Mr. Weber became NW Natural’s Chief Information Officer on April 10, 2001. He previously served as Director of Information Services for the company. He joined NW Natural in 2000 after a 16-year career with IBM as a project executive and consultant. Mr. Weber also served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is a past chair of the American Gas Association’s Technical Advisory Committee and currently serves as a board member of Junior Achievement and of the Software Association of Oregon. Mr. Weber has a long history of technology management, dating back to his studies at the University of Denver, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry and Mathematics in 1980.

Mr. Anderson is NW Natural’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since 2004 when he joined the company. Before coming to NW Natural he was a senior vice president and CFO at TXU Gas. He previously held executive positions with other parts of the TXU organization. Mr. Anderson currently serves as a board member of the Northwest Gas Association, Oregon Mentors, and the Salvation Army. He is Secretary-Treasurer of Oregon Partnership and vice chair of the American Gas Association’s Finance Committee. He also sits on the Portland State University Advisory Board and the Oregon Department of Education’s Business Advisory Team. Mr. Anderson holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University.

Ms. Doolittle is NW Natural’s Senior Vice President with current responsibility for Human Resources, Payroll, Facilities, Safety and Security. Prior to joining NW Natural in 2000, Doolittle held several management positions at PacifiCorp starting in 1990. Previous employers were NERCO and Leopold and Stevens. Ms. Doolittle is a member of the Willamette University Atkinson School of Business advisory board and serves on the board for the College of Oriental Medicine. She has served on the STARS board, the United Way vision council and the local YMCA board of directors. She is past president of the World at Work (formerly American Compensation Association) Western Region and was on the board of directors for three years. Ms. Doolittle holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Atkinson School of Business at Willamette University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Redlands.

Mr. Williams became NW Natural’s Vice President for Utility Services in 2007. He originally joined the company in 1978 in sales and marketing. He later moved into the operations side of the company, first as a district manager, and eventually Director of Utility Operations and Labor Relations. Mr. Williams currently serves on the Oregon Workforce Investment Board; the Central City and Downtown Services Committee of the Portland Business Alliance; the Multnomah County Homeless Youth Oversight Committee and the American Cancer Society Leadership Council. He graduated from Oregon State University with majors in business and social science.

Mr. Yoshihara became NW Natural’s Vice President of Utility Operations in 2007. He joined NW Natural in 1991 as a Gas Buyer/Analyst, and since has served as General Manager of Consumer Services and Managing Director of Utility Services. Before joining NW Natural, he spent 12 years in the electric utility and independent power development industry. Mr. Yoshihara serves on the board of Volunteers of America, Japan-America Society of Oregon and the American Leadership Forum. He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in nuclear engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA from the University of Oregon. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Oregon.

Mr. White became Vice President, Business Development and Energy Supply for the company on January 1, 2007. He has held the position of Chief Strategic Officer since 2003. Prior to joining the Company in 1996, Mr. White had a 21-year career with Portland General Electric (PGE). He held a number of different positions while at PGE in the corporate planning, business development, marketing and regulatory areas. Mr. White currently serves on the Board of LifeWorks NW, a local non-profit focused on mental health and addiction services. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business from Oregon State University.

Ms. Kirkpatrick is NW Natural’s Vice President and General Counsel, positions she has held since she joined the company in 2005. Before coming to NW Natural, she was a partner with Stoel Rives, LLP, a law firm she had been associated with since 1983. She previously served as a law clerk for Oregon Court of Appeals Judge Michael Gillette. Ms. Kirkpatrick currently is on the board of directors of Associated Oregon Industries, where she sits on the executive committee and chairs the task force on education and work force training. She is on the steering committee for the Oregon Business Plan and is on the board of the Multnomah County Library Foundation. Ms. Kirkpatrick has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Wooster, a JD from Lewis and Clark College and an LLM from the University of Edinburgh

William Udy has served as a board member and finance director of Cascade Policy Institute since it was founded in 1991. He is a senior financial analyst at NW Natural, where he has served for most of his career. Udy is a long-time activist in the individual liberty, property rights and limited government community. Prior to Cascade's founding, he served as treasurer of the 1990 general election campaign for a citizens' initiative that would have provided educational tax credits for all K-12 students in Oregon. A resident of Tigard, Oregon, Udy enjoys traveling, hiking, biking and playing the piano.

Mr. Gibson has been President of Gibson Enterprises, a venture capital firm, since its formation in 1992. In 1983, Mr. Gibson co-founded Sequent Computer Systems and served as its President from 1988 until March 1992. Before his tenure at Sequent, Mr. Gibson served as General Manager for the Memory Components Division of Intel Corporation. Mr. Gibson serves as Chairman of the Board of Radisys Corporation, and as a director of TriQuint Semiconductor, Pixelworks and Electroglas, Inc. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Oregon Community Foundation, the OHSU Foundation and is Vice Chair of the Oregon Health and Science University governing board. Mr. Gibson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and a Masters in Business degree from the University of Illinois.

Since 2005, Peverett has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of British Columbia Transmission Corporation (BCTC), an electric utility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Between 2003 and 2005, she served as Chief Financial Officer of BCTC. Prior to joining BCTC, from 1988 through 2003, Peverett held various senior positions with Union Gas Limited of Toronto, Ontario, including serving as its President and Chief Executive Officer between 2001 and 2003. Peverett serves on the Board of Directors of Encana Corporation, the B.C. Business Council and the Canadian Electricity Association. Peverett earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Queen’s University. She is a certified management accountant.

Ms. Byorum was previously on the investment committee of a US$50 million "warehouse" investment facility provided by CDP International for investments in Latin America, and is presently on the Investment Committee for the TCW/Latin American Partners, LP. She represented TCW on the Board of Emprendamiento Compartido S.A., one of Argentina's most successful pension funds and financial groups. She was a trustee and chairman of the finance committee of the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington, DC for 14 years, a Trustee of Amherst College for 12 years and is now a Life Trustee of the College. She also serves on the Board of the International Center for Research on Women, the world's largest research institution addressing the problems of women in emerging economies, and she is a director of Aeterna Laboratories, a NASDAQ listed biotech company, and Northwest Natural Gas, a leading gas distributor in the Pacific Northwest. Ms. Byorum graduated from Southern Methodist University and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In August 2000, she was named by "Global Finance" magazine as among the 15 most powerful women in global finance.

Tim Boyle has served as president and chief executive officer of Columbia Sportswear Company since 1989 and oversees operations of the active outdoor company from its Portland, Oregon headquarters. Tim's career with Columbia Sportswear began in 1970 when, during his senior year at The University of Oregon, his father, who had been running the company since 1964, died suddenly of a heart attack. Tim's mother, Gert Boyle, quickly enlisted Tim's help in order to continue the aggressive expansion that her husband had initiated and that had expanded the company's sales that year to $1 million. After struggling for two years to regain momentum, the company began to grow. By 1997, sales had grown to more than $350 million and the company went public in March 1998. Today global sales are approximately $1.3 billion. An alumnus of Portland, Oregon's Jesuit High School (1967) and the University of Oregon (1971, B.S. Journalism), Tim provides business guidance as a board member of Craft Brewers Alliance Inc., and Northwest Natural Gas Co. He is also a board member of Oregon Trout and serves as a trustee of Reed College, Youth Outdoor Legacy Fund, and Boy's and Girl's Club of America.
