Committees: Audit, Human Resources Director since Jan. 14, 2006 Mr. Peoples is the retired chief executive officer and vice chairman of the board of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. in Pearl River, N.Y., a combination electric and gas utility serving portions of New York State, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Peoples has also served as chairman of the New York Power Pool, and was formerly executive vice president at Madison Gas and Electric Company in Madison, Wis. He has held various management positions with several other major energy-related companies throughout his 36-year career. Mr. Peoples also serves on the boards of directors of the Center for Clean Air Policy, the North Lake Tahoe Historical Society, and the Nevada Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. He is also on the technical Advisory Board of the Nevada Institute for Renewable Energy Commercialization and serves as Regional Director for the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern Nevada for the Navel War College Foundation. Mr. Peoples is a sponsor of the Aspen Institute Forum on Energy, the Environment and the Economy. Mr. Peoples holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Stanford University. He served in the U.S. Navy’s nuclear submarine service, attaining the rank of Captain, and is a Certified Public Accountant and Professional Engineer. He lives in Incline Village, Nev.

Committees: Nominating and Corporate Governance Director since April 22, 2009 Ms. Bradley is the retired District Court Administrator for the 18th Judicial Court of Montana, and formerly was the Director of the University Water Center, an education and research arm of Montana State University and also served eight terms in the Montana House of Representative beginning in 1971. Ms. Bradley currently chairs the board of the Burton K. Wheeler Center for Public Policy, an independent, non-profit organization that promotes the discussion, analysis and eventual resolution of critical issues facing Montana and the region; is a member of the Montana Water Compact Commission; and is a National Advisor for the American Prairie Foundation. Ms. Bradley grew up in Bozeman, Mont., and currently resides in Clyde Park, Mont. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College, Colorado Springs (Phi Beta Kappa), and a Juris Doctor from American University in Washington, D.C.

Corporate Director. Dr. Draper retired as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Columbus, Ohio-based American Electric Power Co., Inc. in 2004, a position which Dr. Draper held since April 1993. Dr. Draper previously served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf States Utilities Company, Beaumont, Texas from 1987 to 1992. Dr. Draper holds a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and a Ph.D. in Nuclear Science and Engineering from Cornell University. Julia L. Johnson served on the Florida Public Service Commission, from 1992 until 1999, serving as Chairman from 1997-1999. She served as State Chair of the Federal/State Joint Board on Universal Service and the NARUC Committee on Communications. Currently, Ms. Johnson is the President of NetCommunications. Governor Bush recently appointed Ms. Johnson to the Florida Board of Education. In that capacity, Ms. Johnson, is responsible for guiding the employment of advanced networks and education technology throughout Florida's K-20 educational system. Previously Ms. Johnson served as chair to Florida's Information Service Technology Development Task Force (Internet Task Force) and also served as national spokesperson for the Net Compete Now Coalition.

Marilyn R. Seymann, Director, has served as one of our directors since her election in April 2002. Since 2007, Dr. Seymann has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the International Institute of the Americas, a college focused on adult education. Before that, she was Associate Dean of the College of Law at Arizona State University from 2005 to 2007 and President and Chief Executive Officer of M One, Inc., a corporate strategy and governance consulting firm for public and private companies, from 1991 to 2005. Prior to forming M One, she held senior management positions with Chase Bank, Arthur Andersen, and was the Associate Dean of the College of Business at Arizona State University. Dr. Seymann holds a B.A. from Brandeis University, an M.A. from Columbia University, and a Ph.D. from California Western University. She is a director of Beverly Enterprises, Inc., Community First Bankshares, Inc., and NorthWestern Corporation.

Hanson is President and Chief Executive Officer of NorthWestern Corporation since May 23, 2005; formerly President since March 2005; Chief Operating Officer since August 2003; formerly president and chief executive officer of the company's NorthWestern Energy division (1998-2003). Prior to joining NorthWestern, Hanson was general manager and chief executive of Northern States Power's North Dakota and South Dakota operations. He worked for NSP for nearly 20 years in various financial, legal and operating leadership positions.

Mr. Adik has held a number of executive positions including Chief Financial Officer with NiSource and its predecessor Northern Indiana Public Service Company. Prior to joining NIPSCO, Mr. Adik held financial executive positions for American Natural Resources Company and three railroad companies. Mr. Adik also serves on the boards of directors of NiSource; Beacon Power, a company that designs and manufactures power conversion and sustainable energy storage systems for the distributed generation, renewable energy and backup power markets; the Chicago SouthShore and South Bend Railroad, a regional rail carrier serving northwest Indiana; and Dearborn Midwest Conveyor Company, a manufacturer and installer of conveyor equipment for the bulk materials and automotive industries. Mr. Adik resides in Valparaiso, Ind. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Steven Institute of Technology and an MBA from Northwestern University.
