Billy has over 25 years experience working in Behavioral Health with a primary focus in addictions. From 1996 - 2003 he was the Executive Director of Pine Grove Recovery Center in Hattiesburg, MS. From 2003 - 2005 he was CEO of the Keystone Center, a 118 bed chemical dependency treatment center in Philadelphia, PA. Most recently he was the Executive Director of Bradford Recovery Center's Extended Care Program located in Birmingham, AL, a 64 bed facility for impaired professionals. Billy received his undergraduate degree from Murray State University in Murray, KY in 1975 & a master's degree in counseling from the University of MS in 1992.
