"Dr. Ronald D. Sugar is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Northrop Grumman Corporation, a leader in global security.
Northrop Grumman provides innovative systems, products, and solutions in aerospace, electronics, information systems, shipbuilding and technical services to government and commercial customers worldwide. Northrop Grumman is headquartered in Los Angeles, California with sales of $34B, and employs 120,000 people in all 50 states and 25 countries.
Sugar was elected Chairman and CEO in 2003. He joined the company following its 2001 acquisition of Litton Industries Inc., having previously served as Litton's president and chief operating officer and as a member of its board of directors.
Prior to joining Litton, Sugar was president and chief operating officer of TRW Aerospace and Information Systems. Earlier, he ran TRW's worldwide automotive electronics business and also served as TRW's chief financial officer. TRW Inc. was acquired by Northrop Grumman in 2002.
In 1968, Sugar graduated summa cum laude in engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he also received a master's degree and a doctorate in the same field. He subsequently completed executive education programs at Stanford University, the Wharton School, and Harvard University. He was honored by UCLA as Engineering Alumnus of the Year, and has received among other honors the Marine Corps Foundation's Semper Fidelis Award, the Air Force Association’s John R. Alison Leadership to National Defense Award, the Army Distaff Foundation’s Eisenhower Distinguished Citizen Award, and the Howard Hughes Memorial Award.
Sugar is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, a fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and a fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. He served as Chairman of the Aerospace Industries Association and as national fundraising chairman of the $50M Pearl Harbor Memorial Fund. He earlier was appointed by the President of the United States to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee. He is a national trustee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association, a member of the Board of Visitors of the UCLA Anderson School of Management, a trustee of the University of Southern California, and a member of the board of directors of Chevron Corporation.

"Wes Bush is president and chief operating officer for Northrop Grumman Corporation.
Bush was appointed president in May 2006 and chief operating officer in March 2007. He also serves on the company’s corporate policy council. He was appointed corporate vice president and chief financial officer for the company in 2005. In 2003, he was appointed Space Technology sector president and held complete general management responsibilities for that business. Prior to the acquisition of TRW by Northrop Grumman, Bush had served since 2001 as president and CEO for TRW's UK-based global Aeronautical Systems.
Bush joined TRW in 1987 as a systems engineer and has held a series of increasingly responsible roles. In 1996 he was named program manager of a defense satellite program for the defense systems division, responsible for management of the satellite and ground segment developments, launch services, and operations and maintenance. He became vice president of TRW Space & Electronics’ planning and business development in 1998, where his duties included managing the organization's planning, resource management, and strategic development initiatives.
Beginning in 1999, Bush was vice president and general manager of the telecommunication programs division. In this position he was responsible for managing the development and production of telecommunication systems and products with an emphasis on advanced satellite and terrestrial wireless communications.
From 2000 to 2001, he served as vice president and general manager of TRW Ventures, an organization focused on leveraging TRW's advanced technologies to create new business opportunities in commercial markets. Prior to joining TRW, Bush held engineering positions with both the Aerospace Corporation and Comsat Labs.
He earned a bachelor's degree and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also is a graduate of UCLA's Executive Management Program.

"Dr. Alexis C. Livanos is corporate vice president and chief technology officer for Northrop Grumman.
In this transformational role, he is responsible for leading the company’s development of cutting-edge technologies to insert in new systems that address the evolving requirements. He also serves on the company’s corporate policy council.
Prior to this role, Livanos was corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman Space Technology, responsible for the strategic direction and operations of the sector, which developed a broad range of systems at the leading edge of space, defense, and electronics technology.
Prior to that, Livanos served as sector vice president and general manager for two divisions within the company’s Electronic Systems sector, the Systems Development and Technology and Space Sensors Division.
Before joining Northrop Grumman in 2003, Livanos served as executive vice president of Boeing Satellite Systems, where he was responsible for technology, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management, and strategic relationships and ventures. He also served as deputy general manager for the former TRW Electronic Systems and Technology Division and later as executive vice president of operations for Space Systems/Loral, driving the development of high-power, high-performance satellites. During his career, Livanos has participated in the successful launch of 45 satellites and has more than 30 years experience in research and applications in the fields of microelectronics, solid-state physics, electro-optics and signal processing.
Livanos earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s degree in engineering science, and a Ph.D. in engineering science and physics from the California Institute of Technology. He also taught applied physics at Caltech for two years as a post-doctorate fellow.
In 2008, Livanos was inducted into the National Academy of Engineering. That year he also received the Caltech Distinguished Alumni Award, the International von Karman Wings Award from the Aerospace Historical Society, and the IS Executive Leadership Award given by the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is a fellow of the California Council on Science & Technology and chaired its task force on the best and brightest. He is chairman of the Science Advisory Council for GALCIT, a member of the Visiting Committee for Caltech’s Division of Engineering and Applied Science. He is on the Board of Councilors for the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering and he serves on the UCLA Visiting Committee for Science and Technology. Livanos is a member of the IEEE and AFCEA, and an associate fellow of the AIAA and on the Board of Directors for the Space Foundation and the National Defense Industrial Association where he also serves as the Chairman of the Intel Committee.

Dr. Dale Burton is sector vice president, Technology and Chief Technology Officer for Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems sector, reporting directly to the sector president. He is responsible for directing the technology focus, reviewing sector technology development, and managing the decision-making process for discretionary resources for technology development and fielding. Having joined Northrop Grumman in July 1987 as a lead engineer, Dr. Burton was promoted to chief systems engineer a year later, heading the preparation of the top-level Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (Joint STARS) Preliminary Design Review summary. He led the engineering flight test system integration and flight test effort to a successful completion, which was capped by the "Early Look" and the European operational field demonstrations in 1990. As technical advisor to the Engineering department and a member of the full-scale development team, Dr. Burton flew 37 combat missions in Desert Storm. Following his return from Desert Storm, he was appointed director of Advanced Systems and, in March 1996, was named deputy program manager for the Joint STARS program. He served as chief engineer and deputy department manager of Engineering, Technology and Integrated Logistics Support beginning in early 1998. The following year he was appointed vice president, Engineering, Logistics, and Technology and in January 2003 was also named vice president, Advanced Architectures for Integrated Systems' Advanced Capabilities Development organization. Dr. Burton was a member of the Air Force Scientific Advisory Board from 1994 through 1998 and, prior to joining Northrop Grumman, held various lead technical positions in corporations such as Raytheon, Hughes Radar Systems Group, United Technologies Research Center, and Sikorsky Aircraft. He earned a Doctor of Science degree in applied mathematics from Florida State University in 1981 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.

