Prior to serving as CEO of Actimize, Mr. Sosna served as its Executive Vice President of New Business Development. Before Actimize, Mr. Sosna founded Gilon Information Systems, which grew into Israel s largest business intelligence company. Carmela Avner serves as VP global operations and CIO since January 2002. Prior to this she served as Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer since January 2000. Before joining NICE, Ms. Avner was the Sales Executive for the Manufacturing Sector for EDS, Israel. Prior to joining EDS, she held several positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals including, Systems Manager and MIS Manager for the operations department. Dafna Gruber joined NICE in May 2007 as Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Gruber is responsible for the corporate finance, global operations, facilities as well as management information systems departments.
Ms Gruber came to NICE from Alvarion (NASDAQ: ALVR), where she worked for 11 years, the last eight as the company's CFO.
From 1993 to 1996 Ms Gruber was financial controller at Lannet, a leading worldwide data communications company, subsequently acquired by Lucent.
Ms Gruber is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Eran Gorev is Chief Business Officer responsible for NICE’s global business, a position he has held since October 2008.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Gorev was President and CEO of NICE Systems Inc., the company’s operation in the Americas, which he held from 2005 until 2008.
From 2002 until the end of 2004, Mr. Gorev was president of the "North America - Major Clients" division at Amdocs. In this role, Mr. Gorev had overall responsibility for Amdocs' business with some of North America's leading communication service providers and media companies. Prior to this, Mr. Gorev served as Corporate Vice President and Head of Worldwide Sales at Amdocs, where he led the global sales and business development activities of the company.
Before joining Amdocs, Mr. Gorev held various marketing and sales management positions in the Information Technology industry. He served as product manager, senior account manager and sales manager at Digital Equipment Corporation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gorev advanced from software engineer to senior project manager, responsible for the development, integration and maintenance of mission critical systems for the Israeli Defense Forces.
Mr. Gorev holds an L.LB degree from Tel-Aviv University and a joint MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and the Recanati School of Business Administration, Tel-Aviv University.

Udi Ziv is Chief Product Officer responsible for developing and implementing NICE’s Enterprise product growth strategy, a position he has held since October 2008.
Prior to joining NICE, Mr. Ziv held several senior executive positions with SAP AG from 2001 until 2007. Those positions included General Manager of SAP's Small Business Solutions; Managing Director of SAP Labs Israel; and Vice President responsible for the research & development of the SAP Portal product.
Before joining SAP, Mr. Ziv was one of the original members and head of the global R&D team at Top Tier Software, a leading enterprise portal company which was acquired by SAP in 2001.

Israel Livnat has served as our Corporate Vice President & President of the Security Group since May 2006. Prior to joining NICE, he served since 2001 as the President and CEO of Elta Systems Ltd. Prior to his last position as the President of Elta Systems, Mr. Livnat was heading a division in the Israeli Aircraft Industries, leading the development of the Arrow weapons system. Before that he was VP Engineering in the same division in the Israeli Aircraft Industries, and director for hardware engineering in Daisy Systems Mountain View California, leading state-of-the-art developments in the hardware and software of large computer-embedded systems. Mr. Livnat holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from Stanford University California. He was awarded the prestigious Israeli Industry Prize in 2004.

Moshe Egert joined NICE in 2008 as President of the newly-formed NICE Enterprise Group.
Prior to joining Nice, Mr. Egert spent two years as an active board member and strategic consultant with several software companies, specializing in strategic planning, sales and marketing, and business development.
Previously Mr. Egert spent 15 years with Mercury in a variety of business and technical positions. Between 1996 and 2005 Mr. Egert served as the President of the EMEA operation for Mercury where he was responsible for the impressive growth and the transformation of Mercury into a leading enterprise software vendor.
Prior to joining Mercury, Mr. Egert was head of Educational Services for the Kidum Group.

Ms. Dushkin joined Ex Libris Group as Vice President of Marketing in October, 2006. With over 20 years of technology experience, Ms. Dushkin is responsible for corporate marketing and product management. Before coming to Ex Libris, Ms Dushkin was vice president of Strategy and Business Operations at NICE Systems, She also spent 11 years with the Consulting Division of Oracle Corporation, most recently as vice president of Internet Services for the Western United States. She started her career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Ms. Dushkin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Marketing from California State University, Northridge.

Shykeh Gordon was appointed President of NiceVision in April 2007, after serving as President of NICE Intelligence Solutions.
Before joining NICE in July 2006, Shykeh was CEO of Crescendo Networks, a high-tech start-up, and before that of Niragongo, also a start-up company. Prior to this he filled several senior positions in RADVision, where he set up the US division before bcoming VP global sales and COO.

Ron Gutler has served as a director of NICE since May 2001 and Chairman of the Board since May 2002. Rimon Ben-Shaoul has served as a director of NICE since September 2001. Since 2001, Mr. Ben-Shaoul has served as Co-Chairman, President, and CEO of Koonras Technologies Ltd., a technology investment company controlled by Poalim Investments Ltd., a large Israeli holding company. Mr. Ben-Shaoul also serves as Chairman of Nipson Digital Printing Systems PLC and as a director of Dor Chemicals Ltd., MIND C.T.I. Ltd., BVR Systems Ltd., Cimatron Ltd. and several private companies. In addition, he is the President and CEO of Polar Communications Ltd., which manages media and communication investments. Between 1997 and 2001, Mr. Ben-Shaoul was the President and CEO of Clal Industries and Investments Ltd., one of the largest holding companies in Israel with substantial holdings in the high tech industry. During that time, Mr. Ben-Shaoul also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Clal Electronics Industries Ltd., Scitex Corporation Ltd., and various other companies within the Clal Group. Mr. Ben-Shaoul also served as a director of ECI Telecom Ltd., Fundtech Ltd., Creo Products, Inc. and Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd..
