Barry M. Gosin has been a principal of Newmark Knight Frank since 1978 and he has served as CEO since 1979, directing all facets of the day-to-day operations for the firm. Mr. Gosin has spearheaded and guided Newmark Knight Frank's national expansion initiatives and has been instrumental in the creation of Newmark Knight Frank's global partnership with Knight Frank LLP. Taking a visionary approach to industry practices, Mr. Gosin has directed the firm's client-focused growth through the addition of project management, logistics and facilities management divisions. Over the course of his career, Mr. Gosin has personally facilitated several billion dollars worth of office leasing transactions. In the past 15 years alone, he has been responsible for leasing more than 30 million square feet of commercial space in some of the largest and most innovative transactions in New York City history. Among his extensive roster of corporate clients, Mr. Gosin has negotiated headquarter leases for Bloomberg L.P.; the Equitable Life Assurance Society; Purdue Pharma L.P.; Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison; Lowe Lintas & Partners; Liz Claiborne, Inc.; White & Case LLP; Chadbourne & Parke; Cahill Gordon Reindel; Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP and others. His clients also include Citigroup Inc.; The Bank of New York; North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System; The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. and KeySpan Energy. Additionally, Mr. Gosin and his partners have acquired as principal over 10 million square feet of commercial and residential properties.
Jim Kuhn joined Newmark Knight Frank (formerly Newmark & Co.) as a Principal and President in 1992, founding Newmark Knight Frank's Capital Group, a division providing management and advisory services for corporate and institutional clients. Mr. Kuhn was a lender with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and was an owner/manager with The Mendik Company before starting his own firm in 1990. He holds a master of arts degree in real estate and a bachelor of arts degree in finance from Syracuse University. He also studied finance and business at The Wharton School and Harvard University. His current and former Board and Trustee memberships include New York University Real Estate Institute, The Urban Land Institute, The International Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York, the New York/Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Offices Parks and the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York.
Thomas Wozniak joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2007 as chief information officer. His responsibilities include directing all of Newmark Knight Frank's technology initiatives and systems for the firm internationally. Mr. Wozniak's extensive background includes more than 15 years of leadership experience in building technology for mission critical applications. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Wozniak served as chief technology officer at OfficeTiger, an RR Donnelley Company. Mr. Wozniak was responsible for OfficeTiger's overall technology vision and strategy, building the company's global voice and data networks as well as developing their proprietary workflow management tool, tTrack. During his six years with OfficeTiger, Mr. Wozniak played an integral part in helping the company grow from $8 million in private equity to $250 million with the purchase of OfficeTiger by RR Donnelly in April 2006. Additionally, Mr. Wozniak worked for Goldman Sachs & Company as their senior global project manager and as head of operations security. In these positions, he specialized in large-scale technology projects. Previously, Mr. Wozniak worked with firms such as TMG Financial Products, Citicorp, EJV Partners, L.P. and AIG Trading Group, where he played a strategic role in the building of their technology platform. Mr. Wozniak is a proven executive with a broad range of leadership skills in the professional services industry and possesses a detailed understanding of information technology, applications, vendor management, outsourcing and large-scale technology implementation. Mr. Wozniak received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business from St. John's University.

Gary Alterman has 27 years of retail leasing experience. He co-founded New Spectrum Realty in 1987, building the company into one of New York City's leading retail real estate brokerage firms. Newmark Knight Frank acquired New Spectrum in May 2000 in a merger that created the largest retail real estate brokerage firm in the City. Mr. Alterman has completed scores of leasing transactions throughout the New York Metropolitan Area. He represented Ann Taylor in the rollout of its Ann Taylor Loft concept, securing eight high-profile locations throughout Manhattan for this leading women's fashion design company. Mr. Alterman represented the Men's Wearhouse in its opening of four stores in Manhattan, including the flagship store on Madison Avenue as well as their new division, K&G Superstore in the leasing of a 22,000 square foot space across from Grand Central Station. In another major transaction, he represented the owner of a New Rochelle commercial property in the leasing of 44,000 square feet to Linens N Things for the company's first store in Westchester County. Mr. Alterman is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York's Store Brokers' Committee. Mr. Alterman holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brooklyn College, and was a practicing accountant for three years before beginning his career in real estate.

