Roger Murphree, President of Collateral International, is also Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of New South Federal Savings Bank. Since 1985, Roger has actively been involved in secondary marketing and risk management with New South Federal and Collateral Mortgage, Ltd.

Jorge Ojeda is Senior Vice President of Collateral International, LLC and New South Federal Savings Bank in Birmingham, Alabama. New South operates residential mortgage loan production offices in 13 states. Jorge has been in Mortgage Banking and Finance for 25 years having started his career with HFC and has also worked with Norwest and Wells Fargo. He has been involved indirectly in the Mexico lending program at Collateral since 2001, and was placed directly in charge of the program in March 2005. Jorge is a Chilean born U.S. Citizen who has lived in Maryland, Florida and Alabama. He is bi-lingual in English and Spanish. International Banking has been in the Ojeda family as his father worked and retired from the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, D.C. Jorge is a graduate of the University of Maryland where he received a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business Management. Jorge has participated and been a panel speaker at numerous conferences pertaining to Mexico real estate and financing Mexico properties.

Dean has been assisting various customers from first-time homebuyers to those purchasing investment properties and/or retirement homes while providing the highest level of service. He has several loan programs for self-employed customers and those interested in building an investment property portfolio. Dean is able to find creative solutions and determine the best program to fit each client's needs. His approach to business has contributed to his success in obtaining referrals from previous customers and repeat business as well.

Brenda began career in the Mortgage Industry as a Processor/Closer in 1992 and has been a Loan Officer since 2000. She is the Secretary of the Altrusa International Club of Anniston and the Vice President at The Donoho School (Middle School) in Anniston.
