David M. Engert became president and chief executive officer in November 2008. Mr. Engert has served as a director since early 2008. Greg Lowenstein serves as Chief Executive Officer and Cofounder of The Radlinx Group and is responsible for management, strategic planning, marketing and client relations. Mr. Lowenstein is a leading authority and nationally recognized expert on medical practice billing and reimbursement issues. He continues to serve on the management team of U.S. Radiology Partners, the nation's leading radiology management firm. Mr. Lowenstein is a noted expert in radiology management, contributing a regular column on radiology management issues to the national journal Advance for Administrators in Radiology. He has been published or cited in a wide range of periodicals, including Trustee, American Medical News, Diagnostic Imaging, The Dallas Morning News, and The Dallas Business Journal. Mr. Lowenstein is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and resides in Dallas, Texas.

Timothy E. Murnane joined the Company as its executive vice president and chief operating officer in March 2008.
