000 until July 2001. He now serves as a member of the board of directors for PMC-Sierra and several other private companies. Previously, Frank was Vice President, General Manager of Cisco Systems Inc.'s Core Products Business Unit, and he has also served as Vice President of Engineering for Cisco. He is a member of the technical advisory Board of Interwest Partners and is a Venture Partner at Sequoia Capital.

Mr. Wilks has been a director of PMC since August 2001. Since September 2001, he has been a management consultant and advisor. From October 2000 to September 2001, Mr. Wilks served as Executive Vice President, Internet Business Development and Chief Strategy Officer of Qwest Communications International, Inc., a telecommunications company. From February 1998 to October 2000, Mr. Wilks served as President, Internet and Multimedia Markets of Qwest Communications and from October 1997 to February 1998, he served as President, Business Markets of Qwest Communications. From June 1996 to September 1997, Mr. Wilks served as President of GTE Communications.

Raphael Sankar has served as PMC-Sierra's Vice President of Marketing of the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) Division since December 2008. Prior to this position he was Vice President Worldwide Sales at Broadlight. Mr. Sankar was previously employed in leadership positions at Memlink, Optichrom, ECI Telecom and Vsoft.

Mr. Kurtz has been a director of PMC since April 2003 and serves as Audit Committee Chairperson. Mr. Kurtz joined Bloom Energy, a developer of fuel cell systems for on-site power generation, as Chief Financial Officer in March 2008. From September 2005 to March 2008, Mr. Kurtz served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Novellus Systems, Inc., a global semiconductor equipment company. From March 2004 until August 2005, Mr. Kurtz served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Engenio Information Technologies, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of high-performance modular enterprise storage systems. From July 2001 to February 2004, Mr. Kurtz served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of 3PARdata, Inc., a data storage company. From August 1998 to June 2001, Mr. Kurtz served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Scient Corporation, a provider of professional services. From July 1983 to August 1998, Mr. Kurtz served in various capacities at AT&T, including Vice President of Cost Management and Chief Financial Officer of AT&T's Business Markets Division. Prior to joining AT&T, he worked at Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Kurtz is a certified public accountant.

Rick Belluzzo, chairman and chief executive officer of Quantum, joined the company in September 2002 and is responsible for its overall business strategy and direction. Since Belluzzo came to Quantum, the company has taken a number of steps to enhance its leadership in backup, recovery and archive, strengthen its underlying foundation and provide long-term value to customers and shareholders. These steps include making three acquisitions, launching a wide range of innovative new products, creating greater operational efficiencies, improving Quantum's balance sheet, and reducing costs. Before joining Quantum, Belluzzo was president and chief operating officer of Microsoft Corp. During his tenure at Microsoft, he also served as group vice president of the Personal Services and Devices Group and group vice president for the Consumer Group. Prior to Microsoft, Belluzzo was chief executive officer of Silicon Graphics Inc. Before his tenure at SGI, Belluzzo was executive vice president of the computer organization at Hewlett-Packard Co. In total, he was at HP for 23 years and held numerous positions in finance and marketing during that time. Belluzzo also serves on the board of PMC-Sierra and JDS Uniphase as well as the board of trustees for Golden Gate University.
