Jack Tankersley, Jr., is one of the most experienced private equity investors currently active in the communications industry. He co-founded Meritage in 1998 to invest exclusively in communications. He began his career at the Continental Illinois Bank in 1974 and joined its venture capital subsidiary in 1978. Jack co-founded The Centennial Funds in 1981 and served as either the chief executive or chief investment officer of Centennial until 1997. Much of his previous investment activity with Centennial was concentrated in the communications industry. Jack also serves on the boards of directors of Exabyte Corporation and NuVox Communications (all Meritage portfolio companies).

Jim Fleming joined Columbia Capital in 1994 where he focuses on investments and communication services. Columbia Capital is a venture capital firm specializing in the communications and information technology industries. In addition to his Presidio Networked Solutions board membership, Mr. Fleming is also a member of ICG Communications, NuVox Communications, WCS Wireless and The Tennis Channel. He has been involved with MindSHIFT Technologies, Mobile Satellite Ventures and XM Satellite Radio. He previously held board seats with Taqua and WNP Communications and has worked closely with a number of former Columbia portfolio companies, including NeoWorld and Digital Television Services. Prior to joining Columbia, he served as president of Prime Cellular, an entity involved in the operation of rural cellular markets. Mr. Fleming is a former member of the audit department of Price Waterhouse. He received his B.A. from Stanford University.

Joe, retained since 2001 as a Senior Advisor to Key Venture Partners, also currently serves as Chairman of McCullen Capital, LLC ("MCAP"), a family office firm founded the same year. Previously, for 18 years he was a Managing Director at the venture capital firms of Whitney & Co. and OneLiberty Ventures. During this period of time his investments were in communications and information technology. He was a founding investor in such successful companies as TeleCorp, Brooks Fiber Properties, Intermedia Communications, Eastern TeleLogic, MetroNet, NuVox and metroPCS. Earlier in his career he served as a Special Assistant to the President of the U.S., Assistant Secretary of the Navy and acting Secretary of the Navy. Currently he serves on several boards including NuVox, metroPCS, Atlantis Bidding and TeleCorp WCS. Joe holds a Ph.D. (hon.) from his alma mater Villanova University and is a recipient of two Distinguished Service Medals.

Mr. Savignol, an American and French national, joined M/C Venture Partners' London office in July of 2004 and focuses on investments in Europe. Previously, Mr. Savignol worked as a Director of Corporate Development for NTL, the United Kingdom's largest cable television provider. Prior to joining NTL, Mr. Savignol was an investment banker with Salomon Brothers in New York, focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the telecommunications industry. He graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with degrees in Finance and Economics and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Perper joined Wachovia Capital Partners in 1988 and serves as the head of Wachovia Capital Partners. His investing efforts are focused in the Business and Technology Services and Media and Communications industries.

Mr. Simmons joined Wachovia Capital Partners in 2000. His investing efforts are focused in the Media and Communications and Business and Technology Services industries. Mr. Simmons is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
