It does not seem like that long ago that Nextgen CEO Paul Rothstein founded Copytech, our predecessor company, with one AB Dick press and a desktop folder. That was 1973. In those days, the entire company consisted of three people, and just about everything was manual. But it was in these early days that the company's customer service-focused philosophy was formed. And while the technology and processes have changed dramatically during the past 35 years as has the size of our "Nextgen family," and the huge number of services we offer our philosophy of putting the customer first, no matter what, has never changed. Thirty five years later, in 2008, Nextgen has changed names a few times, and even changed owners a few times but our unrelenting demand for quality, for providing options and for helping customers, has never wavered. Our strategy, our philosophy and our entire mission, is simply stated: make our customer's lives as simple and stress-free as we can.
