Bill Dally joined NVIDIA in January 2009 as chief scientist, after spending 12 years at Stanford University, where he was chairman of the computer science department. Dally and his Stanford team developed the system architecture, network architecture, signaling, routing and synchronization technology that is found in most large parallel computers today. Dally was previously at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1997, where he and his team built the J-Machine and the M-Machine, experimental parallel computer systems that pioneered the separation of mechanism from programming models and demonstrated very low overhead synchronization and communication mechanisms. From 1983 to 1986, he was at California Institute of Technology (CalTech), where he designed the MOSSIM Simulation Engine and the Torus Routing chip, which pioneered “wormhole” routing and virtual-channel flow control. Dally is a cofounder of Velio Communications and Stream Processors. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts & Sciences, a Fellow of the IEEE and the ACM, and has received the IEEE Seymour Cray Award and the ACM Maurice Wilkes award. He has published over 200 papers, holds over 50 issued patents, and is an author of two textbooks. He received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, a master’s in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a PhD in Computer Science from CalTech.

David Kirk has been Chief Scientist for NVIDIA since January 1997. From June 1996 to January 1997, Dr. Kirk was a software and technical management consultant. From 1993 to 1996, Dr. Kirk was Chief Scientist, Head of Technology for Crystal Dynamics, a video game manufacturing company. From 1989 to 1991, Dr. Kirk was an engineer for Apollo Systems Division of Hewlett-Packard Company. Dr. Kirk has authored seven patents relating to graphics design and has authored more than 50 articles on graphics technology. Dr. Kirk holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the California Institute of Technology.

David White joined NVIDIA in February 2009 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From August 2004 to February 2009, Mr. White served as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Sanmina-SCI Corporation, a global provider of customized, integrated electronics manufacturing services to original equipment manufacturers in the communications, enterprise computing and medical industries and various other end markets. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. White was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Asyst Technologies, Inc., a provider of integrated hardware and software automation solutions that enhance semiconductor and flat-panel display manufacturing productivity. Mr. White served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Candescent Technologies Corporation, a developer of field emission display technology for next-generation thin flat-panel displays, and held various other positions, from 1995 to 2002. Mr. White holds a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington.

Ranga Jayaraman joined NVIDIA in January 2008 as Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining NVIDIA, Dr. Jayaraman was CIO and Vice President of Shared Services at Hitachi Global Storage Technologies. Dr. Jayaraman also spent 20 years at International Business Machines, where he held a variety of positions in the Research and Storage Technology Divisions, including Vice President of Business Information and Transformation. Dr. Jayaraman holds an undergraduate degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Stanford University.

Ajay K. Puri joined NVIDIA in December 2005 as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and became Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales in January 2009. Prior to NVIDIA, he held positions in sales, marketing, and general management over a 22-year career at Sun Microsystems, Inc. Mr. Puri previously held marketing, management consulting, and product development positions at Hewlett-Packard Company, Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., and Texas Instruments Incorporated. Mr. Puri holds an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University, an M.S.E.E. degree from the California Institute of Technology and a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Minnesota.

David Shannon se unio a NVIDIA en agosto de 2002 como Vicepresidente y Asesor juridico de la compania con la mision de dirigir el area legal y los aspectos relacionados con la propiedad intelectual. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Asia-Pacific Group, managing all of Sun's business in Asia-Pacific, including Japan, Korea, China, ASEAN, Australia, and India. Before that he was Vice President, Worldwide Sales for Software & Technology, President of Nihon Sun K.K. and Vice President of Worldwide Product Marketing. During his tenure, Sun grew from 25 employees and no revenue to 35,000 employees and $12 billion in revenue. Prior to Sun, Mr. Puri held marketing, management consulting and product development positions at Hewlett-Packard, Booz Allen & Hamilton and Texas Instruments. Mr. Puri holds an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School, an M.S.E.E. degree from Caltech, and a B.S.E.E. degree (with High Distinction) from the University of Minnesota.

Dwight Diercks es el Vicepresidente de ingenieria de software de NVIDIA desde julio de 1999, tras iniciar su carrera en NVIDIA como Ingeniero senior de software en 1994. Mr. Hicok holds a B.S.E.E. degree from Arizona State University.

