David M. Engert became president and chief executive officer in November 2008. Mr. Engert has served as a director since early 2008. Mr. Engert served as the founder and owner of ES3, a strategic consulting and investment company since 2007. Prior to 2007, from 2002 to 2006, Mr. Engert served as the president, chief executive officer and director of Quality Care Solutions, Inc., one of the nation's leading providers of advanced healthcare payer enterprise application solutions, which was acquired by Trizetto, Inc. in January 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Engert served as senior vice president and general manager of the Managed Care Group and then Revenue Cycle Management at McKesson Corporation, a healthcare services and information technology company dedicated to helping its customers deliver high-quality healthcare by reducing costs, streamlining processes, and improving the quality and safety of patient care. Mr. Engert received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Greg Lowenstein serves as Chief Executive Officer and Cofounder of The Radlinx Group and is responsible for management, strategic planning, marketing and client relations. Mr. Lowenstein brings a wide range of experience to his position as president of The Radlinx Group, having held management positions with start-up firms to Fortune 500 companies. He has served as the director of operations, sales, marketing and distribution in physician practice management and in the healthcare distribution segment. On the distribution side, Mr. Lowenstein pioneered the first vendor provided contract material program in the country. As Vice President/General Manager of a large, national emergency medicine management firm, he led successful integration efforts as part of merger activities associated with the sale of the company. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of The Schumacher Group, a national emergency medicine management firm identified by Inc. magazine as one of the fasted growing privately held companies in America. Mr. Lowenstein is a leading authority and nationally recognized expert on medical practice billing and reimbursement issues. He continues to serve on the management team of U.S. Radiology Partners, the nation's leading radiology management firm. Mr. Lowenstein is a noted expert in radiology management, contributing a regular column on radiology management issues to the national journal Advance for Administrators in Radiology. He has been published or cited in a wide range of periodicals, including Trustee, American Medical News, Diagnostic Imaging, The Dallas Morning News, and The Dallas Business Journal. Mr. Lowenstein is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and resides in Dallas, Texas.

Timothy E. Murnane joined the Company as its executive vice president and chief operating officer in March 2008. Prior to joining NightHawk, since 1995, Mr. Murnane has served as owner and operator of Bantry Holdings, Inc., a consulting company formed by Mr. Murnane to invest in and advise private growth companies on a broad range of operational matters. From 1992 through 1995, Mr. Murnane served as the president and chief operating officer of The Medstat Group, a public health information company, where he was responsible for all aspects of Medstat's operations. Prior to 1992, Mr. Murnane served in several different managerial roles, including president and managing officer, of Bank One Financial Card Services. Mr. Murnane received a B.A. from Williams College, an M.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College

Paul E. Cartee currently is senior vice president and general counsel of the Company and has been with the Company since 2005. Prior to joining NightHawk, from 2001 to 2005, Mr. Cartee practiced corporate and securities law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation, in Seattle, Washington. From 1994 to 1998, he served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy at the Naval Nuclear Power School as an instructor of physics and mechanical engineering. Mr. Cartee received a B.S. from Murray State University and a J.D. from Duke University.

David J. Brophy, Ph.D. has served as a director since 2004. Dr. Brophy is the director of the Office for the Study of Private Equity and an associate professor of finance at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, where he has been employed since 1966. Dr. Brophy also serves as a director of Munder Funds, an investment management firm. Dr. Brophy received a B.A. and a B.Comm. from St. Francis Xavier University, an M.B.A. from the University of Detroit and a Ph.D. from the Ohio State University.
