As domain architect, Dr. Allinder is responsible for leading a team of technologists to design and deliver the Nistevo Network through frequent updates that better respond to market and customer demand. Prior to joining Nistevo in 1999, Allinder was a senior technical consultant at Fourth Generation, where he worked with senior management teams on implementing object-oriented technologies. Allinder also spent almost ten years at Burlington Northern Railroad, where he held management positions that directed the company's technical infrastructure and software development. In addition, Allinder was pivotal in leading the company's adoption of many emerging technologies.

As executive vice president at Nistevo, Mr. Kelley is responsible for the strategic development of Nistevo's global market position, developing strategic relationships and leading a team of marketing, technical sales and business development professionals for small to medium-size business opportunities. Kelley's organization works with customers, strategic partners and prospects to understand the value of the Nistevo Network through product demonstrations, discovery/survey sessions, ROI analysis and business case development. Prior to joining Nistevo in 1999, Kelley spent four years at Oracle as a principal sales consultant focused on retail, consumer goods, and industrial accounts. For the ten years prior to Oracle, Kelley worked for American Harvest serving in various financial/accounting, distribution and information systems roles including controller, financial analyst, procurement manager, and business analyst for supply chain implementations.

As executive vice president of sales, Mr. Morgan is responsible for leading the company's nationwide sales efforts through a team of direct sales representatives. With over twenty years in technology sales management positions, Morgan has led sales teams at established organizations including NCR, AT&T and GERS Retail Systems, as well as with start-up companies such as Thinque and Syndeo Systems. Morgan has been with Nistevo since March 2000.

Robert "Bob" Reed is interim Senior VP of Human Resources for Sterling Commerce, responsible for managing human resources and organizational development. Reed is currently vice president of Diversity & Inclusion for AT&T and has managed Human Resources for major corporations in the healthcare, hi-tech, manufacturing, wireless communications, and consumer goods industries for more than 20 years. Today, he supports AT&T's business units through initiatives that integrate inclusion and diversity into all aspects of its operations. An active professional, Reed is a featured in "Who's Who in Black America" in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. He is a Council Member for Diversity Best Demonstrated Practices and a Board member for the American Institute for Managing Diversity. He received a bachelor's degree in business labor relations and personnel from Ohio University.

Dave Robinson is responsible for the general management of all Sterling Commerce operations in EMEA including consulting services, customer care, finance, human resources, legal compliance, marketing and sales.

David Adams is responsible for delivering all customer-facing systems and networks. Before joining Sterling Commerce, Adams worked in the technology and customer delivery industry for 22 years in a variety of technology management positions.

Deborah Surrette is Senior Vice President of Americas' Sales Operations for Sterling Commerce, responsible for direct sales, product sales, pre-sales engineering, sales enablement, and field marketing for all of the Americas. Previously, Surrette led the Sterling Commerce sales team to unprecedented growth and contractual relationships with such prominent customers as Sears, 3M, Staples and Daimler Chrysler. Before joining Sterling Commerce, Surrette ran MCI's major and national account division, where she was responsible for direct and indirect sales, pre-sales engineering, post-sales implementation and delivery, sales operations, and field marketing.

Steven Aulds is Senior Vice President of Engineering for Sterling Commerce, Inc., an AT&T subsidiary that helps 80% of the FORTUNE 500 thrive in a global economy by solving complex business process challenges. As the top Engineering Executive, Mr. Aulds manages nine product development centers across the globe for product development for all Sterling Commerce product lines, including Managed File Transfer, Business to Business Integration, Sterling Collaboration Network, and Supply Chain Applications. Mr. Aulds has 26 years of experience in software systems for manufacturing and logistics. Mr. Aulds joined Yantra Corporation in 1999 as Senior Vice President of Engineering and subsequently Yantra was acquired by Sterling Commerce in January 2005. In June 2006, he was named Senior Vice President of Engineering for Sterling Commerce. Prior to Yantra and Sterling Commerce, Mr. Aulds was Vice President of Engineering at Fastech Integration, CIO of Digital Equipment Corporation Semiconductor and Interconnect Technologies Division, and held several managerial positions in companies such as Unisys, National Semiconductor, and General Electric. Mr. Aulds received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and has attended graduate courses in Computer Science at the University of Cincinnati and University of Virginia. He is a graduate of the world renowned General Electric Manufacturing Management Program. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).

Tom Aitchison is responsible for driving revenue and managing Sterling Commerce sales and sales operations for North America and Latin America of all products and services.

As vice president of enrollment and support services, Ms. Guinn is responsible for the enrollment and integrations of new client implementations, as well as all existing and new client project support. Prior to joining Nistevo in 2000, Ms. Guinn acquired over 12 years experience in supply chain management, business process re-engineering, systems integration and project management with 3M, Imation Corporation, and Eastman Kodak. At Nistevo, Guinn has been instrumental in directing the business process and software solution design for all client implementations.

Jim Hendrickson is Vice President of Corporate Development for Sterling Commerce, responsible for strategy, business development, corporate intelligence, and standards and strategic technology. During his tenure at Sterling Commerce, he also has held positions running Product Management and one of Sterling Commerce product lines. Prior to joining Sterling Commerce, Hendrickson was a Senior Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives, for one of the top five financial institutions in the United States. Working with the investment management company of the bank, he worked closely with the business units to provide technology strategy and planning in support of corporate growth. Hendrickson is on the curriculum advisory board of Columbus State Community College, in Columbus, Ohio, and has served on the business advisory boards of Intraware Corporation of Orinda, Calif., Document Finishing, LLC of Indianapolis, and the Armada Group in Columbus, Ohio. Hendrickson holds a bachelor's of business degree in information systems from Belmont University and a master's degree in management from National-Louis University.

As vice president of product development, Mr. Hirshman is responsible for the product strategy, development and infrastructure of the Nistevo Network. A highly experienced transportation/logistics executive with an extensive background in supply chain management, Hirshman came to Nistevo from Smithfield Foods where he directed corporate transportation functions and successfully implemented Nistevo's transportation management solution. Prior to that, Hirshman provided product direction on TMS and optimization software at RedPrairie. Hirshman also spent over ten years with Kraft Foods in senior roles within transportation operations.
