Oswald "Oz" Mondejar is a Human Resources Professional and Management Consultant specializing in the development and execution of Recruitment, Orientation, and Retention Programs, Diversity Management, Disability Awareness and Reasonable Accommodation. As Regional Human Resources Manager at the Norton Company, an international manufacturer of building materials, tools and abrasives, he supported 600-1000 employees and managers in the areas of recruitment, compensation, incentive and recognition programs, personnel policy administration, employee relations, legal compliance, team-building, management development, succession planning, affirmative action/EEO and community outreach. He was Director of Human Resources at the Willows of Westborough & Beaumont, where he set up the Human Resources function, established procedures and staffed those facilities. He also served as Personnel Manager for the Sheraton Corporation. At the Sheraton Corporation, he served as Human Resources Director for both union and non-union properties, and was a member of start-up and opening teams for the Sheraton Inn Harbor Hotel in Baltimore, and the Sheraton Harbor Island Hotel in San Diego. His academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Lesley College. Mr. Mondejar is also very active in the community. He is a Board Member of the Latino Professional Network, Spaulding Rehabilitation's Board of Overseers, and serves on the Advisory Boards of Partners for Youth With Disabilities, AIDS Action Committee, Resource Partnership and the Massachusetts Business Leadership Network. Last but not least, Oz is Co-Chairperson of the Governor's Commission for Employment of People with Disabilities.
