Mr. Robert F. Gross has eight years of entrepreneurial experience (as CFO) in all operational aspects of a software development company with annual sales in the $10 million range. He was directly involved in all components of the business: accounting, treasury, legal, credit, human resources, property management, and risk management. He was involved from the inception of the company through the successful acquisition of the company by a $1.5 billion publicly traded company in early 2002. Prior corporate finance and accounting experience includes serving as Controller, Assistant Controller, Sales Operations Coordinator.

Mrs. Inga Banyte joined No Magic in April, 1997 and her responsibilities include establishing and maintaining the organizational structure for the subsidiary, specifically the accounting, finance, human resources infrastructure to support the development, quality, analysis, customer support, sales and marketing functions. Mrs. Inga Banyte is responsible for communications and reporting to Parent Company, she represents Company and its needs in communications with clients, suppliers, employees and governmental institutions. Mrs. Inga Banyte holds Master of Business Administration Degree from Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania. Currently Mrs. Inga Banyte continues her education with Master Studies of Management Program at ISM University of Management and Economics (Norwegian School of Management BI).

Darius has been working with No Magic since 1998. He has worked as Java developer in multiple international projects. Currently, Darius is a MagicDraw analyst and training group leader. Darius has developed a modeling case study MagicLibrary and lead multiple MagicDraw training courses worldwide. He also taught commercial courses on Requirements Management with UML, Software Design with UML, and Java/ J2EE Programming. Darius received his PhD from Vytautas Magnus University, where he teaches courses in Software Development Methodology and Software Engineering.
