Michael Stone is the Vice President of Land and graduated from the University of Calgary in 1973 with a B.Comm. Mike spent the first seven years of his career at Amoco Canada, rising to the rank of Division Landman. Mike then joined Turbo Resources as Land Manager, which eventually became North Canadian Oils. During his ten years at Turbo/NCO Mike held various positions of increasing responsibility with his last role being Vice President Corporate Relations and Corporate Secretary. In 1992, Mike left NCO to start a successful consulting firm which, amongst other things, provided its clients with expertise in all aspects of petroleum land management, including negotiations and asset rationalization. Mike joined the company in 2005.

A physician with specialty training in psychiatry, Dr. Rickhi is the Research Chair at CINIM. He is a Clinical Associate Professor with the University of Calgary in the Faculty of Medicine and the vice-president of the Canadian Medical Acupuncture Society. He has trained in various levels of ayurvedic medicine (developed in India), traditional Chinese medicine, Tibetan medicine, German biological medicine, acupuncture, ryodaraku (Japanese medicine) and homeopathy. Dr. Rickhi has studied Spirituality and Eastern philosophy. He has been an appointed advisor to Health Canada on complementary therapies and a past collaborator with the World Health Organization.

Beth Parrott is a full-time Instructor for the Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies Program, Faculty of Education, University of Calgary. She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Michigan State University and her graduate work was completed in Education Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology and Rehabilitation Studies. Her areas of interest are professional practice, children with special needs, rehabilitation management, and reflective practice. Beth has been instrumental in developing and coordinating the distance education community of learners program across Canada on an ongoing basis. She is also the undergraduate student advisor for the program. Prior to joining the CRDS Program at University of Calgary, Beth worked at the Alberta Children's Hospital for 12 years in the Department of Child and Youth Care in Preschool Services and the Dr. Gordon Townsend School as a frontline worker, supervisor and director. Beth is a member of the Canadian Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and holds a Registered Rehabilitation Professional designation. She has held the position of Treasurer for CARP Alberta for the past 4 years. She has also been a member of the Council for Exceptional Children for the past 20 years.

Carla is a part-time practicum coordinator and sessional instructor for the Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies Program, Faculty of Education, University of Calgary. She holds BA in psychology from the University of Saskatchewan and an M.Ed from the University of Calgary, Graduate Division of Educational Research with a specialization in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies. Her graduate exit paper was titled "Friends as a source of social support for older persons". Her main areas of interest include aging/gerontology, informal supports, community development and value-based training. Carla is also the co-founder and co-director of Connecting Generations Ltd. A non-profit organization dedicated to helping seniors maintain relationships by assisting them to develop informal networks, valued roles and activities. Connecting Generations also helps people find alternatives to traditional services and assists families in finding and accessing community resources. Prior to joining the CRDS Program Carla worked in the area of Supported Employment for 10 years. She held a number of positions at the Progressive Alternatives Society of Calgary from 1991-2002 including Board Member, Executive Director, Resource Coordinator and Employment Facilitator. Carla, and her husband Arne, have shared their home with a man with a developmental disability since 1997. Carla has served on a number of committees throughout her career and currently holds memberships in a variety of professional associations. She is a member of the Canadian Association for Rehabilitation Professionals and is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP).

Dr. Gabriel Ogundele has been a NACE International member since 1979 when he joined the Calgary Section as a Student member. He has been with the Toronto Section since 1984. He served in various positions in the Toronto Section (Chairman, Membership, Program, and Arrangements). He is currently the Toronto Section Career and Student Development Chairman and Northern Area Research Chairman. Recently, he was recognized for 20 years of membership in NACE and was presented with a pin at the award ceremony of thesToronto Section. He founded the University of Toronto Student Chapter of NACE and served as Advisor to the Chapter. He was instrumental in writing the operating manual for the running of a Student Chapter of NACE. He is a member of NACE Technical Committee T3-E: Stress Corrosion Cracking and Corrosion Fatigue. He served on the organizing committee of the Northern Area Conference held in Toronto as the vice-chair. He organized and chaired an Environment Assisted Cracking Session at the Conference. Dr. Ogundele also reviews papers for publication in the Corrosion Journal of NACE. Dr. Ogundele obtained Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with distinction) from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Nigeria, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (Metallurgy and Corrosion specialization) from the University of Calgary, Calgary, Alberta , Canada. After graduation from the University of Calgary, he worked as Post-Doctoral Fellow and Research Associate in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, University of Toronto from 1984 to 1988. During that period he performed and coordinated research in materials' science and engineering, fatigue, corrosion and environment assisted cracking of metallic materials. A major activity of Dr. Ogundele was the evaluation and assessment of field (soil) data relevant to underground natural gas transmission pipelines and conducted experimental work on the stress corrosion cracking of pipeline steels using the synthetic dilute (low pH) solution developed from the field data. Presently, Dr. Ogundele is a Senior Research Engineer with the Ontario Power Technologies (formerly, Ontario Hydro Research Division). He is involved in various projects in the areas of (a) environment assisted cracking of metallic materials impacting on steam generator operation, (b) microbiologically influenced corrosion and fouling impacting on heat exchangers' operation and on used fuel disposal container material, and (c) failure analyses on degraded metallic components in thermal and nuclear plants. Dr. Ogundele teaches "Direct Energy Conversion and Corrosion" in the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering, University of Toronto. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Mechanical Engineering in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Ryerson Polytechnic University. He is author and co-author of over 20 publications. He was a co-winner of Paul Cohen Memorial Award for the most precise and innovative paper in the field of Power Systems Water Technology for the paper titled "Corrosion Fatigue of Boiler Tubing - Effect of Water Chemistry", presented at the 54th Annual International Water Conference, Pittsburgh.