Scott Sullivan joined NVIDIA in May 2005 and is responsible for worldwide Human Resources. Prior to joining NVIDIA, Mr. Sullivan was Senior Vice President of HR at Portal Software and Vice President of HR at Vicinity Corporation. Before that, Mr. Sullivan was a managing consultant at Towers Perrin and Diamond Technology Partners and was responsible for selling and delivering general management and strategic human resources consulting to major corporations. He started his career in the military where he was a company commander, personnel officer, and member of the leadership faculty at West Point. Mr. Sullivan holds a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University.

Tommy Lee is Senior Vice President Systems and Application Engineering and joined NVIDIA in May 1999. Prior to joining NVIDIA, Mr. Lee was Vice President of Systems and Application Engineering for AuraVision Corp, a multimedia IC supplier. Mr. Lee held similar management positions at Fujitsu Microelectronics Advanced Product Division and LSI Logic from 1982 to 1993. Mr. Lee holds a B.S.E.E. degree from San Jose State University.

Tony Tamasi, Senior Vice President of Content and Technology, has more than ten years of graphics industry leadership experience. In his current role, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the company's graphics processors, the development of tools and support for developers, as well as managing the company's interactions with developers. Prior to joining NVIDIA, Mr. Tamasi was director of product marketing at 3Dfx Interactive, Inc. and also held roles at Silicon Graphics and Apple Computer. He holds multiple degrees from the University of Kansas.

Mr. Trevett has spent over 20 years in the 3D graphics industry. As vice president of 3Dlabs, he has been at the forefront of the silicon revolution bringing interactive 3D to the PC desktop and holds several patents in the area of graphics technology. For the past two years, Mr. Trevett has been Chairman of the Khronos Group, a consortium defining OpenGL ES for graphics on mobile devices, and for the past five years has been President of the Web 3D Consortium - a group dedicated to creating open standards for 3D on the Internet. After receiving a first class joint B.Sc. Electronic Engineering and Computer Science degree in the United Kingdom, Mr. Trevett worked at a major systems house designing advanced architectures and programming languages for image recognition systems. In 1985, Neil joined benchMark Technologies as Head of Graphics Systems. benchMark later became Du Pont Pixel (a subsidiary of the multi-billion dollar Du Pont Corporation) and eventually evolved into 3Dlabs, Inc.

Roy Taylor joined NVIDIA in February 2000 as Vice President of Sales for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI). In 2005 Mr. Taylor relocated to California to work out of NVIDIA's head quarters in Santa Clara. In his current role Roy is Vice President of Content Relations responsible for the development and support of third party PC software as well as NVIDIA support tools and publication. Prior to joining NVIDIA, Mr. Taylor spent over eight years running his own business as a manufacturers representative for amongst others IBM Microelectronics and NEC Semiconductors. Prior to this, he held various management positions at electronics and component companies. Mr. Taylor holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Mid Kent College of High Education in Maidstone, Kent, United Kingdom.

Scott is a senior engineer on the Direct3D driver team at NVIDIA. His previous commerical projects include BattleSphere for the Atari Jaguar and Genesis for the Atari ST. Scott has been writing video games since 1971 when he played a Star Trek game on a mainframe and he was instantly hooked. In a former life, he picked up a B.S. in biology from Siena College and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from The Pennsylvania State University. Scott's current interests are his wife, Stephanie, and developing techniques to render planets in real-time.

Mr. Seawell has been a Director of the Company since December 1997. Mr. Seawell has been a Venture Partner with New Enterprise Associates, a venture capital firm, since January 2005. From February 2000 to December 2004, Mr. Seawell was a Partner with Technology Crossover Ventures, a venture capital firm. From January 1997 to August 1998, Mr. Seawell was Executive Vice President of NetDynamics, an applications server software company, which was acquired by Sun Microsystems. From March 1991 to January 1997, Mr. Seawell was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Synopsys, an electronic design automation software company. Mr. Seawell holds a B.A. degree in economics and an M.B.A. degree in finance and accounting from Stanford University. Mr. Seawell serves on the Board of Directors of NVIDIA, Glu Mobile and a number of privately-held companies. Mr. Seawell also serves on the Management Board of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr.Venkat Rajaraman is the Director, Engineering at NVIDIA Corporation. NVIDIA is a world leader in programmable graphics processing chips with a market capitalization of over USD $15 billion. Venkat was the Vice President of Engineering at Portal Player, before it was acquired by NVIDIA. Venkat has B.E degree from Madurai-Kamaraj University and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Prior to Portalplayer, Venkat worked at Sun Microsystems, CA and has over 18 years of experience in VLSI / ASIC design and Engineering Management.
