"Maarten Koster is President, General Manager of Novell Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Novell, he spent nine years at IBM, most recently serving as director, Tivoli Asia-Pacific for IBM Software, helping IBM significantly expand the presence of its management solutions in key Asia countries. He also headed up IBM's small and medium-sized business sales, was the point person for the integration of Rational Software into IBM in Asia, and served as IBM's channel leader for Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining IBM, Koster managed business development for Wang Australia, and directed sales and marketing for BHL Systems. Earlier in his career, Koster focused on technology and services for the legal sector, holding management positions in Mahlab Group, co-founding Anstat Systems LTD, and serving as a consultant for Computer Power Group. Prior to moving to Australia in 1982, Koster worked at Kluwer Group, the Netherland's largest legal publishing house. He began his career at the University of Groningen as a lecturer in Economic Law. Koster has a law degree from the University of Groningen and a marketing degree from Monash University in Australia."

"Tim Wolfe serves as President and General Manager of Novell Americas. He is responsible for Novell business operations across the United States, Canada and Latin America. Mr. Wolfe joined Novell in October 2003 as Southeast Area VP/GM, and has most recently served as East Area VP/GM. Prior to joining Novell, Mr. Wolfe served as executive VP for Covansys, a consulting company that specializes in public sector solutions and offshore application development and maintenance. In that role he was responsible for strategy, sales, delivery and leadership of a 1000-person team. Prior to joining Covansys, Mr. Wolfe worked for IBM for 20 years in a variety of roles. His last roles at IBM were worldwide VP/GM of Distribution Industry, worldwide VP of ERP/SCM Solutions Unit, Executive Assistant to the Senior VP of Sales and Distribution, Wal-Mart Client Director and VP of Point of Sale Brand for North America. "Dana serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Novell. He has been the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller since August 2003. He has also been responsible for Tax and Treasury from September of 2005. Prior to becoming the Corporate Controller and Treasurer, Dana held a variety of financial positions within Novell, including Operational Vice President of Finance, Sales and Marketing Controller, Product Development Controller and Business Unit Controller. Dana has been responsible for Revenue Recognition, SEC Reporting, Consolidations, Compliance, Transactional Accounting, Management Reporting, Tax and Treasury. Prior to joining Novell in 1994, Dana held financial positions at WordPerfect, Iomega and Price Waterhouse. Dana is a CPA licensed in the State of Utah and received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Accounting from Weber State University. "

Dr. Jeffrey Jaffe serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Novell. He is responsible for Novell's technology direction, as well as leading Novell's product business units. Dr. Jaffe serves as a member of Novell's Worldwide Management Committee. After receiving a Ph.D. in computer science from MIT in 1979, Dr. Jaffe joined IBM's Thomas J. Watson Research Center. During his tenure at IBM, he held a wide variety of technical and management positions, including vice president, Systems and Software Research, corporate vice president of technology, and general manager of IBM's SecureWay business unit, where he was responsible for IBM's security, directory, and networking software business. Dr. Jaffe most recently served as president of Bell Labs Research and Advanced Technologies, where he established new facilities in Ireland and India, and served as chairman of the board of the New Jersey Nanotechnology Consortium. Dr. Jaffe was also appointed by President Bill Clinton to serve on the Advisory Committee for the Presidential Commission for Critical Infrastructure Protection. He has also chaired the Chief Technology Officer group of the Computer Systems Policy Project, and has served on the National Research Council's Computer Science and Telecommunications Board. He is a fellow of ACM and the IEEE. Dr. Jaffe holds a BS in Mathematics and an MS in Electrical Engineering in addition to his Doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

"John Dragoon serves as Novell's senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Mr. Dragoon brings over 24 years of high technology operations experience to his role, and is responsible for all aspects of Novell's marketing strategy and activities worldwide, including corporate marketing, field marketing, partner and channel marketing, product and solution marketing, sale enablement and marketing operations functions. Prior to joining Novell, Dragoon was the senior vice president of marketing and product management at Art Technology Group where he was responsible for all aspects of ATG's product plans and strategy, product marketing, and corporate marketing. Before ATG, Dragoon spent more than 16 years at IBM, where he held a number of marketing and sales positions, including director of marketing, IBM Supply Chain Management Solutions. José Almandoz serves at Novell's Vice President and Chief Information Officer, overseeing Novell's information systems and technology infrastructure. With over 17 years of experience in the software and consulting industry, Almandoz brings real world experience that will assure Novell's in house technology is delivering the highest levels of customer, partner and employee satisfaction and results. Almandoz joined Novell in 2001 through the acquisition of Cambridge Technology Partners as Vice President of Operations for Latin America. In 2004, José was promoted to President of Latin America and in 2005 to Executive Operations Assistant to the President and COO of Novell, Inc. In June 2006, he served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and assumed his current role in July 2007. José is also a member of Novell's Executive Leadership Team. Prior to joining Novell, José ran his own consulting company from 1992 through 1996 and served as a consultant with Accenture between 1989 and 1992. José received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and also studied for a Master's in Management Engineering at Universidad Metropolitana, both in Caracas, Venezuela.