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Joseph Bellina joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2005 as the executive vice president for the Property Management Department. In this capacity, he is in charge of overseeing all aspects of property management, providing leadership and expertise on critical operational and construction issues throughout the Property Management Department to ensure premium asset care to all managed properties. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Bellina was the senior vice president of operations for the Macklowe Properties, for three years where he ran the property management department, for the company's commercial and residential properties. He was responsible for 7 million square feet of space, including the General Motors Building. Before joining Macklowe, Mr. Bellina held various positions in the Mendik Company and its successor Vornado. For 17 years, Mr. Bellina worked at Vornado Realty Trust, where he was in charge of overseeing various properties and portfolios including, 1 Penn Plaza, 2 Penn Plaza, 11 Penn Plaza and Hotel Pennsylvania. Mr. Bellina has served on the board of BOMA, which he has been a member of since 1991. He is a member and a current management director of REBNY and has taught various real estate courses at NYU. She serves as Newmark Knight Frank's financial controller overseeing the assets of long-standing New York portfolios totaling approximately 16 million square feet; some of these clients are UNITE, The Moinion Group, The City of New York and the Gural family. Her tenacious and scrupulous nature is the foundation for the cost-effective method by which Newmark Knight Frank successfully manages properties. Ms. Post brings integrity, insight, and creative solutions to Newmark Knight Frank's clients while simultaneously nurturing and strengthening these third-party relationships. Ms. Post supervises Newmark Knight Frank's acquisitions, leasing, disposal and negotiation of real estate transactions. In 1992, Ms. Post became a partner of the firm and was appointed Corporate Secretary.

Douglas Sugimoto joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2005 at the firm's Silicon Valley office. Mr. Sugimoto's extensive experience in managing real estate portfolios for large corporations and high-tech firms provides him with an abundance of real estate knowledge and firsthand experience from an internal perspective. Mr. Sugimoto has spent his entire 24-year career in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Sugimoto worked over 20 years as a corporate real estate executive for 3Com Corporation; Covad; Silicon Graphics; Intuit; and Raza Foundries. The roller coaster nature of high-tech companies in Silicon Valley provided him with many opportunities to acquire, develop, expand, and then dispose of space, throughout the Valley as well as domestically and internationally. Major transactions Mr. Sugimoto has completed include: Google/Silicon Graphics Mountain View, CA, a 500,000-sf sublease and subsequent relocation/expansion (240,000 sf), creating savings of approximately $15,000,000 per year for 10 years. It was the Valley's largest lease transaction of the year.

As managing director of the retail services department, Peter Mallios specializes in landlord and tenant representation for all phases of leasing and sales activities as well as overseeing the day to day retail activity at Newmark Knight Frank in Washington D.C. Mr. Mallios' tenant representation services include site selection and analysis, market research, lease negotiations, financial analysis and lease consulting. He assists clients with the evaluation of long term facility planning and goals as well as any ongoing issues the client has regarding their real estate. Mr. Mallios was previously president and owner of Guardian Retail Group where he established and oversaw all operations of a full service real estate brokerage. Mr. Mallios has been involved in the sale of over $100 million of shopping center and retail properties as well as hundreds of retail lease transactions. He is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is a longstanding member of the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC), as well as an active member of the Dupont Circle Merchants and Professionals (DCMAP), the American Helenic Institute (AHI) and the Delian League. He is also an active participant in the Washington Board of Trade, the District of Columbia Builders Industry Association (DCBIA), and Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE). Recent transaction highlights include: Davis Memorial Goodwill Industries, Safeway Stores, Modell's Sporting Goods, Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Blockbuster Video, Domino's Pizza, The Melting Pot, Lebanese Taverna, John Rosselli International Antiques, and Randstad Staffing. Peter P. Kozel joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2005 as executive managing director, research & real estate strategies. He is responsible for implementing a national research platform for the firm, providing the various operating units with the market and property analyses needed to complete their respective assignments. In addition to working with the research groups responsible for specific regional areas, Dr. Kozel directs the presentations and proposals groups, developing the analytical materials presented to current and future clients of Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Dr. Kozel was a senior vice president at GMAC Institutional Advisors, a division of GMAC Commercial Mortgage. He provided analytical services and guidance to clients and potential clients of the firm regarding the investment opportunities and risks associated with real estate related assets. Dr. Kozel worked closely with the asset management, acquisition, and marketing staffs in both the direct equity investment and commercial mortgage debt operations, estimating the potential credit risks and investment returns associated with these assets. Dr. Kozel was also a director