While representing the general business interests of many clients, Bill McCardell focuses his practice on two distinct areas of law: representing management interests in labor and employment law, and representing the construction industry and public contract matters. Active in several professional associations, Mr. McCardell has served as a management director of the State Bar of Wisconsin Labor Law Section. He is a frequent lecturer on construction and employment law issues and has published many articles on these subjects. He was recently named as one of the Best Lawyers in America in the specialites of construction law and labor and employment law, a Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine, a Top Costruction Lawyer by The Law Journal and Daily Reporter, and a Top Madison Lawyer by Madison Magazine. In addition to his legal endeavors, Mr. McCardell is active in the community. He was one of the initial organizers and directors of Oak Financial, Inc., and Oak Bank, a successful bank holding company and community bank in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Mr. McCardell serves as vice president of Oak Financial, Inc. He also has provided counsel on the formation of the Core Knowledge Charter School of the Verona Area School District, and incorporated the Friends of Fitchburg Library Committee. Mr. McCardell serves as a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry and its Labor and Employment Law Section, is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin's Construction and Public Contract Law and Labor and Employment Sections, serving as a past board member on both Sections. He has also served as President of the AGC of Wisconsin, Associate Board of Directors.

Mr. Dentzman is a founding partner and principal of Rivendell Group LLC. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2002.

After many years in executive leadership positions in health care, Grace Shearer is a consultant with The Entrepreneur's Source, a coaching and consulting firm assisting individuals interested in buying a business. She is the Chairperson of the Board of Byron Bank and OAK Financial Corporation. She has served on the Board of Directors since 2002.

Mr. Meyer is the past Chairman of the Board and President and CEO of Spartan Stores, Inc. He began serving on the Board of Directors in 2004.
