Andrew began with NYBDC in 1993. He has previously acted as a loan officer serving six counties in the Capital District and Hudson Valley regions. He is currently the Manager of the 504 Loan Program. Andrew earned his B.S. in Finance from Siena College. Additionally, he has successfully completed banking courses through American Institute of Banking, Robert Morris Associates and Colgate Darden Graduate School. He has over 20 years of commercial lending experience with Bankers Trust Company, Norstar Bank and Fleet Bank.

Dave received his B.A. in Psychology from Utica College of Syracuse University and completed the American Bankers Association and National Lending School at the University of Oklahoma. He is also a graduate of The Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. He is a member of both the Empire Chapter of Robert Morris Associates as well as the local chapter of the American Institute of Banking having served as president of both organizations.

Nancy manages the NYBDC loan servicing department. Prior to joining NYBDC, she was vice president and commercial credit manager for Hudson River Bank and Trust Co. Nancy has over twenty years of experience in the banking industry. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College and has successfully completed numerous banking courses.

Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Siena College. He also has completed banking courses through the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) and New York Bankers Association (NYBA). Additionally, he completed the OMEGA Performance Corporation Commercial Lending course. Prior to joining NYBDC, he was an economic developer in Albany County responsible for business retention. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Operation Desert Storm.

Jim has over 14 years experience in banking and finance having worked for M&T Bank, The Chase Manhattan Bank, and Prudential Securities, Inc. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. John's University in Jamaica, NY.

Mr. Taylor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University at Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration degree from Canisius College. Prior to joining NYBDC, he worked for HSBC Bank USA as a Small Business Relationship Manager.

Mike obtained a bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa and completed several courses at New York University under their Real Estate/Banking continuing education program. He has over 15 years experience in loan administration, collections, loan restructuring and real estate sales.

Tom earned his B.A. in Economics from the University at Albany. He has successfully completed banking courses through the American Institute of Banking, National Association of Development Companies, and the Pennsylvania Bankers Association. He works closely with banks and economic developers throughout the Hudson Valley.

Curt earned his bachelor's degree in Finance with honors from Skidmore College and is currently pursuing his MBA at the Graduate Management Institute at Union College. He has attended numerous lending seminars and schools throughout his career, completing the Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending with honors. Curt began his commercial lending experience with NYBDC in 1995.

Linda works out of NYBDC'S New York City office as a Vice President. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Baruch College in New York, New York. Prior to join NYBDC, Linda has over 9 years of experience in commercial lending. She spent most of her banking career at Independence Community Bank and Country Bank. Linda is a member of Young Mortgage Bankers Association and The Metropolitan Mortgage Officers Society. She is an Associate Member of New York Chinese American Bankers Association.

Marlies joined NYBDC in 2002 as a Credit Analyst. Prior to that she worked at Merrill Lynch, and spent 4 years on the west coast working for Pacific Century Bank and Bank of America. Marlies has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Marlies is originally from Catskill, NY. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the College of Saint Rose in 1991. She also completed graduate courses at the College of Saint Rose's MBA program.

Pennie is a member of our Rochester office and is responsible for loan activity in Monroe county & surrounding markets. She attended Cayuga Community College & has successfully completed various banking courses through American Institute of Banking, Risk Management Association and the American Bankers Association. Pennie has over 20 years experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining NYBDC, she worked for First Niagara Bank as a Small Business Relationship Manager.

Prior to joining NYBDC, Stan served as Vice President and Senior Credit Officer for the Community Development Corporation of Long Island in Centereach, NY. He has over 30 years of broad-based experience working with institutions such as Washington Mutual Bank, Fleet Bank, Nassau Trust Company and European American Bank. Stan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Queens College. He is responsible for lending activities in New York City and Long Island.

Steve is involved in underwriting new loans and completing reviews on the company's existing loan portfolio. He also works closely with 504 Loan Program submissions to SBA's Sacramento, CA Central Processing facility. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. During his 10-year banking career, Steve has worked for OnBank & Trust and Hudson River Bank & Trust in credit analysis. He has also worked as an instructor for various American Institute of Banking courses in Accounting and Commercial Lending.

James J. Byrnes served as the Company s Chief Executive Officer from its formation in 1995 until his retirement on December 31, 2006, and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since its formation in 1995. He served as President of Tompkins Trust Company beginning in 1989 through 2002 and again in 2006. Mr. Byrnes currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tompkins Financial Corporation. He also serves as Chairman of Tompkins Trust Company, and as a director of Mahopac National Bank and AM&M Financial Services, Inc. ( AM&M ), each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. He also serves as Chairman of the board of New York Business Development Corporation. Prior to 1989, Mr. Byrnes was an officer with other banking companies.