in the Structured Finance Ratings Group at Standard & Poor's, one of the world's preeminent providers of credit ratings. He led the analytical activities associated with the investment characteristics of securities backed by real estate assets. His areas of research included the behavior of U.S. and non-U.S. property sectors and the risk characteristics of securities backed by real estate assets, including CMBS, CDOs, and unsecured REIT debt. He was also the research director at Phoenix Realty Group in Hartford, Connecticut. Dr. Kozel was on the faculty of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts and has taught at both Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. He has been active in a number of professional organizations including: the Economic Advisory Committee of the American Bankers Association, the Research and Education Committee of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association, and the Research Committee of the Pension Real Estate Association. His academic training includes an undergraduate degree from Harvard College, an MBA from Wharton, and a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Richard Taylor is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank. He was hired to develop Oxford's corporate real estate department. Prior to Oxford, Mr. Taylor co-founded Alliance Partners, a consulting and tenant representation company. Mr. Burkhardt joined Newmark Knight Frank's Washington, D.C. office in 1994, where he served as a vice president. Now situated as a managing director in the firm's West Los Angeles office, he continues to specialize in national tenant representation, where he provides his clients with real estate related professional and technical support. Mr. Burkhart specializes in lease or purchase transactions including facility acquisition, financial analyses, market research, lease negotiations, and sublease representation. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Burkhardt was a senior leasing associate at Berens Asset Management Company, Inc. During his three years at Berens, Mr. Burkhardt focused on tenant representation and corporate real estate services. During his last year at Berens, he was recognized as the top producer in office leasing.
Charles V. Tabone, SIOR, is a managing principal and partner in charge of Newmark Knight Frank's Long Island office. Throughout his over 30-year career in the field of commercial and industrial real estate, Mr. Tabone has been instrumental in facilitating countless industrial, office, R&D, retail, land and build-to-suit transactions. His experience in successfully marketing millions of square feet of exclusive listings, in addition to providing exclusive tenant/purchaser representation, has provided him with valuable insight into the dynamics of transactions. His many clients have included: The New York Times, Allied Building Products, Inc., Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital and Comtech Telecommunications, Inc. In April 1998, Mr. Tabone was recognized by the Association for a Better Long Island (ABLI) and the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) as "Broker of the Year", winning the "Most Ingenious Deal of the Year" award. He was honored by being named to the list of "Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate Brokers" by the Long Island Business News in 2001 and 2005, was selected as Newmark Knight Frank's 2001 and 2003 Industrial Broker of the Year. He was named as a "Long Island Power Broker" by the CoStar Group in 2003, 2004 and 2006, and "Business Leader of the Year" in 2006 by the Route 110 Redevelopment Corporation. Mr. Tabone is a member and past president of the New York City & Downstate Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a member of the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA). Since she joined the Newmark Knight Frank Project Management & Logistics team, Ann Tucker has managed numerous full service projects, whose scopes included design, construction, procurement and relocation management. By conducting strategic facilities and operations assessments for companies such as the KeySpan Corporation and Energy Solutions, Ms. Tucker has been able to show clients significant savings in operating costs by realigning their corporate facilities and other capital assets with their business objectives. Ms. Tucker began her career as a space planner and interior designer in 1988. Jessica Tierno joined Newmark Knight Frank's New York office in May 1999. As Director of Corporate Marketing, Ms. Tierno manages the firm's national marketing efforts, coordinating all internal and external aspects of marketing, branding and corporate communications, and overseeing Newmark Knight Frank's Marketing and Graphics departments. Mary Kegelman is the director of operations for Newmark Knight Frank. Ms. Kegelman is responsible for the overall daily operations of the Newmark Knight Frank corporate headquarters, and acts as liaison for corporate services throughout the Newmark Knight Frank organization. Ms. Kegelman plays an integral role in the growth and expansion of Newmark Knight Frank. In particular, she is involved in the construction and redesign of existing and new locations. In addition, Ms Kegelman coordinates all special events, both for Newmark Knight Frank offices as well as outside venues. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Kegelman was with Macy?s. As part of the Federated transition team, Ms. Kegelman served as the merger coordinator for Macy?s, Jordan Marsh, Rich?s and Burdines locations, incorporating them into one company, Macy?s East. At the end of her tenure at Macy?s, Ms Kegelman was the facilities coordinator for all 96-branch locations. Ms. Kegelman was also in charge of the 600 clowns who volunteered for the annual Macy?s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Over the course of her career Ms. Kegelman has served with a variety of prominent corporations, including Interco and Brooks Brothers. Ms. Kegelman is a graduate of Marymount University.