"Ian V. Ziskin is corporate vice president of chief human resources and administrative officer for Northrop Grumman Corporation.
He is responsible for human resources (HR) strategy, compensation, benefits, HR information systems, employee and labor relations, learning and development, talent management/succession planning, talent acquisition, organization effectiveness and change management, process excellence, acquisition integration, security. He also has dotted line oversight for HR operations across seven operating sectors as well as functions including environmental, health, safety, real estate and facilities, travel services, command media, flight operations, ethics and diversity, community relations, and the Northrop Grumman Foundation. Ziskin is a member of the corporate policy council.
Ziskin has 26 years of human resources and leadership experience, including more than 18 years with TRW, one of Northrop Grumman’s heritage companies. Most recently, he has served as corporate vice president, human resources and leadership strategy for the company, executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Qwest Communications, and president and founder of Executive Excellence Group, a firm that builds executive and organizational credibility.
During his career, Ziskin has had responsibility for all aspects of human resources at the corporate, sector, operating unit and staff levels. His experience includes the aerospace and defense, automotive, electronic components, information services and telecommunications industries, in both service and manufacturing environments, in more than 25 countries in North America, South America, Europe and Asia/Pacific. He has led large-scale organizational changes, including four multi-billion dollar acquisition integrations in three separate companies.
Ziskin has been a speaker and author in areas that include acquisition integration, executive compensation, globalization, HR strategies and competencies and leadership/talent development. He earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Binghamton University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. He is also a graduate of executive human resources programs at the University of Michigan and Cornell University, as well as general management experiences including the Thunderbird Global Leadership Program, TRW’s Advanced Management and Business Leadership Programs, and LEAD1NG One Northrop Grumman where he also serves as a faculty member and program leader. Ziskin is a board member or participant in multiple professional organizations, including the HR Policy Association, the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California, the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies at Cornell University and HR50. In 2007, he was elected a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources – one of only 30 current Chief Human Resources Officers to receive this recognition, which is considered to be the highest honor in the Human Resources profession.

"James F. Palmer is vice president and chief financial officer for Northrop Grumman Corporation.
Palmer is responsible for the company's overall business management function and activities including the controller; treasury; contracts, pricing and supply chain; financial planning; tax; internal audit; investor relations; and trust administration and investments. He provides leadership to the business management organizations within the operating sectors of the company. He also oversees two organizations that provide services across the company: Enterprise Shared Services, which delivers transactional services, and IT Solutions, which provides information technology solutions and services. He is also a member of the company’s corporate policy council.
Palmer joined Northrop Grumman from Visteon Corporation where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He joined Visteon in June 2004. He previously served from 2000 to 2004 as president of Boeing Capital Corporation, and from 1997 to 2000 as president of Boeing Shared Services. From 1995 through 1997 he was senior vice president and chief financial officer of the McDonnell Douglas Corporation. At McDonnell Douglas, he also served as vice president and treasurer as well as vice president of business operations and CFO for military aircraft and missiles. Prior to his work at McDonnell Douglas, Palmer worked for twenty years at Ernst & Young, rising to the position of partner.
Palmer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Southeast Missouri State University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the Financial Executive Institute.

Dr. Robert F. Brammer is vice president and chief technology officer (CTO) for Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector. He is responsible for the sector's technology strategy and investments, and he reviews regularly all major sector programs and proposals to ensure continuing technology leadership. Current major IT sector investment areas include advanced wireless, satellite and optical networks, information operations and security engineering, large-scale information and knowledge management, enterprise systems and managed services, and software and enterprise engineering. He also leads the ongoing development of Northrop Grumman's TRIAD network, a nationwide network of state of the art laboratories for advanced research and integration of large-scale information systems. Prior to assuming IT sector responsibilities, Dr. Brammer was CTO for TASC, a business unit of Northrop Grumman IT. He managed the unit's Investment program, including the independent research and development and Growth Initiative programs. Dr. Brammer created and directed its Information Infrastructure Organization, consolidating its Enterprise Data Center, TASCnet, desktop, voice and videoconference systems, and led the successful implementation of a PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. He also worked on a dual assignment as the CTO for Primark, a previous TASC parent corporation in the 1990s. He led technology infusion from TASC into Primark global financial information services businesses. He also led technology due diligence for several acquisitions, managed global telecommunications serving customers in more than 60 countries and provided oversight for the implementation of a new SAP-based ERP system. Prior to serving as TASC's CTO, Dr. Brammer was director of its Physical Sciences Division. He began its weather-related business and several applications of earth and environmental remote-sensing technologies. He led numerous research and development programs in high-performance computing, digital image processing and geophysical sciences for programs within the U.S. national security community, and developed the first commercial weather satellite ground station. Before joining the company, Dr. Brammer was with NASA where he worked on Apollo and Skylab. His work focused on real-time software for tracking, command, telemetry and communications. Dr. Brammer has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Michigan, and master's and doctoral degrees in mathematics from the University of Maryland. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi, and is a Woodrow Wilson Fellow. He received achievement awards for work on the Apollo program and for principal investigator research on NASA satellite remote-sensing programs. He is a Fellow of both the Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers and the American Meteorological Society. He is also a senior member or member of several other professional societies, including the IEEE, SIAM, SMPTE and AGU. Dr. Brammer has published numerous scientific and technical research papers in the journals and conferences of these societies. He has served on advisory boards for the Department of Defense (Defense Science Board Summer Studies), the National Academy of Sciences, the Naval Studies Board, the National Science Foundation, the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research and NASA.

Albert F. Myers is corporate vice president and treasurer for Northrop Grumman Corporation, a leader in the aerospace and defense industries, which makes B-2 Stealth bombers and E-2C Hawkeyes as well as components for the F/A-18 and F-14 fighters and for commercial customers including Boeing, Airbus and Gulfstream. Following graduation, Myers began his career at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Dryden Flight Research Center. For the next several years, he held positions at Dryden, including chief of the controls branch. In 1981, he joined Northrop Grumman as manager of Flight Controls Engineering at the company's B-2 Division and served in management positions in flight sciences and project engineering and as B-2 deputy program manager as well as vice president of Test Operations. In that position, he supervised the departments that were engaged in the preparation and execution of full-scale test activities for the B-2 Division, including the flight testing of the B-2 stealth bomber. From 199 to 1994, he was corporate vice president of Business Strategy and was elected to his present position in 1994. He is currently responsible for banking; risk management; benefits administration; pension and savings investments; mergers and acquisitions as well as trust management and cash management. Myers earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 1969 and a Master of Science in 1971 from the University of Idaho.

