Ms. McCollam became a director of Del Monte in December 2007. Ms. McCollam has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., a specialty retailer of home furnishings, since July 2006. She has been employed by Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since March 2000, where she also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from May 2003 to July 2006, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from October 2000 to May 2003, and Vice President, Finance from March 2000 to October 2000. From 1993 to 2000, Ms. McCollam held a variety of positions at Dole Foods, including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Dole Fresh Vegetables Division from 1996 to 2000.

Abigail Jacobs is a Bay Area native and has been co-teaching the "College Essay Writing" and "Writing About Art" workshops at 826 Valencia since the center opened in 2002. In addition, she is on the Development Committee and the Grant Writing Committee, and can also be found at 826 on Sundays during the school year when she is the point-person for drop-in tutoring. During the day, Abigail is a Director of Public Relations for Williams-Sonoma, Inc. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, and writing with her writing group. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Art from Colgate University. Her favorite food is the burrito.

Prior to working for Williams-Sonoma, Heidi worked for Gap at headquarters in downtown San Francisco . Heidi gained an extensive understanding of the retail industry while working for these two retail industry leaders. She uses her extensive retail experience to add value to both tenants and landlords. Her primary focus is serving the Sonoma County community. Jo Horner graduated with honors from the Professional Chef's Program at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in January 2006. A lifelong love of cooking and culinaria led Jo to pursue cooking as a profession after leaving a decade-long career in IT for the finance sector. Jo earned the Certified Culinary Professional (CCP) designation from the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). She also worked testing recipes for The Good Home Cookbook set released in the Fall of 2006. She teaches Back to Basics, Spanish, French, and Italian classes in the Recreational Department at The CSCA. In addition, Jo teaches at Create-a-Cook, a cooking school exclusively for kids ages 3 to 15, located in Newton, MA; Eurostoves Culinary Centre in Beverly, MA; and Williams-Sonoma in Burlington, MA. She also owns her own business, Amuse Bouche, Inc., where she provides catering, in-home culinary instruction, and personal chef services. She also writes about food and cooking on her website, Amuse Bouche.
Before joining Williams-Sonoma, Liz was a stylist and art director. She art directed the photographs for over one dozen cookbooks, numerous magazines, and the New York Times Magazine Section. She maintained a diverse list of corporate clients including Gumps, Levi's, Nike, Apple and IBM. She has also worked as a Visual Merchandising consultant to Gumps and The Sharper Image, and designed costumes and jewelry for the San Francisco Ballet and Opera. She has also held the position of Brand Manager for Papyrus Stores and senior art director at Schurman Fine Papers, where she was responsible for the design of special collections, paper products and greeting cards. She designed and executed a new identity for the Papyrus stores through posters, ads and signage. She authored Where Cats Sleep, which was published in English and Japanese by Chronicle Books. On a more personal note, she has a passion for creating product, for creative problem solving, and maintains extremely high standards in both design and business.
Michael is active in lease acquisitions, renewals, and dispositions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and major metropolitan markets in the United States. His areas of expertise include development of strategic real estate plans, market research, trend analysis, transaction strategy, municipal incentive negotiations, financial analysis and leverage negotiations. With a core focus on downtown San Francisco, Michael represents such prestigious clients as Williams-Sonoma, Babcock & Brown, Earthlink/People PC, Liberty Mutual, Kirkland & Ellis, Heller Ehrman, Goodwin Procter, Davis Wright Tremaine and Pillsbury Winthrop. Michael began his career in commercial real estate as a market analyst and continues to leverage his skills and experiences in analyzing labor, demographic, and economic trends to effectively forecast future trends in commercial real estate markets. Michael's broad range of transaction experience and skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are integral to his philosophy of client service.
Tom's retail management experience includes such large public companies as Williams-Sonoma and Il Fornaio. He has also has retail experience with Grand Auto and Longs Drugs. Most recently, Tom has contributed architectural services for several web sites other than his own including wine.com, linkpoint.com and opassess.com. He earned his business degree at California State University Hayward.
Veronique is part of the original team that opened Bay Club Marin's doors in 2002. She was an integral part of the Sports Desk team, and her experience and relationships with the Club's members and staff made Veronique an ideal candidate for the Housekeeping Supervisor position, which she accepted in February 2005. Her career history includes working with Williams Sonoma, Inc. and Marin General Hospital. She says, "During the past two years I have met and have gotten to know many members. Along with the rest of the Housekeeping Department, I look forward to continuing to improve the quality of our members' experience with our efforts."
Adrian Dillon served as our Interim Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from February 2006 to June 2006, and as a director since March 2006 and as chairman of the board of directors since June 7, 2006. Mr. Dillon has been the Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer of Agilent since December 2001. Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Dillon served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Planning Officer of Eaton Corporation from April 1997 to December 2001. Mr. Dillon held various management positions at Eaton Corporation from 1979 to 1997. Mr. Dillon is a member of the board of directors of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.

Ted W. Hall is an entrepreneur and business leader with extensive operating and consulting experience in technology-related businesses, professional services, financial services, and natural resources. Mr. Hall served for more than 27 years as a leader and operating manager of McKinsey & Company, a leading global consulting firm. He served as an elected member of the McKinsey shareholder committee, which is McKinsey's board of directors, for 12 years. The General Partner of Long Meadow Ranch and President of the associated Long Meadow Ranch Winery in Napa Valley, Mr. Hall also serves as Chairman of Tambourine, Inc., a specialty music production and distribution company. He is Managing Director of Mayacamas Associates, his own consulting firm. He is also a former Chairman of the Board of the Robert Mondavi Corporation, a global producer of fine wines. He has served on the boards of directors of a wide variety of educational and civic organizations, including the Stanford Business School's Advisory Council, and the San Francisco Symphony. A former professional trombonist and record producer, Mr. Hall is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences.