Casey Caylor joined the Newmark Knight Frank Project Management & Logistics team as a project manager with extensive construction management experience. Mr. Caylor served as vice president of a commercial construction company and was directly responsible for generating and managing $2.3 million in annual revenue from the retail space, tenant finish and restaurant construction divisions of the company. Additional responsibilities included managing superintendents, coordinating subcontractors, developing and operating budgets and tracking schedules for retail build-outs, interior renovations, technology upgrades and restaurant construction. Since joining Newmark Knight Frank Project Management & Logistics, Mr. Caylor has worked closely with the director of Corporate Assets and manager of Corporate Facilities Divisions of Shaw Industries Group, the world's largest carpet manufacturer and distributor. Joe Gaither joined Newmark Knight Frank Project Management & Logistics as a senior project manager. Donna Heilman joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2003 at the firm's Atlanta office. Previously, Ms. Heilman worked with Ernst & Young, where she acted as a tax consultant on a state and local level. Earl L. Segal joined Newmark Knight Frank's D.C. office as a Principal in 2006, following a highly distinguished career in real estate law. Mr. Segal brings to Newmark Knight Frank the skills, successes and relationships of his past 30-plus years in practice, during which he has been frequently recognized nationally and internationally as one of the best real estate lawyers in America. Mr. Segal is recognized for his expertise in areas including Law Firm Advisory Services, Corporate Services, Not-for-Profit Advisory Services, Hospitality Industry Advisory Services and Investment Sales. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Segal was a Partner in the D.C. business law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. He was responsible for the national and international representation of both landlord and tenant clients in the leasing of several million square feet of office and retail space, and the acquisition, sale and financing of over 100 hotels, both as part of a portfolio and as "one-off" transactions. Mr. Segal has represented institutional and other buyers and sellers of improved properties in several billion dollars of transactions, the largest being the disposition and restructuring of 3.5 billion dollars of real estate assets for a major pension fund. Mr. Segal has been a contributor to numerous real estate and law publications, including The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, The Practical Real Estate Lawyer, The Journal of Real Estate Finance, International Association of Attorneys and Executives in Real Estate, Real Estate Review and The National Law Journal. Greg Stone joined Newmark Knight Frank Project Management & Logistics in the spring of 2006, bringing with him extensive industry experience. Mr. Stone began his real estate career as a commercial leasing and investment broker in Northern California, enabling him to transition into the development / construction side of the industry. In the construction industry, Mr. Stone served as a liaison creating alliances and a wide network of relationships between commercial real estate companies, developers, architects, engineers and others, developing new markets for business. Mr. Stone created a capture plan that secured $40 million in multiple tenant improvement projects for Netscape Communications, adding $1.3 million in fees and doubling revenue for his company's interiors group. Mr. Stone also served as manager and partner in co-developing two flex-tech light industrial buildings of 54,000 square feet in Santa Clara, California. He led the brokerage team in site selection, permit acquisition, architectural selection, project oversight and management of design and construction. Later in his career, Mr. Stone was a superintendent/project manager for a construction management firm. In his last project, Mr. Stone completed an in-depth due-diligence study for an equity fund that was planning to acquire 13-floors of a 29-story high-rise, mixed-use office/apartment building in San Francisco. After completing the study, Mr. Stone created the project scope needed to renovate 12-floors of common area, elevator lobbies, building lobby and mechanical, electrical and fire life-safety systems upgrades.

