Jamal has overseen various supply chain functions for over 25 years and has managed engineering, quality assurance production management and strategic sourcing operations in the food, beverage and chemical industries. Mr. Kibria headed up the supply chain group at the Pepsi Lipton Partnership and was awarded the Unilever world wide innovation award in 2005. He retired in 2005 and has been involved as a consultant for such fortune 100 companies like Nestle and Pepsi Cola. Jamal studied engineering at the University of North Dakota and Carnegie University. He has a B.S & M.S. degree in engineering and business management.

Michael H. Maizes is a partner in the law firm Maizes & Maizes LLP that specializes in litigation, personal injury, real estate, estates, entertainment law and other criminal and civil matters. He is also the Senior Vice president, In House Counsel & CFO of SFM Entertainment LLC.. a company that packages, creates and distributes television programs and related media. He graduated SUNY at Albany (cum laude) and Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was on the National Moot Court Team. In addition to his law licenses in New York and New Jersey, he also holds licenses as a real estate broker and Life Accident & Health Insurance.

For more than five years, Mr. Hodock has been the President and Managing Partner of The Hodock Group, a marketing consulting and research company, located in Skillman, New Jersey. Since June 2002, he also has served as Professor of Marketing, Berkeley College and from June 2002 to December 2003, he served as Adjunct Professor, Stern School of Business, New York University. He received his B.B.A degree from the University of Cincinnati and his M.S. degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois.

Stanley H. Moger was elected to our Board of Directors in March 2004. Since January 1998, he has served as President of SFM Entertainment, LLC, a provider of media services to major corporations. He received his B.A. degree from Colby College.
