Arthur has over 20 years experience in wafer processing. He holds an MS in materials science and engineering from MIT and a BS in applied and engineering physics from Cornell. He was also a Leaders for Manufacturing Fellow at MIT, earning an MS in business management and an MS in mechanical engineering. He holds several patents in the field of wafer processing equipment.

Barry has more than 30 years of experience selling and marketing semiconductor manufacturing equipment both domestically and internationally, with an emphasis on Asia/Pacific. Prior experience includes SemiTest, Electro-Scientific Industries, and ADE. He has a BS in physics/psychology from the University of Massachusetts and has done post-graduate study at Indiana University and University of Minnesota.

Ken came to NEXX with more than 20 years experience in positions dealing with the definition, development, and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for technical hardware products, software, and systems. Most recently, he was vice president of Southeast Asia sales and managing director of Amkor's Singapore sales office. Experience prior to Amkor includes Micro Component Technologies, Robotic Vision Systems, Concurrent Computer (all three in Singapore), Orion Instruments, Genrad, and Hewlett-Packard. He holds an MS from the University of Michigan and a BS from Wichita State, both degrees in mechanical engineering.

R. Douglas Norby joined Tessera as chief financial officer and senior vice president in July 2003. An industry veteran with more than 35 years in the technology sector, Norby has held numerous executive management positions with such prominent companies as LSI Logic, Mentor Graphics and Syntex Corporation. Most recently, he was chief financial officer of Zambeel, Inc., a provider of enterprise-class network storage solutions. Norby has served on the boards of entertainment company Lucasfilm Ltd., where he was also president and chief operating officer, and Recordati, S.p.A., an Italian pharmaceutical company. He currently serves on three public company boards: LSI Logic, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and STATS ChipPAC. Norby holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