Barry L. Rhine is sector vice president and general manager of the Defense Mission Systems Division (DMSD) within Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. Here, Mr. Rhine held positions of increasing responsibility in the development of large scale computer systems, including C4ISR systems for numerous military commands and agencies, indications and warning systems, complex systems supporting counter-narcotics operations, and advanced software systems for NASA, the U.S. intelligence community and various DoD customers. He was promoted to vice president of Strategic and Space Systems in February 1990. He also served as vice president and general manager for the Defense Systems division of Litton PRC's Systems Integration business unit. Mr. Rhine served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force before joining Litton PRC. His principal duty was developing and managing data systems for the U.S. Air Force Strategic Air Command. He received a Citation of Honor from the Air Force Association as the prime designer for Strategic Air Command's Tactical Warning System (CCPDS). Mr. Rhine is Chairman of AFCEAa s Strategic Development Committee. He is also a member of SASA, AUSA, AFA, NDIA and the EIA Board of Governors. Mr. Rhine earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science from Kansas State University. He is also a graduate of Harvard University, Wharton University and the University of Virginia executive education programs. Mr. Rhine lives in Reston, Va., with his wife, Donna. Previously, Mr. Allen was senior vice president and deputy general manager for General Dynamicsa Network Systems IT, a networking and information technology solutions organization delivering enterprise services to the Department of Defense and to intelligence, federal, civil, commercial and international marketplaces. Prior to his position as senior vice president and deputy general manager, Mr. Allen served as vice president and deputy general manager at Enterprise Networks, a General Dynamics business unit. There, he was responsible for the organization that handles the delivery of converged network solutions for the Department of Defense, civil, commercial and international customers. Mr. Allen held positions of increasing responsibility at GTE, Government System Corporation which was acquired by General Dynamics in 1999. His positions included vice president and general manager of the Space and Information Operations Organization and director of business development for the Information Operations Organization. In 1981, Mr. Allen joined TRW (which was acquired by Northrop Grumman in 2002), and his background includes designing, developing and supporting information processing systems, signal analysis systems and signal processing systems. David B. Vandervoet is sector vice president and general manager of the Network Communications Division (NCD) within Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. As sector vice president and general manager, Mr. Vandervoet leads NCD, with responsibility for the organizationa s overall leadership, management and execution of strategic initiatives. Headquartered in San Diego, Calif., the division was established Jan. 1, 2007, and focuses on refining and expanding communications capabilities in a network-centric environment. Immediately prior to his appointment as vice president and general manager, Mr. Vandervoet led Northrop Grumman Space Technologya s Radio Systems business unit since 1999. Based in San Diego, Calif., Radio Systems developed and produced advanced software-defined radio technologies for complex military applications, including next-generation avionics for the F-22 Raptor and F-35 Lightning II (Joint Strike Fighter). Radio Systems also developed affordable modular avionics upgrades to military platforms and supplied multifunction antenna systems, integration support facilities, management and information systems, simulation and modeling tools, software development and a full-spectrum of engineering services for the military and aircraft prime contractors. Prior to his service with Radio Systems, Mr. Vandervoet was vice president of the Quality, Procurement and Operations organization for TRW Space and Electronics. He also served as vice president and general manager of the Telecommunication Programs and the Electronics Systems and Technology divisions. His responsibilities included overseeing electronic space payload programs and electronics technology development of space and terrestrial products. Mr. Vandervoet joined the technical staff of TRW (which was acquired by Northrop Grumman in December 2002) in 1969. He has held many technical and management positions related to the development of communications satellite systems. He has been deputy general manager in the Electronic Systems Division and program manager for the Milstar satellite payload. Mr. Vandervoet earned a bachelora s degree and a mastera s degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also graduated from TRW's corporate Business Leadership Program and is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Dave Barakat is sector vice president of programs for Mission Systems. Glenn F. Lamartin is sector vice president of programs for Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. In this role, he is responsible for management, technical and programmatic oversight of vital programs across the organization. He is also the sectora s program review authority. Dr. Lamartin joined Northrop Grumman in January 2006 as sector director of special projects, Mission Assurance, where he led an array of projects in the areas of strategy, planning, and execution. Prior to this, Dr. Lamartin served for 34 years in the Department of Defense, retiring as a member of the Senior Executive Service. He last served as director for defense systems, reporting to the undersecretary of defense for acquisition, technology and logistics. Dr. Lamartin has experience in strategic business planning, policy direction, executive decision making, congressional relations, international affairs, financial and personnel management, systems acquisition, and engineering. He has worked at the field activity, project office, systems command, and senior staff levels as an engineer, manager, and executive. He has dealt with mission planning, ship and submarine platforms, unmanned vehicles, tactical aircraft, ground combat, ballistic missile, and weapons systems. Dr. Lamartina s awards include recognition as a Presidential Rank Award Distinguished Executive and Secretary of Defense Medals for Meritorious Civilian Service. Dr. Lamartin earned a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Maryland, and both a Master of Science in system management and a Doctorate of public administration from the University of Southern California. Glenn is an adjunct professor at Georgetown Universitya s Public Policy Institute where he teaches courses in national security and defense management.

"James L. Cameron is corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman’s Technical Services sector, a leader in the logistics support, sustainment and technical services markets.
In this role, Cameron leads businesses located at more than 295 locations in all 50 states and 29 countries internationally. The Technical Services team, comprised of more than 18,500 employees, provides life-cycle solutions, logistical support, sustainment, infrastructure and range operations, training support and services, while collaborating across the corporation to enhance competitive positioning. Cameron also serves on the company’s corporate policy council and is chairman of the board for several joint venture companies.
Cameron most recently served as sector vice president and general manager of the Defensive and Navigation Systems divisions for the company’s Electronic Systems sector, where he was responsible for all divisional initiatives. Combined annual revenues for the divisions exceeded $2 billion in 2004.
He joined Northrop Grumman as an Electronic Systems sector vice president and general manager in 2003. Prior to that, he held several executive positions at ITT Industries. He served as president and general manager of ITT’s Systems Defense group, a 6,000-employee business with products and services in 41 countries and 20 states.
Before joining ITT, Cameron held positions with Lockheed Martin Corporation and Litton Industries. He also served in the Office of the U.S. Secretary of Defense in the Pentagon.
Cameron earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in national security administration from the University of Southern California's School of Policy, Planning and Development. He is also an industry graduate of the School of Program Managers at the Defense Systems Management College.

Joe G. Taylor, Jr., is vice president of Land Forces Operations and corporate lead executive (CLE) for the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). As vice president, Mr. Taylor has responsibility for leading the Battle Command, Integrated Platform Solutions and Logistics Technologies business units. He is responsible for the overall performance and growth of these land forces-focused business units and their associated market strategy development and execution. He also serves as an interface with key customers in these important market areas. As a CLE, Mr. Taylor represents the combined capablities of the entire corporation to its Land Forces customers, with particular emphasis on the Hampton, Virginia-based TRADOC and its subordinate commands. Immediately prior to his appointment as vice president of Land Forces Operations, Mr. Taylor served as vice president of Strategic Programs-Army/Land Forces where he had responsibility for leading the enterprise-wide strategy and approach to U.S. Army programs. In this role, he provided key guidance for the sectora s strategic planning and business development efforts. He also served as a key cross-sector interface for existing and emerging ground force customers worldwide. Mr. Taylor joined Northrop Grumman in August 2003 following a 29-year career with the U.S. Army. Attaining the rank of major general, his final military assignment was the commanding general of the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command, a position he assumed in August 2002. His other general officer assignments included: chief of legislative liaison for the U.S. Army from January 2000 to August 2002; and assistant division commander for Support and Maneuver for the 4th Infantry Division from September 1998 until January 2000. Mr. Taylor served in a wide range of staff and command positions including field commands through the brigade level. His extensive foreign experience included: Army AttachA duties in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; director of security assistance programs and operations for U.S. Central Command; and extensive language training at the Defense Language and Foreign Service Institutes. Mr. Taylora s awards and decorations include the Distinguished Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Defense Superior Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, Legion of Merit with two Oak Leaf Clusters and the Bronze Star Medal.

John Clay is sector vice president and general manager for the ICBM Prime Integration Contract. He has more than 30 years of acquisition and management experience. Mr. Clay leads the industrial team given the responsibility by the Air Force to sustain and modernize the nationa s ICBMs. The team was awarded the prime integration contract on December 22, 1997. The ICBM Prime Team is headquartered in Clearfield, Utah, adjacent to Hill AFB and the Air Forcea s ICBM Systems Program Office. Mr. Clay joined TRW in 2000. Previous to his employment with TRW (which was acquired by Northrop Grumman in December 2002), Mr. Clay served in the U.S. Air Force, retiring with the rank of brigadier general. During his final assignment, he was Director of Space and Nuclear Deterrence, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Acquisition), in the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Before serving in the Pentagon, he was Vice Commander, Headquarters Space and Missile Systems Center, Air Force Materiel Command in Los Angeles. In addition, Mr. Clay successfully served in eight program offices supporting the acquisition of aircraft, weapons, space and C3 systems. During this time, he directed two major acquisition programs, the Navstar Global Positioning System and the National Airspace System. Mr. Clay holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering mechanics from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and an MBA from Wright State University.

