Mike Donnell has been leading public and private wireless, telecommunications and software businesses for over 20 years. Donnell joins Sutus after having most recently led New Global Telecom (NGT), a VoIP services provider, as its CEO. Prior to NGT at Cellular One (San Francisco), Mr. Donnell served as President and CEO and led the company in its successful sale to AT&T Wireless. Under his leadership, the company was recognized for its network quality and customer service excellence and for achieving the best combined growth and profitability in the industry. He also served as President and CEO of ZI Corporation (NASDQ: ZICA) a software development company specializing in mobile phone software. Earlier in his career, Mr. Donnell served as the Regional President for PageNet's Western Region during which time the company grew to become the largest paging company in the world.

John Guillaume is responsible for NGT's product management and marketing strategy and initiatives. Mr. Guillaume has been an outstanding leader in the telecom industry over the last 17 years and has acquired an extensive product and marketing background. Following receipt of a BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Washington, Mr. Guillaume served in sales and senior management positions at WorldCom Inc., Level 3 Communications and Voyant Technologies, and Incentra Solutions. Most recently, John served as Vice President of Enterprise Network Services at Level 3. In this role, he was responsible for general management of Level 3's enterprise VoIP services, creating the largest wholesale enterprise VoIP platform in the U.S.. He also led the strategy development and management of the enterprise data services suite.

Bob Decker is responsible for NGT's VoIP Operations and Technology. Mr. Decker brings over 25 years of telecom experience to NGT, including senior roles in Engineering and Information Technology. At MCI WorldCom, Mr. Decker was VP of Information Services, VP of Engineering, VP of Network Planning & Technology as well as VP of the Next Generation Network Program Office. He was most recently VP of Network Planning & Engineering at Sigma Networks as well as CEO of GoLinx, a wholesale VoIP services start-up.

Tom Burkholder is responsible for financial forecasting, valuation and profitability analysis for the company. Mr. Burkholder joined NGT in 2000 as part of the corporate development team evaluating acquisitions and providing long-term planning. Prior to NGT, Mr. Burkholder worked at FirstWorld Communications where he provided strategic analysis for the corporate development group. Mr. Burkholder began his career in Lockheed Martin's Financial Leadership Development Program and spent five years with the company. Mr. Burkholder holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master's of business administration from the University of Colorado - Denver.

John Siegel joined Columbia Capital in 2000 and focuses on communication services investments. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of mindSHIFT Technologies, FDN Communications, ICG Communications, Integrated Solutions, and Netifice Communications. He is also actively involved in Mpower, New Global Telecom, Mobile Satellite Ventures, and MetroPCS Communications. Prior to joining Columbia Capital, John was a member of Morgan Stanley's Private Equity Group, where he specialized in investments in the telecommunications/data services arena. He has held positions with Fidelity Ventures, the private equity division of Fidelity Investments, and the Investment Banking Division of Alex. Brown & Sons, Incorporated. John received his B.A. from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
