Dr. David H. Resler is Managing Director and Chief Economist at Nomura Securities International, Inc., where he oversees the Economics Department. The Department has responsibility for providing economic analysis for the trading and sales operations. In addition, Dr. Resler publishes a daily commentary on the economy and financial markets and produces a weekly newsletter and forecast calendar as well as periodic reports on key topical issues and economic developments that may affect the economic outlook. Dr. Resler writes a regular column for the Nikkei Financial Daily and his views and analysis appear frequently in the financial press including Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Financial Times, The Economist, and Barron's. Prior to joining Nomura in March 1986, Dr. Resler also served as Chief Financial Economist at the First National Bank of Chicago from 1981 to 1986, as Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank or St. Louis from 1979-1981, as Assistant Professor of Economics at St. Louis University, Adjunct Associate Professor at Washington University, and Lecturer at Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Dr. Resler graduated with honors from Muskingum College in Concord, Ohio and received his Masters and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University

Mark H. Adelson is the Chief Credit Officer of Standard & Poor's. He is responsible for all of S&P's rating criteria for all types of ratings. He joined S&P in May 2008. Before joining S&P, Adelson was a founding member of Adelson & Jacob Consulting, LLC. The firm specialized in the areas of securitization and real estate consulting and operated from July 2007 to May 2008. Until July 2007, Adelson was a managing director and head of structured finance research at Nomura Securities. At Nomura he authored numerous reports on a wide variety of securitization topics and worked closely with other members of the fixed income division toward enhancing Nomura's securitization activities. Before Nomura in February 2001, Adelson worked at Moody's Investors Service for 9 years. From 1995 through January 2001 Adelson was a managing director in Moody's structured finance group and, at various times, headed or co headed Moody's ABS, MBS, and ABCP teams. Adelson joined Moody's in 1991 as a senior analyst in the asset-backed commercial paper area. Before joining Moody's, Adelson practiced law for six years at the firm of Thacher Proffitt & Wood, where he worked on mortgage-backed securities transactions and related regulatory matters. Adelson is a member of the New York bar. He holds a JD from the University of Michigan (1985) and an AB in economics from Princeton University (1982). He is the son of Prof. Adelson