Joseph Coyne is corporate vice president, secretary and deputy general counsel.
Coyne is responsible for the corporate secretary and governance function and serves as deputy general counsel, supervising general legal activities with specific responsibility for litigation, international and other legal matters.
Coyne has 30 years' experience in a broad range of legal and business matters with particular expertise in litigation and the aerospace and defense industry. As a partner at Sheppard Mullin, Coyne worked directly with Northrop Grumman on a number of important legal matters since 1981. He handled complex litigation, including antitrust and intellectual property in the firm's Los Angeles office. He was also a member of Sheppard Mullin's Executive Committee.
His honors in the legal community include Leading Litigator in America from Lawdragon Magazine, the National Law Journal's award for one of the top national defense verdicts, and several Los Angeles Business Journal lists including Best of the Bar, Who's Who in Law, and Most Powerful Lawyers and Top Trial Lawyers in Los Angeles.

As vice president, Business Development, Kent Schneider leads all business development activities within Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector, including overseeing its long-range strategic plan. Mr. Schneider is a recognized leader in the IT field. He is a partner in the sector's alliance initiatives and represents the sector on the Strategic Business Council. Previously, he served 26 years in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, and has more than 30 years of experience in progressively responsible positions in program management, systems integration, systems engineering and systems management. Mr. Schneider has more than 25 years of specific experience in designing, integrating, managing and teaching related to command, control, communications, computers and intelligence (C4I) information systems supporting the Department of Defense. After retiring from the Army in 1994, Mr. Schneider joined Litton PRC as the director of C4I Initiatives. He subsequently held positions as defense systems director of Advanced Programs; general manager, Maritime and Ground Systems; vice president and general manager, C3I Systems; senior vice president and general manager, Defense Systems sector; and president, Defense Systems division. Mr. Schneider has a bachelor's degree in business management from Augusta College, Ga., and a master's degree in information systems management from the University of Southern California. He is a graduate of the National War College, National Defense University, Washington, D.C. Mr. Schneider has been named AFCEAN of the Year by the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and was recognized by Federal Computer Week magazine as one of the top 100 executives with the greatest influence on the information systems community.

Larry W. Edelman became sector vice president of planning and development for Mission Systems, based in Reston, Va., in July 2000. Mission Systems is a global integrator of complex, mission-enabling systems and services for defense, intelligence and civil government markets. "Linda A. Mills is corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman’s Information Systems sector, an approximately $10 billion leading global provider of advanced solutions for defense, intelligence, civil agency and commercial customers. She is also a member of the company’s corporate policy council.
Prior to this role, Mills was corporate vice president and president of the Information Technology (IT) sector, overseeing business operations in such areas as homeland security, health, public safety and enterprise business transformation. The IT sector provided large-scale systems integration and global IT infrastructure support to defense and federal/civilian agencies, international, state and local and commercial customers, and the intelligence community. It specialized in IT outsourcing, secure wireless, cyber-security, identity management solutions, large-scale network infrastructure, enterprise business applications, modeling and simulation, systems engineering and advanced algorithm support, and geospatial solutions.
Prior to this appointment, Mills was president of the Civilian Agencies business group for the IT sector. The group provides enterprisewide network solutions and IT systems development, integration, services, program management and consulting to federal government agencies, such as the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Justice, Department of State, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Treasury, U.S. Postal Service and Department of Homeland Security, helping them serve the public and protect the homeland.
Mills was previously vice president for Mission Assurance/Six Sigma at the company’s Mission Systems sector, where she served in a number of increasingly responsible leadership positions since joining the company in 1979.
Mills earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Santa Clara University and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois. She was awarded CEO Leadership Awards in 2000, 2001 and 2005. She was also honored as one of Profiles in Diversity Journal’s “Women Worth Watching in 2007” for her leadership achievements. In addition, she has served on the boards of the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra and the Northern Virginia Technology Council, as well as other professional affiliations.

"Mark Rabinowitz is Corporate Vice President and Treasurer for Northrop Grumman, responsible for ensuring the company's liquidity and capital structure management.
He is responsible for all duties of the corporate treasury, including cash management, insurance and risk management, capital markets, capital structure, bank relationships, and the execution of merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions.

Michele P. Toth is vice president of Human Resources and Administration (HR&A) and Competitive Excellence for Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector. Ms. Toth manages the sector's Competitive Excellence function, which helps to ensure operational excellence. In this role, she is directly involved with Northrop Grumman Corporation's overall Competitive Excellence program. Ms. Toth's numerous human resources leadership positions give her a broad background in human resources strategy and development. She also served as the director, Strategic Planning for Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, which included developing the sector's strategic plan, goals and processes, as well as managing the sector's research and development allocations. In addition, Ms. Toth held various positions in manufacturing and production control. Ms. Toth joined the company in 1984. She has a master's degree in statistics and industrial psychology from the University of Baltimore and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Maryland. Otto J. Guenther is sector vice president of special programs, reporting to corporate vice president and president of Mission Systems, Jerry Agee. Previously, Mr. Guenther was sector vice president and general manager of Northrop Grumman Mission Systemsa Tactical Systems Division. In this role, he oversaw battlefield digitization, command and control, and system engineering activities for the U.S. Army. He worked to expand Mission Systemsa capabilities to the Marine Corps as well as Friendly Land Forces through foreign military sales. Before joining TRW (which was acquired by Northrop Grumman in December 2002), Mr. Guenther was general manager of Computer Associates Internationala s (CAIs) Federal Systems Group, a $300 million operation providing IT products and services to the federal market area. Mr. Guenther also served for 34 years in the U.S. Army, during which he worked in the Armya s Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence arena, accruing more than 20 years of acquisition and procurement experience. After passage of the Information and Technology Act by Congress in 1995, he became the U.S. Armya s first chief information officer. Other key assignments include: commanding general for both Fort Monmouth, N.J., and the Communications Electronics Command; program executive officer for the Armya s tactical communications equipment; project manager for the Tactical Automated Data Distribution System, and commander for the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council. The Army awarded Mr. Guenther several honors, including the Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit (Oak Leaf Cluster), Defense Superior Service Medal (Oak Leaf Cluster), Joint Service Medal, and Army Commendation Medal. Recognized for his work with industry, he received numerous awards, among which are those from Government Computer News Hall of Fame as well as several Armed Forces Communications Electronics recognition and support awards. He recently has served as president of the George Washington Chapter of the Association of the United States Army and as president, board of directors of the Army Knollwood retirement home. He also is the industry lead executive for MILCOM 2006. He is an active supporter of the American Heart Association and the USO. Mr. Guenther received a bachelora s degree in economics from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel) and a mastera s degree in procurement and contracting from the Florida Institute of Technology. He attended the Army Signal Officers Basic Course, the Infantry Advance Course, Command and General Staff College, and the Army War College (Senior Service College).

