Paul F. DePond , our founder, has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since our inception in August 1994. From September 1992 through May 1994, Mr. DePond served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Telebit Corporation, a supplier of high speed modems and dialup remote access products. From January 1991 through September 1992, Mr. DePond served as Vice President of Marketing at Alantec Corporation, a manufacturer of networking products. Mr. DePond received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1980 and Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1980.

Gerald W. Rice has served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company since August 1994. From November 1993 to June 1996, he owned Comprehensive Business Services, a financial services company franchise. From April 1992 to April 1993, Mr. Rice served as Controller at Surface Science Instruments, a manufacturer of capital equipment for surface chemical analysis. From June 1990 to April 1992 Mr. Rice was Vice President of Finance and Secretary of Applied Dielectrics, a manufacturer of microwave circuit boards. Mr. Rice received an A.A. from Ohlone Community College in 1969 and a B.A. in Accounting from California State College of Stanislaus in 1971.

Rhonda Chicone-Shick joined Notify Technology in 1997 and has served as Vice President of Engineering and Product Development since 2001. Ms. Chicone-Shick pioneered the launch of the Notify Technology Research and Development Center located in Canfield, Ohio, and is today responsible for all aspects of Notify's innovative enterprise software product line development. Prior to joining Notify Technology, Ms. Chicone-Shick held a variety of Engineering Management and Educational positions including President of Tech-Xpress Enterprises Inc., Vice President of Software Development and member of the Board of Directors for Techware Designs, Inc., and Adjunct Computer Science Faculty Professor at Youngstown State. Ms. Chicone-Shick holds a Masters of Science in Technology from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Youngstown State University.

Mr. Tallur joined Commonwealth in 1995 and was Director of Research for four years, following the technology sector. During his tenure as Director of Research, Inder was responsible for selecting areas within technology and telecom for the firm's investment program. Mr. Tallur was the Portfolio Manager for the ComVest Opportunity Fund L.P., which was formed in August 2001. Prior to Commonwealth, he spent 5 years in the telecommunications and computer industry with companies including Digital Equipment Corporation and HCL-HP India, an affiliate of Hewlett Packard. Mr. Tallur received a BE in Electronics from Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering, Nagpur, India in 1987. He also received an MBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business in 1994 and an MS in Finance from Boston College in 1995. He is also licensed as a series 7, 24, 4, 63 and 27. Effective February 1st, 2007, Inder Tallur became Commonwealth's interim Financial Operations Principal.