Greg Kirsch joined Newmark Knight Frank’s Chicago office in 2008 as a principal. Bringing his highly specialized retail representation skills to both the firm and his client’s, Mr. Kirsch’s primary focus is on expanding the Chicago office’s retail service platform.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Kirsch served for 10 years as a principal with Baum Realty Group, LLC, shattering a national transaction record and representing a number of high-end clients. During his tenure with, Baum Mr. Kirsch completed more than 75 transactions on behalf of Starbucks Coffee, 60 transactions for FedEx Kinko’s, 50 transactions for HealthSouth Physical Therapy and more than 182 transactions for Washington Mutual.
In 2003, after completing less than half of his eventual 182 lease transactions for Washington Mutual, Mr. Kirsch and his team set a national record for executing more transactions for a single client in one year than ever before. The 182 Washington Mutual leases were valued at more than $60 million in cumulative lease obligations. Mr. Kirsch and his team continued their success with Washington Mutual the following year completing an additional 60 leases valued at more than $70 million. Presently, Mr. Kirsch represents FedEx Kinko’s and Firestone Tires in suburban Chicagoland.
In addition to his vast tenant representation experience, Mr. Kirsch also represents a variety of local and national landlords most notably the Wilson Yards redevelopment in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood and Park Boulevard the redevelopment of the Stateway Garden’s housing development in Bronzeville.
A licensed attorney in the State of Illinois and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Mr. Kirsch practiced insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage and subrogation litigation prior to 1998.
As a recognized leader in the real estate industry, Mr. Kirsch has won several awards for his work including being named a finalist in 2003 for Retail Broker of the Year in the Crain’s Chicago Business and the Chicago Food Depository competition and winning the 2003 Gold Medal for Retail Broker of the Year - Tenant Representation from Commercial Forum, The Chicago Association of Realtors. He was also named to the Retail Advisory Committee to the Urban Business Districts Program at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Mr. Kirsch is a member of the International Association of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, Friends of Downtown Chicago, The Chicago Loop Alliance and the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association.

Kristi I Schofield joined Newmark Knight Frank's Atlanta office 2003, as an associate specializing in real estate advisory services to a diverse group of law firm and corporate clients throughout the country. Ms. Schofield has developed and implemented strategic real estate plans on behalf of clients such as Kaplan Higher Education, Fossil Partners, AFC Enterprises and CH2M Hill, Inc. For these and other clients, Ms. Schofield has performed a wide array of real estate services such as lease restructures, renewals, buy-outs and ownership transactions. Previously, Ms. Schofield served as a senior product manager with a major telecommunications provider where she was responsible for both strategic planning and project management. In 1994 Mr. Kuhn received the National Jewish Humanitarian Award and was guest of honor at the Real Estate & Construction Industries' annual Winter's Eve Ball, which benefited the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine. Mr. Kuhn received the NYU "Real Estate Service Award of the Year" in 1984, and the 1985 "Young Man of the Year" Award presented by the Real Estate Board of New York. Mr. Kuhn graduated from Stuyvesant High School in 1965. He was Captain of the fencing team, second place finisher in the tri-state championship and member of the 1964 City Championship team. Mr. Kuhn went on to fence at Syracuse, winning tri-state championships in 1968 and finishing 12th in the country. Kuhn, after a 25 year absence, returned to fence in the Veterans division where he ranked 7th in the country when he retired in 2001. Mr. Kuhn holds both a B.B.A. in Finance and an M.B.A. in Real Estate from Syracuse University. He recently endowed the new Business School with the Dean's office and established the Leo and Sunnie Kuhn Scholarship for Entrepreneurial Studies in the Syracuse Whitman School of Business.
As the co-managing principal of the West Los Angeles office, Mr. Arnold leads a team of nine experienced professionals. Mr. Arnold's tenant representation practice focuses on exceeding client expectations through creative problem solving, proven execution processes, timely responsiveness, and attention to detail. This type of performance provides solutions for complex real estate transactions that are financially beneficial to his clients. Mr. Arnold has consistently been a top performer in the Region, quoted numerous times in the Los Angeles Business Journal and was recently recognized by The Costar Group as one of the "Top 20 Power Brokers in Los Angeles". He was previously involved in the second largest lease transaction in Los Angeles on behalf of The Interpublic Group of Companies, consisting of approximately 161,000 square feet. He has represented numerous prominent clients over the course of his career, spanning various industry types and requirements. His clients have included: HBO, Live Nation, Lucas Films, The Culver Studios, Endemol USA, The Consulate General of France, Greenpoint Financial, Japan Airlines, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Occam Networks, Westwood One Companies, The Interpublic Group, Primedia, Hachette Filipacchi Media, and Carat. Mr. Arnold is an active member of his community. He served as the chairman for the American Diabetes Association (Father of the Year), The Guardians, Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, and also volunteers at Wilshire Boulevard Temple. The father of four children and husband to an amazing wife, Mr. Arnold spends the majority of his time with his family, enjoying many athletic activities. Mr. Arnold received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric/Communications from the University of California at Davis.