Paul K. Meyer is sector vice president, Air Mobility Systems, for Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems sector. In a new market segment for sector operating out of Melbourne, Fla., Meyer leads the company's KC-30 capture team for the U.S. Air Force tanker replacement program, as well as the development of new and emerging products and technologies in pursuit of other air mobility competitive programs. From January 2003 until October 2006, Mr. Meyer was sector vice president for the sector's Advanced Capabilities Development organization, where he was responsible for creating and guiding next-generation growth opportunities for the sector, including leading the strategic thrust for CWIN, the sector's cyber warfare integration network. Prior to 2003, he was vice president, Business and Strategy Development, for the sector's Air Combat Systems business area and before that, deputy and director for the Business and Advanced Systems Development organization, a business activity focused on developing and capturing key system integration acquisitions and nurturing the necessary technology capability for the business area. Before joining Northrop Grumman in May 2000, Mr. Meyer was vice president, Business Development at Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, where he was responsible for new business development aspects. His experience encompassed management of new and sustaining program development, classified program and technology development, international special mission aircraft sales, reusable space launch vehicle market development, and strategic planning for the entire company. Mr. Meyer has been actively involved in the aerospace industry since August 1988, with varied duties as an avionics design engineer, business development manager on the Advanced Tactical Fighter DEM/VAL program, and system engineer on F-117A. While a member of the stealth fighter team, he served in several program management positions in Mission Planning, F-117 Advanced Programs, A/F-117X, and ultimately TACAIR Special Projects, focusing on advanced fighter design concepts. He earned his bachelor of science in Business Administration in 1978 and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Meyer is a graduate of the USAF Fighter Weapons Instructor Course. He is also a graduate of USC's Executive Management Development Program. Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems, headquartered in El Segundo, Calif., is a premier aerospace systems integration enterprise. Integrated Systems has the capabilities to design, develop, integrate, produce and support complete systems, as well as airframe subsystems, for airborne surveillance and battle management aircraft, early warning aircraft, airborne electronic warfare aircraft, and air combat aircraft.

There, he developed and operated technologically-advanced reconnaissance satellite systems as he served in a variety of engineering management positions. Mr. Pattishall also served as director of the Advanced Systems and Technology Directorate to the NRO, a position formed to provide central focus for all advanced technology within the NRO. Prior to these positions, he served as director of the S. Program Group within the NRO. His responsibilities included the design, manufacture and operation of a multiple-satellite, integrated architecture created to provide critical intelligence to military commanders and national decision makers. Sally Sullivan is sector vice president of business development and resources for Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. In this role, she is responsible for leading the $6 billion sectora s business development organization, a leading global systems integrator of complex mission-critical defense and intelligence systems. Her portfolio responsibilities span the missiles and missile defense; command, control and communications; and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance markets. In addition to this portfolio, Ms. Sullivan directs the sectora s Advanced Capabilities Demonstration Lab which is the home of visualization and collaboration for the sector and its customers. Previously, Ms. Sullivan was vice president and executive director of ChoicePointa s public sector practice. Earlier, as vice president of consulting services for Federal Sources, Inc., she provided competitive insight and counsel to the defense industrya s top defense integrators and lectured at the National Defense University on acquisition reform. Ms. Sullivan began her professional career at EDS, where she moved through a series of increasingly responsible positions, spanning 17 years in business development and operations, to become the business development vice president for military systems. Ms. Sullivan is active in a number of professional and philanthropy organizations. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of CharityWorks, a high impact organization that unites corporate leaders and donors in partnership with Washington Metropolitan area non-profit organizations to address health, education and poverty reduction of societya s most vulnerable citizens a " children. Ms. Sullivan earned a bachelor of science degree from Texas Tech University. She and her husband live in Northern Virginia and have three children.

"Stephen D. Yslas is corporate vice president and general counsel.
Yslas oversees all of the company's legal matters. He is a member of the company's Corporate Policy Council.
Yslas was appointed corporate vice president, secretary and deputy general counsel in 2006, responsible for the corporate secretary and governance function and served as deputy general counsel, supervising general legal activities with particular responsibility for international and certain regulatory matters.
Yslas was appointed corporate vice president and deputy general counsel in 2001. His responsibilities included international, mergers and acquisitions, export control, labor and employment, employee benefits, environmental, antitrust, intellectual property, other federal and state regulatory matters, as well as Washington office legal support. Previously, he served as vice president and assistant general counsel.
He joined Northrop Grumman in 1975 as a corporate counsel and has served as legal counsel for the company's former Aircraft, Defense Systems, Electronics, Precision Products divisions, its former architectural systems subsidiary and its Electronic Systems sector.
Before joining Northrop Grumman, he worked as a member of the legal staffs of the National Labor Relations Board and the Atlantic Richfield Company.
From 1980-90, he served on the City of Los Angeles Board of Police Commissioners. Yslas was a member of the board of the Constitutional Rights Foundation and the Police Memorial Foundation. He also served as a trustee of Claremont McKenna College. He is a regional board member of the American Heart Association. He is a member of the Hispanic National, California and Washington, D.C., bar associations.
Yslas is a Los Angeles native. He received a B.A. in public service in 1969 and a J.D. in 1972, both from the University of California, Los Angeles.

