Dario L. Santana is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ntn Buzztime, a leading developer and distributor of interactive entertainment games and technology. Dario Santana was most recently President of Tyco Fire & Security - Latin America, a services and technology company with annual revenues approaching $300M. Prior to joining Tyco in October 2002, he was the President and COO of Aerocast, Inc. a streaming media start-up, which delivered entertainment quality video to the broadband enabled home. Mr. Santana was an executive with General Instrument/Motorola Broadband from 1992 until 2000; his last role at Motorola was VP/GM Advanced Network Systems. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an engineering degree from Purdue University.

John Boozer is responsible for world-wide sales of the Buzztime Network within the restaurant, bar and hospitality industries and has been affiliated with NTN Buzztime since 1995. Mr. Boozer has served as Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales, Manager of Sales Development and Regional Manager within the company where he has consistently led the company in sales. In January 2000, he accepted the position of Vice President of Sales for Fun e-Business a Valencia, Spain-based technology company that was affiliated with Comytel, a European leader in designing and deploying internet appliances. Prior to joining NTN Buzztime in 1998, he was Territory Manager for Interactive Entertainment Systems, Inc., the most successful independent reseller within NTN Buzztime's hospitality business. Mr. Boozer attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he studied Bio-Medical Engineering.

John Gaffney is responsible for investigating and developing processes and technologies that enable SiteLab's continued leadership in search engine marketing and online marketing campaigns. John is a senior technology marketing executive with extensive experience in product management, product marketing and business development at both Fortune 500 and startup companies. He recently served as Area Vice President, Solutions Marketing for Peregrine Systems, Inc., and as Vice President, Marketing, for Akonix Systems, Inc., both San Diego-based developers of enterprise IT software. John has served on the Technical Committee of the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO), and is a past Vice President of Communications for the San Diego Software Industry Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication, with a minor in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Florida.

Barry Bergsman was appointed as a Director since August 1998 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in July 2006. Prior to his appointment as Chairman of the Board Mr. Bergsman served as lead Director from August 2004 until July 2006. Mr. Bergsman serves on the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board. Since 1965, he has served as president of Baron Enterprises, Inc., a privately owned consulting company established in 1965. From 1985 to 1998, Mr. Bergsman served as president of Intertel Communications, Inc., a company focused on the use of the telephone and interactive technology for promotion, entertainment and information. Prior to 1985, Mr. Bergsman was engaged in television production and syndication and was an executive with CBS, a broadcast television network. Since May 1999, Mr. Bergsman has served as a director of Photogenesis, Inc., a private medical device and biotechnology company.

Mr. Arlen is President of Arlen Communications Inc., a Washington, D.C. based research and consulting firm specializing in converging telecommunications, media and information services. Mr. Arlen's primary focus is on new applications and policy implications of broadband, interactive and digital media systems for residential and enterprise deployments. He is also a partner in the Alwyn Group LLC, a competitive services consultancy. For more than 25 years, Arlen has conducted extensive research on business development and customer acceptance of new telecom/media technologies. His recent focus has included "triple play" deployment (voice + data + video) and the markets for such services and his clients have included AT&T, Discovery Communications, Sony, Microsoft, Intel and the National Football League. Arlen was a founder and director of the group known as the Internet Alliance and is currently a director of NTN Communications (Amex: NTN). He also has created and published several trade newsletters and has written on-going analytical commentaries for industry periodicals, including Multichannel News, Washington Technology and Telecommunications Reports.