Prior to NCR, she served as senior vice president, Customer Services, at Global Crossing, and senior vice president, Telecom Operations, at e.Spire Communications. Earlier in her career, she served as Local Operations Vice President at AT&T, and spent 18 years at Southern New England Telecommunications in a variety of business and management roles. O'Keefe has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Hartford, and a Bachelor's degree in economics from the College of the Holy Cross. Kent Erickson serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Workgroup Solutions business unit at Novell. He is responsible for the development of all products that make up Novell's collaboration solutions, including Novell Open Enterprise Server, Novell GroupWise and Novell Teaming + Conferencing. Mr. Erickson joined Novell in 1991, has served in a number of key engineering and business unit leadership roles, and is a member of the Novell Worldwide Management Committee. His past accomplishments at Novell include responsibility for two major NetWare releases and development of the New Product Initiatives group, which captured technical leadership for Internet-scale caching and security technologies. Previous to his role as general manager, he led the development of Novell's acclaimed Identity and Security Management products. Mr. Erickson earned his degree in Economics from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in management.

"Roger Levy serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at Novell. He is responsible for cross-business unit strategy and offerings for the data center, end-user computing and identity and security management markets. Before Mr. Levy began his current position, he served as the General Manager of the SUSE Linux Enterprise business unit at Novell. Mr. Levy is also a member of the Novell Worldwide Management Committee. Mr. Levy has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, mobility and networking. He has worked extensively with companies such as AT&T and Lucent Technologies, Inc. in the the development and delivery of technology solutions for large enterprises. At Lucent, he held the position of Vice President, Product Realization, and was responsible for product delivery for four internal startups. These startups spanned the routing, mobile applications, enterprise security and service provider network security markets. In addition, Mr. Levy held the position of Vice President, Software Technology Center, where he led Lucent's open source initiative, driving the establishment of an open source policy, the creation of processes to leverage open source, and the definition of open source acceptance tests. His other assignments included Vice President of Global System for Mobile Product Realization, where he led a 1,500 person team across seven countries. Mr. Levy holds a Bachelor or Science in physics from Lafayette college and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. He has also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. "

Lynn Wallace is Novell's Export Manager and responsible for the export licensing and classification of Novell's products. Prior to Novell, Lynn worked in Tandem's legal department and later served as Trade Manager for the Tandem division of Compaq Computer Corporation. Lynn's trade career has focused on encryption technology. Prior to her career in trade, Lynn was a legal assistant/paralegal. Lynn is a member of the Alliance for Network Security and has represented Compaq and Novell at AeA. Lynn was a charter member of the volunteer board at Tandem and has served as President and Secretary on a child development board, as Secretary of the Santa Clara Historical Society, and as a member at large on the Hakone Gardens board. Lynn served WIT-NC as Assistant Treasurer in 2004 and Treasurer in 2005.

Brad Nicholes has been a software engineer at Novell for 10 years and one of the authors of the OMC-CLP implementation of the SM-CLP specification. He is also a member of the Apache Software Foundation and has been a committer on the HTTPD and APR projects since 2000 primarily working in the areas of authentication and authorization. Brad attended school at the University of Utah and Brigham Young University and holds a degree in Computer Science.

Originating from Australia, Caitlin Jans is a Novell support engineer with a distinctively Aussie flare. She has helped Novell customers around the world with NetWare and Linux solutions for over 7 years. Besides spending the majority of her time reading coredumps from ailing servers, Caitlin is also a member of the security alerts team, documenting and publishing fixes for security-related issues. Caitlin unlaxes and rewinds in a variety of outdoor activities, but respectfully requests that no one ask about a trip to the emergency room that may or may not have resulted from competing in the Utah Corporate Games for the Novell mountain biking team.”

Erin Quill has spent half of his two-decade career in high tech working for Novell in various roles. Always keenly interested in technology, Erin spends a lot of time tweaking or hacking various gadgets in order to put them to practical use. He also snowboards and skateboards whenever he can.

Jim Fehlig is a Software Engineer for Novell, Inc. where he is co-maintainer of the Xen-CIM open source project. He graduated from the University of California at Irvine with Summa Cum Laude honors. Prior to joining Novell Jim worked for defense contractor Interstate Electronics in Anaheim, CA on high-precision GPS technology for test, training, and ordnance systems. Jim also served six years in the U.S. Navy.

Klaus Kampf is an Architect for Systems Management at Novell, Inc. His focus is on exploring and integrating technologies and standards for systems management into the SUSE Linux family of products offered by Novell. He graduated from the Rheinisch-Westfalische Technische Hochschule(RWTH) in Aachen, Germany, with a MS in computer science. Before joining Novell he was responsible for the development of the YaST systems management tool at SUSE Linux GmbH. Klaus has 20+ years of experience in software development and contributed to open source project like the GNU tools and the GNU compiler collection.

"Perhaps more 'infamous' than famous, Lee Howarth has spent over eighteen years working in high tech, nine of which have been at Novell. Lee initially joined Novell Consulting in 1997. Lee's consulting experience, specifically understanding customer requirements to design ideal solutions, lead him to a role in product management for Novell's Access Management product line in 2001. In addition to his work on Novell Open Audio, Lee is available for parties and other personal appearances."

