Robert F. Lowe is the Chairman of the Corporation and the Bank. Prior to the Merger, Mr. Lowe was the Chairman, CEO and President of LSB Bancshares, Inc. and Chairman and CEO of Lexington State Bank. Mr. Lowe joined the Bank in 1970 and was elected Vice President in 1973. He was elected Senior Vice President of the Bank in 1980 and Executive Vice President of the Corporation in 1982. On January 1, 1984, he was elected President and CEO of the Corporation and the Bank, and on January 1, 1990, Mr. Lowe was elected Chairman of both the Corporation and the Bank.

Pressley A. Ridgill (age 56 as of February 1, 2009). From July 31, 2007 until June 30, 2008, Mr. Ridgill served as the President and a Director of the Company and the President, CEO and a Director of the Bank. Upon the retirement of Mr. Lowe as the CEO of the Company, Mr. Ridgill was appointed CEO of the Company. He currently serves as the President, CEO and a Director of the Company and the Bank. Prior to the Merger, Mr. Ridgill was the President, CEO and a Director of FNB and FNB Southeast. He joined FNB in November 2000 as the Chief Operating Officer, was elected President in November 2005 and CEO in February 2006.

Debbie Pitts, Vice President, has been with LSBTheBank since 1998 and is currently based in our Welcome office as Vice President and Senior Investment Consultant. Debbie has spent most of her career in the financial services industry. She currently holds certifications in NASD Securities Licensed Series 7, 63, and 66. Debbie, along with the staff at our Welcome LSB office, is committed to creating a secure financial future for you, your family and your business. Stanley R. Smith, CFP , ChFC , CASL , RHU Senior Vice President and Director of LSB Investment Services, Inc., has been with LSBTheBank since 2002 and is based at the Main Office in downtown Lexington. Stan has an extensive background of over 20 years in the insurance and financial service industry. Prior to joining LSB, he was a financial advisor for First Union Securities, Inc in Kernersville. Much of his career was spent in financial estate planning. Stan currently holds licensing and certifications in Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance, and NASD Securities Licensed Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65. Additionally, Smith is a Registered Health Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Advisor for Senior Living, and a Certified Financial Planner professional. Smith has been instrumental in growing LSB Investment Services and has developed a strong team of representatives to service the needs of our customers. Stan Smith graduated from East Forsyth High and continued his education at Guilford College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1976. He and his wife, Joannie, currently reside in Kernersville.

Candace Dowd joined LSBTheBank in June 2005 as a Sales Assistant in our Wallburg office. She currently holds licensing in Life and Health and NASD Securities Licensed Series 6 and 63. Candace lives in Thomasville and comes to LSB with a strong background in customer service from years of experience with the YMCA.

Caroline Georgiadis has been with LSBTheBank since 2003 and is currently based in our Main office as an LSB Investment Services Sales Assistant. Caroline, along with the Investment Team at our Main LSB office, is committed to creating a secure financial future for you, your family and your business. She currently holds licensing and certifications in Life and Health Insurance, and NASD Securities Licensed Series 6 and 63. She graduated from Humberside College in England. She currently resides in Linwood with her husband Pavlos.

Chris Austin joined LSBTheBank in August 2005 and is based in our Wallburg Office as an Investment Consultant. Chris brings over 21 years of extensive banking experience and 14 years of Investment related experience to LSB. Chris resides in High Point with his wife Sheri, and they have two adult sons. Chris and Sheri enjoy family, gardening, travel, cooking and hunting with friends.

David B. Brookbank, Jr., joined LSBTheBank in June 2006 and is based in our King office as an Investment Consultant. He has been in the Financial Services industry since 1993, including 6 years as a registered representative, and has knowledge in estate planning, advanced strategies dealing with insurance products, and financial planning. David is an authorized instructor for continuing education for licensed Life and Health Insurance Professionals, and serves from time to time as an Expert Witness in the field of Advanced Life Insurance cases. He graduated cum laude from Elon College in 1991 with a BS Degree in Computer Information Systems. David and his wife Amanda have a daughter, Maddie Grace, and one on the way.

Jennifer Bailey recently joined LSBTheBank and is currently an Investment Services Sales Assistant based in our Stratford and King offices. Jennifer has spent most of her career in the financial services industry. She is licensed and certified in Life and Health, Long Term Care and in NASD Securities Licensed Series 7 and 66. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She currently resides in Winston-Salem.

Jennifer Gibson has been with LSBTheBank since 1999 and is currently based in our Welcome office as a Junior Sales Consultant at LSB Investment Services. Jennifer has spent most of her career in the financial services industry. She is licensed and certified in Life and Health, Long Term Care and in NASD Securities Licensed Series 7 and 63. "I feel that it is very important for our customers to be provided with sound financial planning followed with the best customer service that we are able to provide. Each person is unique and I want to take a personal approach in listening to what goals are important to them. I want to help protect and grow the money that they've worked so hard to earn," states Jennifer. She graduated from West Virginia University. She currently resides in Winston-Salem with husband, Doug, and son, Jake.

Trae Cole joined LSBTheBank in 2002 and serves as an Investment Consultant in our Main office. Prior to joining LSB, Trae worked for Harris Direct in Charlotte, NC as an Investor Services Representative. He knows the value of providing superior and personalized investment planning. Trae currently holds licensing and certifications in NC Life and Health Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, and NASD Securities Licensed Series 7, 63, and 66. He graduated from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC with a B.S in Textile Management. Trae resides in Winston-Salem with his wife Kathryn. He is actively involved with the American Cancer Society, the area USTA League, and recently joined the Central Carolina Civitan Club.