Myron G. Galchutt offers a unique breadth of knowledge to corporations in the area of corporate advisory services encompassing strategic and tactical planning, portfolio/account management, site valuation, and investment. During the past 15 years, Mr. Galchutt's abilities allowed him to complete nearly 7 million square feet of assignments encompassing all aspects of real estate. Joining Newmark Knight Frank in 2002 as a managing principal for the firm's Southern California region, Mr. Galchutt has since developed strong relationships with Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Citigroup, Panasonic, and Lennar Homes, among others. In his capacity as managing principal, Mr. Galchutt represents clients on both a global and domestic basis. Mr. Galchutt has advised many prominent corporations and directed real estate efforts in North America and globally for MSC Software, Powerwave Technologies, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Kaiser Permanente (46 million square feet) and Unocal, among others. Mr. Galchutt completed major investment analysis projects for the University of California, Irvine, as well as investment sales on behalf of Cigna Insurance, GE Capital, and AEW Capital. Over his career, Mr. Galchutt has served as a real estate advisor for Studley, Inc. and Grubb & Ellis Company. Prior to entering real estate advisory, Mr. Galchutt served under Bob Bullock, Comptroller for the State of Texas, as a corporate tax auditor. Mr. Galchutt later joined Ernst & Young as a senior real estate tax advisor, providing financial forecasting, legal research and detailed portfolio analysis to his clients. Mr. Galchutt serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross (Orange County) in several capacities including Executive Board Member, Chairman of Governance Committee, and Lessons Learned Committee Member. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Orange Lutheran High School. He is an active supporter of The Boy Scouts of America, serving on the troop committee of Troop 51, and is a proud Eagle Scout. Mr. Galchutt is also a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Orange (Missouri Synod) where he has filled various leadership positions including a seat on the Board of Elders and chairman for the Stewardship Committee. Mr. Galchutt received a Congressional nomination and appointment to attend the United States Military Academy Preparatory School at West Point. He also successfully completed Officer Candidate School for the United States Air Force. He later graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Texas State University. Mr. Galchutt attended California State University Long Beach to continue his advanced studies in Spanish. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Patrick M. Duffy joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2002 as Managing Principal. Mr. Duffy has more than 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, during which he has focused on providing tenant representation services, including transaction services and long-term strategic planning. Mr. Duffy is a member of Newmark Knight Frank's National Advisory Board of Directors. Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Duffy was Senior Vice President with the Studley Company. Mr. Duffy is a member of Newmark Knight Frank's Law Firm Advisory Group. He has negotiated several million square feet of lease transactions on behalf of many of the nation's leading firms. Representative clients include: White & Case LLP; Shutts & Bowen LLP; Husch & Eppenberger, LLC; Frost Brown Todd LLC; Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC and Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A. Mr. Duffy has completed corporate assignments on behalf of such companies as: Burger King; AFC Enterprises; CH2MHILL; CNN Turner Broadcasting Systems; Lafarge North America; Lockwood Greene; Bellsouth; WH Smith and Lend Lease. Mr. Duffy has completed in excess of 1 million square feet of Class A office build-to-suit transactions. The 250,000-square-foot Burger King headquarters assignment engineered by Mr. Duffy in 2005 was structured as a pre-sale of a to be built building. The financing/ownership for the project was procured and negotiated by Mr. Duffy. The savings to Burger King exceeded $20 million versus a traditional developer controlled/financed project. Also in 2005, Mr. Duffy's team structured a transaction with AIG on behalf of the law firm Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough LLP, to build a new 400,000-square-foot Class A office building in Midtown Atlanta. Each of these transactions was selected as the office transaction of the year. Mr. Duffy was the lead in structuring a 240,000-square-foot build-to-suit in Sunrise, Florida for AMCV Corp. For each of these new construction transactions, Mr. Duffy negotiated at the state and local levels for the municipal incentives ultimately received by the client. Mr. Duffy is a graduate of Valdosta State University.
