With more than 16 years of high-tech engineering experience, Vice President of Engineering Peter Feldman brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the Nomadix executive team. In his position, Mr. Feldman oversees the development of all new and existing products, including hardware platforms and software. He previously served as Nomadix' Director of Systems Development where he led the first successful OEM product development effort that resulted in a Comdex "Best in Show" Award. Prior to joining Nomadix Mr. Feldman held the position of Director of Engineering, Access Products at Xircom where he oversaw all new and existing product development activities as well as the delivery of more than 30 new products to market including the revolutionary RealPort Integrated PC and CardBus family.

Mr. Nazarian is the founding member of Smart Technology Ventures, having successfully completed two family venture funds before founding Smart Technology Ventures III. He is a successful entrepreneur who has funded and built many technology companies and has nearly 20 years of operational and investment experience in the telecommunications and aerospace industries. Mr. Nazarian was a major investor in Omninet, a company that provided two-way messaging services via satellite for mobile users, when it merged with Qualcomm in 1988. The Nazarian family remains a large shareholder in Qualcomm (Nasdaq: QCOM). Mr. Nazarian serves on the boards of directors for Cradle Technologies, FutureTrade Technologies, Lucix Corporation, and Allard Industries. He is a member of the Board of Governors and the Investment Committee for both Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the UCLA Foundation. He received his MBA from the University of Southern California.
