Mr. Stephens is a nationally known litigator with considerable expertise in the areas of business, real estate and personal injury litigation. His 27-year legal career is full of unique highlights, including clerking for Joseph L. Alioto, the former mayor of San Francisco and renowned anti-trust attorney; working with Fred Friendly, the former President of CBS News, on the PBS series "Media, Law & Society;" and serving as a staff attorney for the Legal Action Center for the City of New York, Inc., a non-profit public-interest law corporation then chaired by Arthur Liman, former chief counsel to the Senate during the Iran-Contra hearings. Michael Austin, has served as a Director since October 1997 and as a Class III Director since June 2001. Mr. Austin is a resident of the Cayman Islands and is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Austin was admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1964 and as a Fellow in 1969.
