Brian S. Alper, MD, MSPH is the editor-in-chief for DynaMed, a clinical reference tool with clinically-organized, updated summaries of more than 3,000 topics. He is also the medical director for clinical reference products at EBSCO Publishing, Inc. in Ipswich, MA.

C. Richard King, M.D. is Medical Director of Clear Passage Therapies. Board-certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, he is a gynecologist with more than 35 years of clinical experience. Dr. King served as Chief of Staff and is presently Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida. He is Medical Director of Florida Medical and Research Institute, P.A., a clinical and research facility oriented to gynecology and research in women's health.

Sharon Roseanne Thompson, MD, MPH is currently a fourth year resident in obstetrics and gynecology at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA where she serves as chief resident for teaching. Her experience in education and curriculum planning spans over 10 years. She is currently an active member of the Brigham and Women's Hospital Education Committee as well as the Partners HealthCare Education Committee which oversees educational activities for five hospitals in the Boston area. Dr. Thompson received her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, a master in public health from University of California at Berkeley, and her undergraduate degree from Vassar College.

With over 25 years in the healthcare field, including nearly 15 years in clinical research, Kay Price directs REGISTRAT's Clinical Operations equipped with hindsight from analyzing scores of successful research projects and training programs, and the foresight to develop client relationships, projects, and project teams to meet the ever-growing challenges of clinical research. Ms. Price's clinical research career evolved from a desire to improve patient care. Her early work as a critical and emergency care nurse grew into a position as Critical Care Educator at North Florida Regional Medical Center, where she developed and implemented training and continuing education programs to improve the critical care nursing staff. Promotion to Nurse Manager provided her opportunity for committee work, budgeting discussions, and staff evaluations and counseling. Her proclivity for responsibility and desire to further broaden her affect on patient care led her to clinical research as Senior Registered Nurse Specialist/Clinical Research Coordinator at the University of Florida, College of Medicine, Division of Cardiology. At the University of Florida, Ms. Price managed all aspects of patient participation in clinical trials, including screening and recruitment. As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), she also provided patient care within the context of the research program. Her leadership skills soon earned her the position of Coordinator of the Clinical Trials Program and she assumed supervision of the clinical research staff. In 1997, Ms. Price relocated to the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine and continued her work as Director of Clinical Trials where responsibilities included recruiting new studies, developing staff, and interfacing with clinical research organizations. In 1999, she earned the position of Director, Outcomes & Research at Central Baptist Hospital where she developed a multidisciplinary research program and managed over 100 protocols, adding 5-8 new protocols each month before being recruited by REGISTRAT to direct our Clinical Operations.

Marc brings to you over 30 years of experience in fine dining and gourmet cooking. During his culinary journey, Marc has worked with the prestigious banquet chef of the Don Cesar hotel on Saint Petersburg Beach, Florida, the top chef at Chez Sylvie Restaurant Francaise in Sarasota, Florida, and Daniela's Ristorante in Gainesville, Florida. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and enjoys teaching many facets of cooking. He specializes in garden herbs, exotic fruits and vegetables, and ice and tallow sculptures. He is currently the Executive Chef at the North Florida Regional Medical Center.
