Doctor Adina Schneider is an internist at New York -Prebyterian Hospital, Columbia campus. She is Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine and is actively involved in medical student and resident education. Her areas of interest are women's health and menopause. She is also runs a monthly teaching seminar on Geriatrics for the medical residents. Alan D. Felix, M.D., has been working in the field of homelessness for fifteen years, as Director of the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) program in the Fort Washington Men's Shelter. He is Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University's College of Physicians & Surgeons, Associate Attending in Psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital, and a member of the faculty of the Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research. Dr. Felix is a Volunteer Member of Disaster Psychiatry Outreach and Medical Director of A Common Ground, a mental health program serving those affected by 9/11. He has published numerous papers and chapters on homelessness, consults on several federally-funded studies of the homeless, and serves on a number of advisory boards and committees concerned with mental health issues in the homeless and prison populations.

Dr. Asqual Getaneh is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Columbia University and a general internist at New York Presbyterian Hospital. While she provides health care to all patients in the primary care setting, she focuses on the managment of diabetes, obesity, hypercholesterolemia and hypertension, diseases which disproportionately affect communities of color. She earned her medical degree and a Masters of Public Health at the Univesity of Washington. Her residency training in primary care internal medicine was among the mixed community of the Bronx at Montefiore Medical Center. In her role as a researcher she has characterized cardiovascular risk among Hispanics and is part of clinical studies which will determine optimal ways of managing and preventing diabetes. She currently works at the New York Presbyterian Hospital where she is an instructor within the Preparation for Parenthood Program. Dr. Edmund Kwan is a Plastic Surgeon fully trained in the specialty of plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Kwan is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Dr. Kwan attended Georgetown University Medical School. He completed his general surgery residency at St. Vincent's Hospital and his plastic surgery residency at Cornell-New York Presbyterian Hospital and Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Dr. Kwan went on to specialize in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery of the Asian Face with Dr. Robert S. Flowers, a pioneer of Asian Plastic Surgery, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Located in Manhattan, he is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at Cornell University Medical College and New York Medical College. He also holds the title as an Attending Surgeon at New York Presbyterian Hospital and St. Vincent's Medical Center of New York where he teaches residents and medical students. During the last 10 years, he has dedicated his practice to the unique enhancement and preservation of the Asian face. Though many of Dr. Kwan's patients are Asian, there has been increasing interest from Hispanic Americans and African Americans. Knowing how important it is to maintain a patient's ethnic integrity, Dr. Kwan approaches each patient differently. His expertise focuses on facial shaping and recontouring, breast implants, forehead shaping, nose surgery, double eyelid fold surgery, and brow lifts. Dr. Stoller is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist specializing in medical and surgical diseases of the retina. Dr. Stoller graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and received his Medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Carnevale is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at The New York Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan and practices locally on Long Island. Dr. Carnevale graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Boston University. Louis Aronne, M.D. is the Director of the Comprehensive Weight Control Program and Clinical Associate Professor at the Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Aronne is also Adjunct Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and Attending Physician at the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Aronne is a Phi Beta Kappa Graduate of Trinity College, where he received a B.S. in Biochemistry in 1977. He was awarded the M.D. degree from Johns Hopkins University Medical School in 1981. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1984. Dr. Aronne has had a long and distinguished career of obesity research and treatment; his research focuses on the nervous system's response to weight changes. Dr. Aronne has lectured extensively on obesity, and is widely published in numerous respected scientific and medical journals. He is the author or co-author of 8 leading textbook chapters on obesity, as well as the best selling book Weigh Less, Live Longer. As a clinical investigator for both sibutramine and orlistat, Dr. Aronne has been directly involved in the clinical development of the two major, currently-available pharmaceutical treatments for obesity. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, Alpha Omega Alpha, the American Diabetes Association, and the North American Association for the Study of Obesity, where, as Chairman of the Development Committee, he developed the Practical Guide to the Identification, Evaluation and Treatment of Overweight and Obesity in Adults, in conjunction with the National institutes of Health and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. He is currently a Council Member and Chairman of the Public Affairs Committee of the North American Association for the Study of Obesity.
Marina M. Richards is a board certified primary care physician dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health. Her approach is based on combining the latest advances of scientific western medicine with acupuncture and complementary healing modalities. She uses acupuncture in the treatment of migraine, chronic pain, neuralgia, dizziness, stroke rehabilitation, and other conditions including chronic sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, etc. Dr. Marina Richards completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, the University Hospital of Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Martha McKittrick, RD, CDN, CDE is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator. She specializes in weight control, cardiovascular health, polycystic ovarian syndrome, diabetes, sports nutrition and preventative nutrition. A staff dietitian at The New York Presbyterian Hospital for the past 22 years, she also counsels clients privately and is a consultant to physicians, corporations and health clubs. She was the nutritionist for the 1998 NYC Marathon. She was an exercise instructor in NYC health clubs for 15 years. Martha has appeared on numerous television, radio and web cast programs. She lectures on a regular basis and has been interviewed and written for publications including The Journal of The American Dietetic Association, Dietitian's Edge, Nutrition Today, Allure, Self, Family Circle, New York Newsday and Cooking Light. Martha is known for giving practical nutrition advice, both in her individual counseling sessions as well as group lectures. Dr. Spivak is a Board Certified Pediatric Gastroenterologist. He graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1976 and completed his residency at Einstein in 1979. He completed a 3 year fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology in 1982 at the Children's Hospital of Boston and a Research Fellowship at The Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Harvard Medical School. He was Chief of Pediatric GI & Nutrition at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center from 1982-89 and was Chief of Pediatric GI and Nutrition at Montefiore Medical Center-AlbertEinstein from 1990-2003. He is currently in Private Practice in Pediatric Gastroenterology in New York City (the upper east side of Manhattan) and is a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Cornell University Medical College. He is an attending Pediatrician at the New York Presbyterian Hospital at 68th Street and York Ave, and is on Staff at Lenox Hill Hospital and the Children's Hospital at Montefirore. Dr. Spivak has an international reputation in his field and has trained more than a dozen other Pediatric Gastroenterologists. His special interest include Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis, chronic abdominal pain, gastroesophageal reflux (GER or Acid Reflux) and short gut syndrome.
Mr. Mack was elected Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley in June 2005. He previously had spent nearly 30 years at the Firm in various positions, most recently as President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director. Prior to his current role, Mr. Mack served as Chairman of Pequot Capital Management. He served before that as co-Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Group and Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Mack is a graduate of Duke University, where he is a member of the Board of Trustees. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and the University Hospital of both Columbia and Cornell, a Director of IMG, Trustee Emeritus of the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation and a member of the Business Council and the Business Roundtable.

Ms. Jung was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective September 2001, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer since November 1999. Ms. Jung has been a member of the Board of Directors since January 1998 and was President from January 1998 to January 2001 and Chief Operating Officer from July 1998 to November 1999. She was elected an Executive Vice President of the Company in March 1997 concurrently continuing as President, Global Marketing, a position she held from July 1996 to the end of 1997.
