Norwall Group Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of residential wallcoverings and borders. NGI produces paper-backed vinyl wallcoverings, which are sold either directly to retailers or through distributors in North America and overseas. Currently 3000 home centers, such as Lowe's, Home Depot, RONA, Reno-Depot and Menards, 5000 specialty stores, such as Sherwin Williams and Colour Your World, and 2500 mass merchant locations, including Wal-Mart Inc., Wal-Mart Canada, Wal-Mart Mexico and Kmart handle NGI product. Norwall's products sell at retail prices ranging from $10 to $40 per roll, primarily the mid-market area. NGI owns all of the outstanding shares of its operating subsidiary, Patton Wallcoverings Inc. Norwall manufactures approximately 40 million metres of wallcoverings annually at its 200,000-square-foot facility in Brampton, Ontario. Patton is the American distributor of products manufactured by Norwall, and sells, in addition, wallcoverings produced by other manufacturers.