William J. Schaefer Jr. is sector vice president Business Development for Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems sector. Mr. Schaefer leads the sector's efforts in identifying, assessing, shaping, and capturing new business opportunities vital to the growth and success of Integrated Systems. He is responsible for providing customers with best-value solutions drawing upon the strengths of the corporation and its industry partners. Mr. Schaefer joined Northrop Grumman in 2006 from WJ Schaefer & Associates LLC, a business and consulting services firm that provides executive level services in all aspects of strategic planning, new business development, customer relations, and program management support. He retired from federal service in 2003 after nearly 35 years with the Department of the Navy, where he most recently served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Planning, Programming and Resources from October 1996 until his retirement. He was the acquisition community's focal point for all aspects of the Navy Department's planning and budgeting system process and served as the liaison between acquisition, requirements, and financial communities. In this capacity, he also was responsible for the Navy's acquisition business processes, including Congressional reporting and hearing preparation, milestone decision processes, program reviews, acquisition documentation, budget formulation, strategic planning, and performance-based metrics associated with corporate-level oversight of over 400 programs and an acquisition budget of more than $30 billion a year. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Schaefer served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Air Programs where he was the senior civilian authority on Navy and Marine Corps Research, Development, Production and Life Cycle Support for all Naval Aviation Programs. From 1986 to 1990, he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Air Warfare, where he was the principal advisor on all aspects of Navy and Marine Corps aviation related Science, Technology, Research and Development. Mr. Schaefer graduated from the University of Maryland with both B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering. During his career, he has received several awards, including the Senior Executive Service Presidential Ranks of Distinguished Executive and Meritorious Executive, Department of the Navy's Distinguished Public Service Award and two Distinguished Civil Service Awards, and the Naval Research Laboratory Innovation Award. Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems, headquartered in El Segundo, California, is a premier aerospace systems integration enterprise. Integrated Systems has the capabilities to design, develop, integrate, produce and support complete systems, as well as airframe subsystems, for airborne surveillance and battle management aircraft, early warning aircraft, airborne electronic warfare aircraft, and air combat aircraft. Frank Moore is the director of Communications for Northrop Grumman Information Technology (IT). Mr. Moore is responsible for communications and branding activities with target audiences including customers, partners, employees, members of the media, and industry analysts. In Hawthorne, he was responsible for several areas of financial management, including cost control, financial planning, scheduling, overhead control, forward pricing and accounting. He joined Northrop Grumman in 1980 and spent his first five years in internal audit, three of which were in a managerial capacity. Mr. Nielson served as audit supervisor at Laventhal and Horwath, certified public accountant (CPA), and as a principal auditor for the Audit Division of Los Angeles County. He is a CPA with the California State Board of Accountancy and a certified internal auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors. He has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Utah and a master of business administration degree from the University of California at Irvine. Wendell D. Bugg joined Integrated Systems in December 2003 as director, Sector Communications, responsible for providing strategic and tactical communication programs in support of the sector's Perform, Position and Grow strategies. Mr. Bugg also is responsible for ensuring that consistent, accurate messages are communicated to key external and internal stakeholders and for leveraging media events to enhance the awareness of the sector's and corporation's capabilities. Mr. Bugg came to Integrated Systems from American Honda Motor Co., Inc. where he was most recently manager of Corporate Affairs & Communications. In that position he served as company spokesperson for corporate reputation management, national media relations, and philanthropic and diversity communications. He was responsible for the department's strategic and operational business planning, executive speech writing and coordination of Honda's Executive Task Force on Diversity. Mr. Bugg joined Honda of America Manufacturing in Ohio in 1993 in Government & Community Relations and rose through positions of increasing responsibility. He moved to American Honda Motor Co. in Southern California in March 2001. Before joining Honda, Mr. Bugg served as legislative assistant to former Congressional Representatives Louis Stokes and Joseph P. Kennedy II in Washington D.C., developing and monitoring legislative initiatives related to agriculture, criminal justice, inter-governmental relations, foreign affairs, defense, trade, civil rights, telecommunications, transportation and economic development. Prior to his legislative experience, Mr. Bugg was an Infantry Officer in the United States Army assigned to the 101st Airborne Division (AASLT). He has held command positions at the platoon, company and field grade levels and is currently a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve assigned to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Mr. Bugg received a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University's School of Communications and a master's degree in Public Administration from The American University, School of Government and Public Affairs. His civic activities include membership on the boards of several non-profit and community service organizations. "William J. ""Jay"" Jabour is the Northrop Grumman Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) for Dayton, Ohio, and director, Business Development, for Northrop Grumman Integrated Systems’ Western region.
In this capacity as CLE, he is responsible for providing a single face to the customer for all aspects of Northrop Grumman Corporation, as well as promoting close communications among all Northrop Grumman organizations in the area.
Mr. Jabour is a retired brigadier general with more than 30 years in the United States Air Force. He was vice commander, Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, where he played a key role in leading the Air Force's center of excellence for development and acquisition of systems. Prior Air Force duties included program executive officer for fighter and bomber aircraft in the Pentagon, where he managed the acquisition and sustainment of all major Air Force fighter and bomber programs. He served as system program director for both the F-22 and B-2 programs.
As a test pilot and director of the Combined Test Force, Mr. Jabour was responsible for management and testing of the F-22 Raptor air superiority fighter. Prior to becoming a test pilot, he was an aircraft commander and instructor pilot in the F-4 and T-38 aircraft for Tactical Air Command and the United States Air Force in Europe. Mr. Jabour entered military service as a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy.
Mr. Jabour has a bachelor’s degree in engineering mechanics from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from California State University, Fresno.

As Corporate Director, Learning and Development, Barbara Goretsky is responsible for supporting the corporate leadership development strategy, with particular emphasis on designing, developing, and running Northrop Grumman's core executive development programs. Additionally, she is chartered with designing corporate leadership conferences, 360-degree feedback processes, coaching and mentoring initiatives and various competency models. Barbara works closely with Northrop Grumman's Leadership Institute Advisory Council and serves as a member of the company's Organization & Workforce Development Council. Barbara has significant HR experience, both in leadership and organizational development and in HR generalist roles. After joining TRW in Northern Virginia in 1985, Barbara started the training and OD function for the Defense Systems Group's East Coast operations. She served as Director, Learning and Development for TRW Systems Integration Group (now Northrop Grumman Mission Systems) during the 1991-1995 and 2000-2002 timeframes, where she designed and implemented several executive development programs including the current Action Leadership Program for high potential employees and the Key Performers Program for newly hired key contributors. Barbara has also held numerous HR generalist positions, including HR Director for the TRW Systems Services Co. and most recently HR Director with the Data Systems Operations in Aurora, Colorado. Prior to these positions, Barbara worked at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, DC in a management development/OD position. Barbara holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Penn State University in Journalism and Communications, and a second Master's degree in Human Resources from the American University in Washington, DC. She is also a graduate of TRW's HR Executive Programs at Cornell University and the University of Michigan, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

"Daniel L. Montgomery is Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) for Huntsville, Alabama.
As CLE for Huntsville programs, Mr. Montgomery serves as the principal corporate point of contact for Northrop Grumman’s Huntsville customers. He coordinates corporate-wide resources to satisfy current and future customer needs, and is responsible for all Northrop Grumman community activities, and corporate-wide, multi-sector business development initiatives.
In November 2004, Mr. Montgomery was named sector vice president and deputy general manager for Mission Systems’ Tactical Systems Division (TSD) and was also named CLE for the Huntsville region. He served as both CLE and sector vice president and general manager until 2006. TSD is responsible for large-scale, complex battlefield systems such as Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below-Blue Force Tracking (FBCB2-BFT) and Command Post Platforms (CPP).
In December 2003, Mr. Montgomery was assigned as sector vice president and program manager of Kinetic Energy Interceptors (KEI), where he oversaw the KEI program, a $4.5 billion, eight year program where Northrop Grumman is prime contractor leading a team that will develop and test a mobile land-based kinetic energy boost/ascent phase interceptor element for MDA’s global layered ballistic missile defense system. Before this assignment Dan was Deputy General Manager of the Missile Defense Division.
Mr. Montgomery joined Northrop Grumman in 1999 as director of the Air and Missile Defense market area. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Mr. Montgomery served 32 years in the U.S. Army, retiring with the rank of Brigadier General. Brigadier General Montgomery held many senior management and leadership roles including the U.S. Army’s Senior Acquisition Executive for Air and Missile Defense Systems.
Mr. Montgomery earned a bachelor of science in mathematics from Presbyterian College, Clinton, South Carolina, and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. He has attended the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, the Defense Systems Management College, and the Command and General Staff College.
Mr. Montgomery serves as a member of the board of directors for the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County. He is a member of the Association of the United States Army, the Navy League of the United States, the National Defense Industrial Association, and the Aerospace Industries Association. Since moving to Helena with her husband (Tim) in 1994, Darla has worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana as a group membership technician and trainer, and for Northrop Grumman as a computer applications trainer and business analyst. Coach Ehrman has been around the IND Softball program since 1992 when his sister Kristan (Class of '95) played on the team. While not an official coach, he helped Coach Sandy Altadonna in a number of ways, including acting as interim coach for two games in 1994. After his sister graduated in 1995, he moved into an official position as assistant coach in 1996. With Altadonna's departure, Coach Ehrman became head coach in 1997. Since 1997 Tim Trotta has served as an assistant. Coach Trotta continues to provide invaluable help to the program. Coach Ehrman currently ranks as the winningest coach in the history of the IND Varsity Softball program. In addition to high school softball, Coach Ehrman coached for the Lake Shore ASA Class C Unlimited Fastpitch team. This team won ASA State and Regional Titles and finished 9th in the Class C ASA National Tournament in 2000. He also helped in various capacities on the ASA Select teams his sister played on including Wagners, Lake Shore 18&U, Outlaws, and Lake Shore 16&U. Prior to this, he was a coach for Edreco's All-Star traveling team. Coach Ehrman works for Northrop Grumman as an engineer. He attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated in 1986 with a BS in electrical engineering and in 1988 with a MS in EE. He is a 1982 graduate of Mount St. Joseph High School and was on the Varsity Wrestling team, a dynasty that won 22 consecutive conference championships from 1976-1997.

