Mr. Ingoldsby, who led the Sarbanes-Oxley implementation at chemical company Hercules, Inc., previously held various executive positions at GE Betz, formerly BetzDearborn from 1993 to 2003, including serving as Controller and Director of Business Analysis and Director of Financial Reporting. He also held various staff and managerial accounting and auditing positions at Mack Trucks, Inc. from 1982 to 1993. Mr. Ingoldsby began his career with Deloitte and Touche. Mr. Howell has served as Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations since August 2005 and is responsible for the commercial management of the North America asset portfolio. Mr. Liebelson joined NRG in April 2008 as Chief Development Officer, Low-Carbon Technology. Mr. Liebelson has over 25 years of experience developing and financing independent power projects, and commercializing process and power generation technologies. Most recently, he has been involved in various initiatives and regulatory efforts in the power generation area, including coal gasification, and carbon capture and sequestration. In 1990, Mr. Liebelson cofounded LS Power Corporation, which he co-managed for 8 years, successfully developing and financing several utility-scale independent power projects. Drew Murphy has been Executive Vice President and Regional President, Northeast since February 2009. He previously served as NRG’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel from December 2006 to February 2009. Prior to joining NRG, Mr. Murphy was the partner in charge of the energy practice at the law firm of Hunton & Williams where he represented issuers, developers, investors and lenders in a wide variety of US and cross-border energy projects and structured financings. John Ragan was appointed, effective December 18, 2006, Executive Vice President and Regional President, Northeast. Prior to joining, Mr. Ragan was Vice President of Trading, Transmission, and Operations at FPL Energy. Mr. Baliff joined NRG as Executive Vice President, Strategy in May 2008. Prior to joining NRG, Mr. Baliff served as Managing Director of Credit Suisse's Global Energy Group, where he advised electric utility and independent power companies on more than $70 billion of mergers and acquisition assignments and $30 billion in project and corporate financings since 1996. He also headed up the Credit Suisse Global Business Development Council--an internal group of executives focused on new product development. Mr. Baliff started his business career in JP Morgan's Natural Resources Group. Prior to this, Mr. Baliff was an officer in the US Air Force for 8 years flying F-4G fighter-bomber aircraft in the Philippines, Germany and the Gulf region. Robert K. Henry is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Harris Corporation. In this role, Mr. Henry oversees the company’s government businesses in addition to providing leadership to a broad group of corporate functions, including research and development, technology transfer, acquisition integration, facilities, supply chain management, manufacturing, information systems, government affairs, contracts, and security.
Mr. Henry joined Harris Corporation in 1997 as vice president–general manager of the former Government Communications Systems Division (GCSD), which developed and produced ground-based, terrestrial, and satellite communication systems; electronic warfare simulation and evaluation systems; networks for command, control, communication, and intelligence applications; and high-technology applications for special systems. In 2003, he was named senior vice president of Harris Corporation and president of GCSD, and in 2006, he was promoted to the position of executive vice president of the company and president of GCSD.
Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Henry was vice president of Engineering for Sanders, a Lockheed Martin company headquartered in Nashua, New Hampshire. He held positions of increasing responsibility during his career there, including vice president–general manager of the Information Systems Division.
Mr. Henry has a broad technical, business, and operations background with 34 years in the aero-space and defense industry, including 8 years with the Department of Defense (U.S. Army Communications Command) and the Defense Communications Agency.
Mr. Henry has a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a master’s degree in management from Frostburg University.
He is a member of the Air Force Association, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the Navy League of the United States, the National Defense Industrial Association, the Security Affairs Support Association, the Association of the United States Army, the United States Space Foundation, the Aerospace Industries Association, the National Association of Manufacturers, and the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI. Michael Bramnick has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel, since February 2009. In this capacity, Mr. Bramnick is responsible for NRG’s legal affairs. He previously served as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Office, having joined NRG in December 2004. Mr. Tate has been a director of NRG Energy since December 2003, pursuant to the NRG Energy plan of reorganization. Mr. Tate joined NiSource, Inc. as Corporate Vice President, Regulatory Strategy in July 2004. He was Of Counsel of Wolff & Samson P.C., a law firm, from September 2002 to July 2004. John F. Chlebowski, age 61, has served as a director of the Company since June 23, 2003. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Lakeshore Operating Partners, LLC, a bulk liquid distribution firm, from March 2000 until his retirement in December 2004. From July 1999 until March 2000, Mr. Chlebowski was a senior executive and co-founder of Lakeshore Liquids Operating Partners, LLC, a private venture firm in the bulk liquid distribution and logistics business, and from January 1998 until July 1999, he was a private investor and consultant in bulk liquid distribution. Prior to that, he was employed by GATX Terminals Corporation, a subsidiary of GATX Corporation, as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1994 until 1997. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance of GATX Corporation, a specialized finance and leasing company, from 1986 until 1994 and Vice President Finance from 1984 until 1986. Mr. Chlebowski joined GATX Corporation in 1983 as Vice President Financial Planning. Mr. Chlebowski is also a director of NRG Energy, Inc.

Maureen J. Miskovic is executive vice president and State Street’s chief risk officer responsible for leading the company’s risk management function globally. She is also a member of the company’s Operating Group, State Street’s most senior strategy and policy-making team.
Before being appointed to this role, Ms. Miskovic served on State Street’s Board of Directors and was senior advisor at Eurasia Group, a global political risk advisory and consulting firm based in New York.
Previously, Ms. Miskovic spent six years as chief risk officer for Lehman Brothers and prior to this appointment she was Treasurer at Morgan Stanley in London responsible for capital planning, bank relations and cash management for its European and Indian businesses. She has also held senior management roles at S.G. Warburg in London. In addition to her State Street board appointment, Ms, Miskovic also served as a member of the board at NRG Energy.
Ms. Miskovic has published a book entitled Futures and Options – A Handbook for Institutional Investors and serves as an honorary member of the Leadership Council of the Betty Ford Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian and German from King’s College, London University.

Mr. Young has been a director of NRG Energy since December 2003, pursuant to the NRG Energy plan of reorganization. Mr. Young was Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Champion Enterprises, Inc., an assembler and manufacturer of manufactured homes, from May 1990 to June 2003. Mr. Young has held senior management positions with The Henley Group, The Budd Company and BFGoodrich.
Mr. Hantke was appointed a director of NRG, effective March 8, 2006. Mr. Hantke served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Premcor, Inc., a refining company, from 2002 through 2005. He was with the refining and marketing company, Tosco Corporation, from 1993 through 2001, serving as Corporate Vice President of Development and earlier, as Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Tosco, Hantke was Senior Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions for Coopers and Lybrand and spent 13 years in various senior management positions with AMAX. Mr. Hantke is on the Board of NTR Acquisition Co., an oil refining start-up, and Process Energy Solutions, a non-public alternative energy company. He is a graduate of Fordham University.
