Nortech Systems Inc.

Mr. Degen has been President and CEO of Nortech Systems since May, 2002, and a director of the Company since May, 1998. He has more than 33 years of manufacturing and industrial experience, including a 17-year career with The Toro Company, a manufacturer of lawn mowers, snow throwers and other products. His positions at Toro included Managing Director, Worldwide Parts, and most recently, Managing Director, Worldwide Operations. He held previous positions with Honeywell and Pako Corporation.

Mr. Wasielewski has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since May, 2004. From 2000 until then, he served as Controller/Senior Director of Operations Finance at Select Comfort Corporation, Minneapolis. He previously was the CFO/Vice President of Finance and Administration for Lycro Products, Inc., Wakarusa, Indiana, and held various senior financial management positions with The Toro Company from 1983 to 1995.

Mr. Anderly has been Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer of the Company since May, 1996. He was Vice President of Finance and Administration from 1991 to May, 1996.

Mr. Pieper has been Vice President, Aerospace Operations since November 1, 2008. From November 1, 2004 until October 31, 2008, he was the Principal Operating Officer of the Company. Previously, he was Director of Manufacturing with Landoll Corporation, Marysville, Kansas. From 1997 to 2003, he held a variety of executive positions with WESTECH, Inc., Casper, Wyoming.

Mr. Steichen has been Vice President, Commercial Operations since November 1, 2008. From May 18, 2005 until October 31, 2008, he was the Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Before joining Nortech Systems, he held North American and international sales and marketing assignments with Graco Inc. Industrial Automotive Equipment Division as Director of Sales and Marketing, Minneapolis. Prior to Graco, his background includes 10 years with the Hoffman Enclosures subsidiary of Pentair, Inc., Minneapolis, and 11 years with General Electric’s Electrical Distribution and Control Division, Plainville, Conn.

Mr. Horne has been Vice President, Global Supply Chain Management of the Company since February, 2003. From 1997 until February, 2003, he was Vice President, Corporate Procurement.

Mr. Kucera has been Vice President, Corporate Quality of the Company since 1991. He assumed the additional responsibility of directing the company’s FOCUS lean management program on December 1, 2006.

Mr. Kunin served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Regis Corporation from 1983 to May 2004, and currently serves as Vice Chairman. A founder of Regis, Mr. Kunin served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1965 to 1996. Regis is the world's largest owner, operator and franchisor of hair care salons. He has been a director of Nortech Systems since 1990.

Mr. Riley has served since 1996 as President of Riley Dettman & Kelsey LLC, management consultants. He has been a director of the Company since August, 2001.

Mr. David Kunin was elected a director of Regis in 1997. He is Chief Executive Officer of Beautopia, LLC, a manufacturer of hair care products. He was Vice President, Marketing, of Regis from November 1992 until February 1997 when he became Chief Executive Officer of Beautopia LLC, and Vice President of The Regis Foundation. He is the son of Myron Kunin. Mr. Myron Kunin is a founder of Regis and has served as a director since our incorporation in 1954. He was President and Chief Executive Officer from 1965 to June 30, 1996, and was Chairman of the Board from 1983 to May 4, 2004. He is Vice Chairman of the Board and holder of the majority of voting shares of Curtis Squire, Inc., a significant shareholder of Regis. He is also a director of Nortech Systems Incorporated, a manufacturer of wire harnesses and cable and electromechanical assemblies for commercial and defense industries.