Jeffrey Mounzer is a third-year double major in Electrical Engineering and Economics. His interest in VentureForth stems from his passion for leadership and his desire to become an entrepreneur in engineering and high tech. Jeff is also the president of the Triton Engineering Student Council (TESC), the umbrella organization for the 16 engineering student organizations of the Jacobs School of Engineering. This leadership group serves to promote the professional and social development of the engineering student body. In previous years, Jeff has served in TESC as the VP Finance and the Chairman of the Disciplines of Engineering Career Fair, a recruiting fair which brings together engineering students and members of industry. During his year as Chairman, he grew the event from 20 companies, 500 students in attendance, and $13,000 raised to 50 companies, 1,500 students in attendance, and $36,000 raised. Jeff?s other experiences include electrical engineering and systems engineering internships at General Atomics and Northrop Grumman, research in CalIT2 on RFID mobile asset tracking and 1/f noise, research in underwater optical communications, founding a company with other members of VentureForth that delivers web-based project collaboration and management solutions, and memberships in several other student organizations. He plans to get a Master?s Degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, and he hopes to someday become the CEO of a major high-tech firm.

"John Pettitt is the Northrop Grumman Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) for San Diego, California.
In this capacity as CLE, he is responsible for providing a focal point for relationships between elements of the corporation, local military commands and the community. Northrop Grumman has multiple offices located in San Diego County, with over 4,000 local employees. After 25 years of service, he retired from the U.S. Navy in 1994 as a Captain.

He has represented the Electronic Systems sector on the West Coast as a naval field marketing representative in China Lake, Calif., and subsequently, in San Diego pursuing Navy business.

"J. Keith Beavers is the Northrop Grumman Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) for the U.S. Joint Forces Command, and division director of operations for the Information and Technical Solutions Division (I&TSD).

Prior to moving to Hampton Roads in 1999, Mr. Beavers was the southwest operations manager for TRW based in Albuquerque, N.M. He joined TRW in 1991 as a systems analyst and was rapidly promoted to program and site manager before his 1995 promotion to operations manager. While working as the southwest operations manager, he had sole responsibility for acquisition and performance on all of TRW’s programs in New Mexico and much of the southwest. During this period, he tripled TRW’s regional sales with major contracts that included the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Joint Theater Missile Defense, the Army’s Communications-Electronics Command, and the Air Force Operational Test Center.
Mr. Beavers is a 24-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force. His distinguished military career included serving as a decorated F-100 fighter pilot in Vietnam, as well as in various acquisition, test and evaluation assignments. Major acquisition program involvement was in the Maverick air-to-ground missile, AMMRAAM air-to-air missile and the B2 bomber.
Mr. Beavers is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, as well as the Air War College and the USAF Fighter Weapons School. While in the Air Force, he served at Squadron, Wing and Command levels.

Lawrence E. Osborn is the Northrop Grumman Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) for Honolulu. In this capacity as CLE, he is responsible for developing and maintaining corporate relationships with key customers in the region.
Mr. Osborn has extensive expertise and experience with PC Windows based applications, Rapid Applications Development languages (Delphi and Visual Basic), LAN and WAN architecture, digital imaging technology, and relational database architectures. He has designed and implemented records management and inventory control systems as a manager, small business owner and independent consultant.
Mr. Osborn has spoken widely to a diverse group of prospective clients and senior government officials on the topic of object-oriented operational architectures and the DoD C4ISR architecture framework. He has been with Northrop Grumman Information Technology’s DES business unit as the Navy/Joint Account Manager since January 2003.
While serving in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Osborn accumulated more than 4,000 hours of flight time and 800 carrier landings in tactical jet aircraft. During his Navy career, he commanded a deployed operational light attack squadron, served as the air officer on an aircraft carrier, and provided technical and policy advice to the Secretary of Defense, the Chief of Naval Operations, and the Commander-in-Chief, U. S. Pacific Command. Mr. Osborn headed the Cruise Missile Support Activity while at USPACOM, and was a deputy director for Crisis Action. During his military career, he was designated a specialist in Operations Analysis, System Acquisition, Joint Service Operations, and Financial Management. Mr. Osborn completed his military career with the rank of captain, U.S. Navy.
Mr. Osborn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ripon College , an MBA from Marymount College of Virginia (now Marymount University), and a master's degree in national security and strategic studies from the Naval War College. He has completed additional graduate level studies at the Naval Postgraduate School in aviation safety program management, and holds a commercial pilot’s license. Mr. Osborn has completed executive seminars at the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

"Lee Barnes is the Northrop Grumman Orlando area Corporate Lead Executive, coordinating and maintaining liaison between elements of the Corporation and local DoD commands. Northrop Grumman has 4 offices located across the greater Orlando area, with over 1000 local employees. Our Orlando-based customers include the Army’s Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation; the Navy’s NAVAIR Training Systems Command; the Marine Corps’ Program Manager, Training Systems; and the Air Force’s Agency for Modeling and Simulation.
Lee joined Mystech Associates, in Jan 1997, when he retired from the Army. Subsequently, Mystech Associates was acquired by Sterling Software, and in 2001, Northrop Grumman acquired the Federal Systems Group of Sterling Software.
Colonel Barnes final posting was with the Army Forces Command (FORSCOM), where he had staff responsibility for the Army’s transition efforts under Force XXI, as well as staff responsibility for FORSCOM participation in the Army’s Operational Test and Evaluation program. Previous senior Army positions included the G3 (Plans, Training, and Operations Staff Officer) for a Mechanized Infantry Division; Director of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security for an Army Installation; Tank Battalion Commander; Commander of the Opposing Forces Regiment at the National Training Center; and Senior Brigade Combat Trainer and Observer/Controller at the National Training Center.
Lee has served as a Program Manager, Business Area Manager, Site Manager and Army National Account Manager. He currently serves as the Senior Manager of Business Development for the Orlando-based Northrop Grumman IT sector as well as the Corporate Lead Executive.
Lee graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, in 1972, and was commissioned into the US Army as an Armor Lieutenant. Subsequent military schooling included the Infantry Officer Advanced Course, the Army Command and General Staff College, and the Air Force Air War College. He received his Master of Military Arts and Sciences as an additional degree, while attending the Command and General Staff College. He has attended several Executive Level Business Training Courses as a Northrop Grumman employee.