Richard Noyes joined Cornerstone Technology Partners in 2002 to facilitate the sales process for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast markets. Mr. Noyes has an extensive background in business development for companies including Microstrategy as Director of Federal Services 1994-1997, Net.works "Virginia's Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies" as Director of Business Development 1997-1999 and as a Senior Client Advisor for Novell Inc, 1999-2002. Mr. Noyes international experience includes multi-million dollar software and consulting projects on the Pacific Rim ( Toshiba, Honda Pacific), England (RAF, Rolls Royce, Royal Forestry), Australia (2000 NOC Olympics) He holds a B.A. in political science from University of Pittsburgh and a M.A. in Business from the John Hopkins University School of Business.

" Robert Wipfel - Awarded 2002 Robert started his career at a parallel processing startup, and then at INMOS, worked on a distributed operating system for the Transputer. Next, Robert helped Unisys enter the commercial parallel processing market. He worked on single system image Unix and parallel database server technology. At Novell since 1998, Robert is architect for Novell's award winning Cluster Services, Business Continuance Clustering and iSCSI (target) products. He is currently working on Linux technologies for next generation data centers. Robert is co-author of Novell's Guide to Storage Area Networks and has presented the benefits of commodity server clustering and storage networking at various industry conferences. He has received Novell's Inventor Hall of Fame, President's and Engineering Employee of the Year awards. Robert earned a bachelor's degree (with honors) in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Kent at Canterbury, U.K, and won the G.E.C. Avionics second year student award. He holds patents on parallel processing (machine vision) and server clustering. "

Shaun Sturby has been an active member in the computer and electronics industry since the mid 1980s. His extensive knowledge and experience make him ideally suited for providing consulting, training, troubleshooting and technical support for high-end network monitoring and management solutions. In his capacity as Technical Services Manager at Optrics Engineering, Shaun oversees the daily resolution of network issues for organizations all over North America and the globe. A Microsoft Certified Trainer since the mid 1990s and Novell Certified network administrator, Shaun has acquired extensive hands-on experience in wireless and wired networking, LAN and WAN technologies, UNIX and Cisco Router Administration - often reaching back to when these technologies were in their infancy.

Tim Summers has worked as an employee and consultant in the Information Technology (I.T.) industry for more than 13 years. Throughout that time, Tim has developed solutions for the day-to-day challenges faced by end-users, systems technicians, programmers and network administrators. Because of his experience of owning and operating a successful and growing I.T. business, as well as a diverse technical and business knowledge, Tim has a unique perspective on technology and how best to utilize technology to stay competitive and profitable in today's business environment. Rick Crandall was one of the four Founders of Arbor Partners. He contributes to the Firm his 40-year background in computer technology ranging from startups to Board governance of large public technology companies, as well as his expertise in private equity and venture capital investing. His long and varied career has created a wealth of experience and contacts that have contributed to successful strategies, execution and partnering by the Firm's portfolio companies. Mr. Crandall applies his time broadly throughout the technology industry and brings the benefits of this involvement to Arbor Partners, although only a portion of his time is spent directly with Arbor Partners' activity. He is a shareholder and Partner, but not a direct operator in the Fund. Mr. Crandall's continuing role in Arbor Venture Partners III is, as before, that of an advisor, a source of deal flow, a contributor to investment decisions, and a strategist as applied to individual portfolio company's directions, market positioning and exits. In 1966, Mr. Crandall founded Comshare, Inc., which grew to become a publicly held, $130 million international market leader in decision support applications and executive information systems software. The company originated as a pioneer of computer timesharing. During his 24-year tenure as Comshare's CEO, Mr. Crandall led the company through several highly publicized transitions in response to the rapid market changes characteristic of the computer industry. Comshare was one of the few early timesharing firms to make a complete and successful transition to software products, while remaining an independent company. In 1994, Mr. Crandall left his position at Comshare and formed the Enterprise Software Roundtable, consisting of the CEOs of the industry's top 40 software firms focusing on enterprise software (and generating more than $100 billion sales in 2003). He continues as Chairman of the Roundtable. During the period 1995 2003, Mr. Crandall helped create Giga Information Group one of the nation's premier information technology research and advisory firms, which serves Fortune 1000 clientele. He was Chairman of Giga from 2002-2003, when it was sold to Forrester Research. Mr. Crandall presently serves as the software and services advisor to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and assists its efforts in areas of legal reform and advocacy in Federal and State government actions that affect the technology industries in the U.S. Among his many other industry honors is the ICP Business Software Review listing as "One of the 5 Leading Pioneers of the Software Services Industry" in its commemorative issue celebrating the 25th anniversary of the software industry. Mr. Crandall also received the 1992 Outstanding Entrepreneur Award from The University of Michigan Business School and Harvard Business School Alumni groups and served on the National Advisory Board to The University of Michigan College of Engineering and Computer Science. He was chairman of the audit committee for mobile messaging leader Mobile 365, acquired by Sybase in 2006.