Richard Perna joined Newmark Knight Frank's Long Island office as an Associate in 2005. Son of executive managing director Ralph Perna, Richard entered real estate through Newmark Knight Frank, where he interned during the winter of 2005. Specializing in Industrial and Office Tenant Representation, Richard brings substantial leadership skills to his work with Newmark Knight Frank. Two-year captain of the Pace University Tennis team, Richard was a three-time all-conference selection. Richard also spent four consecutive summers as head sailing instructor at the Dunewood Yacht Club of Fire Island, New York. As head sailing instructor, he led the most respected and best attended yacht club on Fire Island, and was head instructor during the club's most profitable summer in all 43 years of its existence. Richard is currently pursuing membership in the Commercial Industrial Broker Society and Hauppauge Industrial Association. Richard Perna received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Management from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.

William Benton opened Newmark Knight Frank in 2002 as a founding member of the firm's San Francisco office. He brings his in-depth knowledge of the San Francisco commercial real estate market to the firm as it continues with its national expansion. Prior to coming to Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Benton, a Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, and his partner Mike Brown were recognized as one of the firms' top teams since the partnership was formed in 1998. In 2000 they were bestowed the "Hot Dot" award by the San Francisco Business Times as the Real Estate Brokers of the Year. Through their 8-year partnership their aggregate transaction volume has totaled over 2.5 million square feet and more than $400 million in total consideration. Significant transactions include the 125,000 square foot eGroups/Yahoo lease at 555 Market Street and the 117,000-square-foot, $55-million lease disposition for DoubleClick in San Francisco. An initial lease up of 140,000 vacant square feet at 123 Townsend Street in San Francisco. Other clients include General Atlantic Partners, Critical Path, Smith Barney, Legg Mason, Fox Paine, Arthur J. Gallagher, and Lehman Brothers. Recently, Mr. Benton has been focused on relieving companies of excess space through subleasing, lease restructuring, and lease dispositions. Prior to CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Benton spent 5 years with the E&J Gallo Winery managing its distributors in several states in New England and as a Brand Manager. Mr. Benton and his wife have two children and they currently live in Burlingame. He is an active board member of the Make-A-Wish foundation as well as being a member of The Guardsmen, a 55-year old San Francisco service organization that sends inner city youths to camp every year. Bill is also a member of the USC Golden Gate Alumni Club. Squash in the very early morning is Bill's favorite form of competition.
Bill Zonghetti is a principal at Newmark Knight Frank's Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Zonghetti's real estate business has focused on tenant representation in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area for the past 20 years. He is considered by his peers to be an expert in this field and has been hired by tenants as legal expert on tenant-owner matters. He has lectured on the status of the Washington, D.C. office market at such institutions as the Rotary Club, the A.S.A.E. and at real estate forums such as Oncor International and CoreNet. Mr. Zonghetti has closed more than a billion dollars in gross leasing and sale transactions in his career, and is responsible for the headquarters locations of the following companies: 60,000 square feet for Ropes & Gray; 30,000 square feet for American Capital Strategies; 75,000 square feet for Informax, Inc.; 35,000 square feet for Integrated Systems Analysts; 40,000 square feet for The Embassy of Angola; 30,000 square feet for Appian Corporation and 30,000 square feet for Research Triangle Institute. He is also a prominent member of Newmark Knight Frank's national non-profit division and in this capacity has worked with such clients as Research Triangle Institute, American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), American Cancer Society, American Lung Association and Sierra Club, among many others. He has also represented corporate tenants such as Lehman Brothers, Coca-Cola, Consumer Reports, The Hearst Corporation and R.J. Reynolds in their Washington, DC leasing requirements. Mr. Zonghetti has been recognized by the Washington, D.C. Association of Realtors as one of the region's top brokers, receiving the "Million Dollar Leasing" award for eight consecutive years. Mr. Zonghetti graduated from Catholic University with a degree in Business Management and graduate degree in Engineering Management.