"Ray Saunders is the Northrop Grumman Corporate Lead Executive in the Albuquerque, N.M. region, providing coordination of Northrop Grumman new business activities, and serving as a focal point for relationships with key customers. Customers include key units of the Air Force Research Laboratory, Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center, Space and Missile Systems Center/Detachment 12, Distributed Mission Operations Center, Sandia National Laboratories and Los Alamos National Laboratory. Mr. Saunders’ region also includes activities at White Sands Missile Range and state and local government programs.
Mr. Saunders also serves as the district office manager for the Northrop Grumman Space Technology sector. In this capacity, he is responsible for the identification and development of new programs dealing with advanced space and laser technologies, subsystems and demonstrations. Mr. Saunders is also the lead for external affairs on the Airborne Laser program, which is headquartered in Albuquerque.
Mr. Saunders joined Northrop Grumman in 2002 by way of the acquisition of TRW Inc. "Robert C. Hinson is the Northrop Grumman Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) for the Nebraska region and sector vice president and deputy general manager of the Defense Mission Systems Division.
As CLE, Mr. Hinson has overall operating responsibilities for business in the greater Omaha area, providing strategic direction and coordination to key customers—the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) and Air Force Weather Agency. He is located near Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha.
Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Mr. Hinson served for 33 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring at the rank of lieutenant general in September 2003. Prior to his retirement, he was vice commander of Air Force Space Command at Peterson Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colo., where he assisted the commander in the development, acquisition and operation of the Air Force’s space and missile systems. Other key assignments included serving as deputy commander-in-chief of USSTRATCOM, Offutt Air Force Base; commander, 14th Air Force at Vandenberg Air Force Base; commander, 45th Space Wing, Patrick Air Force Base, Fla.; commander of the 28th Bomb Wing, Ellsworth Air Force Base, SD; and chief of the Strategic Nuclear Policy Branch on the Joint Staff at the Pentagon. Mr. Hinson is a command pilot with more than 3,000 flying hours, primarily in B-52, FB-111 and B-1 bomber aircraft.
Mr. Hinson’s awards and decorations include: Defense Distinguished Service Medal; Distinguished Service Medal; Defense Superior Service Medal; Legion of Merit; Meritorious Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters; Air Force Commendation Medal with oak leaf cluster; Air Force Achievement Medal; Joint Meritorious Unit Award with oak leaf cluster; Air Force Organizational Excellence Award; Combat Readiness Medal with oak leaf cluster; Good Conduct Medal; and National Defense Service Medal with service star.

"Robert W. Campbell is Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) of Fort Monmouth, N.J., for Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. As CLE, Mr. Campbell is responsible for all Fort Monmouth business development, marketing and customer interface. Mr. Campbell joined TRW Corporation in 2000 as the business development and marketing lead for the Tactical Systems Division. In 2003, as part of Northrop Grumman, Mr. Campbell was named Mission Systems’ regional marketing representative of Fort Monmouth, N.J., and assumed his role as CLE in 2004.
Mr. Campbell brings 20 years of Fort Monmouth experience to the position of CLE. He served as project manager on the Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS), a $5 billion major acquisition program for the Army. In this position, Mr. Campbell fielded over 70,000 SINCGARS systems to Korea, Panama, Hawaii, Alaska, CONUS and Europe, while also initiating a research and development computer-based training system. Mr. Campbell also served as project manager on the Army Key Management System, and the Improved High Frequency Radio for the U.S. Army PEO of Communications contracts in Fort Monmouth. Mr. Campbell executed full-line authority for all aspects of the material development, testing, acquisition, production and fielding of these programs.

He distinguished himself during a military career spanning more than 33 years. He retired from the United States Air Force as a major general. In his last assignment, he served as special assistant to the chief of staff of the Air Force, Washington, D.C., for Air and Space Expeditionary matters.
In prior assignments, Tim served as the Air Force chief of safety. He has commanded two wings, fighter and pilot training, a support group and Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron. He has also served as the director, Combined Air Operations Center (NATO/Bosnia) and director, J-9, Joint Experimentation, Joint Forces Command. He was a command pilot with over 3700 hours in fighter and training aircraft. Among his awards and decorations are the Distinguished Service Medal, the Defense Superior Service Medal and the Legion of Merit.

"Walter (Steve) Pedigo is the Northrop Grumman Corporation Corporate Lead Executive (CLE) for the U.S. Army in Fort Huachuca, Ariz.
In this capacity, Mr. Pedigo is responsible for developing and maintaining corporate relationships with the U.S. Army and in business development cross-sector initiatives.
Prior to this position, Steve was the program manager, DCGS-A LSI (Distributed Common Ground Station—Army, Lead Systems Integrator). As program manager, he was responsible for the early integration testing, training, demonstration and accreditation of Army Tactical Intelligence Systems in support of project manager DCGS-A and the Program Executive Office, Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S) at Fort Monmouth, N.J. Mr. Pedigo’s system integration work was part of the C4ISR Network Systems (CNS) business area of the Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems sector located in Linthicum, Md.
Prior to joining Northrop Grumman in June of 2003, Mr. Pedigo retired from the U.S. Army as a Military Intelligence (MI) colonel, culminating in 27 years of military service. Assignments included: 16 years of command and staff assignments that were at the Army Corps level and at echelons below; Army intelligence production support; support to HUMINT Theater operations; and C4ISR operational and system architecture activities including Information Operations policy development for the Department of the Army.
Mr. Pedigo has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Arts degree in human resource development from Webster University. He has attended the Army War College, the Command and General Staff College, and the Army Intelligence Basic and Advanced Courses at Fort Huachuca, Ariz.
Mr. Pedigo is a life-time member of the U.S Army War College Alumni. He has received many awards and decorations, including the Legion of Merit, and the Meritorious Service Medal. He also is a recipient of the Army Intelligence Corps’ Knowlton Award.

Admiral Charles R. Larson has unique experience across the spectrum of military leadership, management and government policy. He is recognized as the first Naval officer to be selected as a White House Fellow and naval aide to the president.

Phillip Frost, M.D. Dr. Frost became the CEO and Chairman of OPKO Health, Inc. upon the consummation of the merger of Acuity Pharmaceuticals Inc., Froptix Corporation and eXegenics, Inc. on March 27, 2007 (referred to as the Acquisition ). Dr. Frost was named the Vice Chairman of the Board of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Limited (NasdaqGS:TEVA), or Teva, in January 2006 when Teva acquired IVAX Corporation, or IVAX. Dr. Frost had served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of IVAX Corporation since 1987. He was Chairman of the Department of Dermatology at Mt. Sinai Medical Center of Greater Miami, Miami Beach, Florida from 1972 to 1986. Dr. Frost was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Key Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 1972 until the acquisition of Key Pharmaceuticals by Schering Plough Corporation in 1986. Dr. Frost was named Chairman of the Board of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. (NYSE Amex: LTS), an investment banking, asset management, and securities brokerage firm providing services through its principal operating subsidiary, Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., in July 2006 and has been a director of Ladenburg Thalmann since March 2005. Dr. Frost also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ideation Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of acquiring businesses in digital media (NYSE Amex: IDI), Modigene Inc., a development stage biopharmaceutical company (OTCBB: MODG), and Castle Brands, a developer and marketer of premium brand spirits (NYSE Amex: ROX). He serves on the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution, as a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Miami, a Trustee of each of the Scripps Research Institutes, the Miami Jewish Home for the Aged, and the Mount Sinai Medical Center. Mr. Coleman was appointed President of DreamWorks Animation, a NYSE company, in December 2005 having served as a director of the company since October 2004.