Greg practices in a number of different areas of tax law including international tax and corporate reorganizations. Greg has given presentations in these areas at a number of local and national tax forums including the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society and STEP. Keith Johnstone is a professor emeritus at the University of Calgary, and a founding Artistic Director of the Loose Moose Theatre. He worked for ten years (1956 - 1966) at England's Royal Court Theatres; at various times he was their chief play-reader, was responsible for the educational work, directed the Royal court Theatre studio, wrote and directed plays, and became an Associate Director of the theatre. He founded The Theatre Machine improvisational group in England which toured in many countries. Keith taught at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art until he left England, and has taught or given workshops at major European Theatre Schools and Universities. He is the writer of many plays presented in North America and Europe, and has directed in several theatres internationally. Keith is the author of "Impro" (Methuen) one of the key books on improvisation and is now translated into several languages; and also has recently completed Impro For Storytellers (Faber and Faber), a guide to teaching improvisation and Theatresports. He also writes a newsletter which is sent to Theatresports centers internationally. Keith is the inventor of many new forms of improvisation, including Theatresports, Micetro Impro, Gorilla Theatre and The Life Game which, along with his techniques, are now being used world-wide.

Matt Huber started with Peak as the V.P. Finance in September 1997. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Huber spent over 10 years in the oil and gas industry in a variety of positions both in the accounting and financial areas of the business. Prior to Peak, Mr. Huber was the Controller for Foremost Industries Inc., an international manufacturing and energy service company. Prior to that, Mr. Huber was the Financial Reporting Supervisor for Computalog Ltd., a Senior Auditor of Ernst & Young and a Corporate Banking Account Manager in the Energy Group with the Hong Kong Bank of Canada. Mr. Huber is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.
Peter T. Gant, M.D, FRCPC, is an Assistant Professor at the University of Calgary, an Emergency Physician for the Calgary Health Region, an Air Medical Transport Physician and a Physician Instructor with The Alberta Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society (STARS). Peter's special interests include Emergency Medicine and Health Risk Modification. He's been associated with Foothills Health Consultants since 2002. Dr Premji is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Nursing, University of Calgary. Her research interests include early intervention for children exposed to alcohol in the prenatal period, nutritional management of premature infants, small-for-gestational age infants, family centered care, and maternal and child health. She has 17 peer reviewed publications including a Cochrane Systematic Review. She was chairperson of the 5th International Neonatal Nursing Conference. She is the Interim Board Chairperson of the Canadian Association of Neonatal Nurses.

Sheila O'Brien has thirty years experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical sectors in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. She was a member of the Executive Leadership Team at NOVA Chemicals for nine years, and in her capacity as Senior Vice President she had responsibility for Human Resources, Investor Relations, Public Relations and Government Affairs. Ms. O'Brien is currently a member of the senior leadership team at the University of Calgary as Special Advisor to the President on Student Life. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Gildan, a Montreal-based publicly traded company, Vartana, a charity bank, MaRS, a biotechnology accelerator based in Toronto, and a member of the Board of Trustees of Transforce Income Fund, a Montreal-based Transportation Corporation. Ms. O'Brien has devoted much of her volunteer service to the advancement of women. Her past associations in the areas of women's issues, human rights, education and health and welfare have been widely recognized. In 1999, she was invested as a member of the Order of Canada, the country's highest honor.

Henry has been President, CEO and/or chair of several corporate and not-for-profit boards including The Calgary Convention & Visitors Bureau, The Saskatchewan Family Foundation, Trinitel International, M-5 Holdings Ltd., Kutarna Capital Corporation, The Regina Symphony, The Saskatchewan Diversification Corporation, the Tourism Subcommittee at the University of Calgary, DH Corporation, DH Investments, and others. Henry has twice won the TEC High Performance Chair award for Canada. Henry is the President of The Family Business Advisor. This group helps founders and successors create effective transitions. It also provides private coaching and advisory services to executives in family-based businesses in Western Canada. Currently he is working with his children and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins to create the fourth generation of the Kutarna family business.

Patricia Cooper has over 30 years of private and public sector experience as a public policy analyst, strategic planner, entrepreneur, and civic leader. Pat served for eight years as a senior executive appointee by two Prime Ministers of Canada to provide advice on the effects of legislation on women and children. The Mayor of Calgary appointed her, as one of 11 citizens, to develop the economic strategic plan for the City of Calgary into the 21st Century; and she was appointed by the Calgary Police Commission to review policies and procedures of citizen's complaints against police conduct. Pat was a founding member of the Women's Legal Education and Action fund to achieve equality for women through education and litigation under a new Canadian Constitution and served on the Board of Directors of the YWCA of Canada, The United Way of Calgary, the Senate of the University of Calgary, The Calgary Chamber of Commerce. Since moving to the United States in 1990, Pat completed her Masters Degree in Public Administration and served as the Executive-Director of the Children's Museum of Denver where she directed the financial turn-around of the Museum with a focus on early childhood learning. She was a founding member of Girls Count, now a national program in the U.S., to promote girl's achievements in science and technology. She recently completed a year at the Center for International Affairs at Harvard University as a Fellow and currently is completing a Masters Degree in International Relations at The University of Denver. In Denver she serves on the Regional Advisory Board for the Institute of International Education as Chair of the Development Committee and on the Child and Family Development Committee of the Rose Community Foundation. She is a member of the Board of Pathfinder International, based in Boston, Mass. which provides family planning and HIV/Aids awareness in over 30 countries. Patricia is Vice-President of the Cloverleaf Foundation, a charitable foundation based in Canada. This foundation gives 40% of its donations to programs in the developing world. She is President of Canado Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate firm with interests in both Canada and the United States. Pat and her husband Peter have three children. All members of the family are citizens of both Canada and the United States.
