Mr. Jim Jannard, Oakley's founder, has been Chairman of the Board and an Oakley director since its inception in 1975 and he has held various positions with the Company since then, including Chief Executive Officer and President. Effective October 1999, Mr. Jannard was named Chief Executive Officer and served in that capacity for six years until D. Scott Olivet was named Chief Executive Officer in October 2005.

Mr. Colin Baden joined Oakley in February 1996 as Director of Design and served as Vice President of Design from February 1997 to February 1999. In February 1999, Mr. Baden was named President. Prior to joining Oakley, Mr. Baden was a partner at Lewis Architects of Seattle, Washington for six years and began advising Oakley on company image and design issues in 1993 .

Mr. Carlos Reyes joined Oakley in July 1989 and has held various positions with Oakley, beginning as a lens coating assistant in the manufacturing department. Mr. Reyes was promoted to Lens Coating Manager in 1991 and to a leadership position in Oakley's design department in 1993. In December 1995, Mr. Reyes was named Vice President of Research and Development.

Mr. Cliff Neill joined Oakley in 1985 and has held various sales positions with Oakley, including National Sales Director. He was named Vice President of U.S. Sales in December 2002.

Ms. Donna Gordon joined Oakley in February 1986. Ms. Gordon has held a number of positions with Oakley, assuming her current position as Vice President of Finance in October 1995. Ms. Gordon has been Controller since 1990 and was Corporate Secretary from 1993 to March 2006.

Mr. Scott Bowers joined Oakley in May 1988 as a regional sales manager and held the position of Director of Sports Marketing from January 1995 to December 1999 and Vice President of Sports Marketing from January 2000 to December 2003. In January 2004, Mr. Bowers was named Vice President of Marketing Worldwide. Prior to joining Oakley, Mr. Bowers had eleven years of experience in the snow/ski industry, holding positions both in retail management and as an independent sales representative.

Frits van Paasschen is President and Chief Executive Officer of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., one of the leading hotel and leisure companies in the world. Mr. van Paasschen joined the company in 2007 and oversees all aspects of operations and performance for Starwood which includes 960 properties in 97 countries, and nine distinctive and compelling brands including St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels, Westin, Sheraton, Four Points by Sheraton, Le Méridien, aloft and Element, and Starwood Vacation Ownership, a premier operator of high quality vacation interval ownership resorts. Mr. van Paasschen, who has more than 20 years of experience with consumer-focused, global lifestyle brands and extensive international experience, was selected to lead the hotel giant as the company entered a period of prolific growth, with a record pipeline of nearly 500 hotels, more than half of which are located outside of the United States. In addition to increasing the global footprint of its well established brands, Starwood also launched its two newest brands, aloft and Element, during Mr. van Paasschen’s tenure. Prior to joining Starwood, Mr. van Paasschen, 48, served as President and CEO of Coors Brewing Company where he increased sales, volumes and profits, while successfully marketing an array of distinct brands. Before joining Coors in 2005, Mr. van Paasschen spent seven years at Nike, Inc. in a number of different global executive positions, ultimately overseeing Nike’s business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He also served as chairman and Nike representative to the European-American Industrial Council from 2001-2004. Prior to his tenure at Nike, Mr. van Paasschen spent two years as Vice President, Finance and Planning at Disney Consumer Products and earlier in his career was a management consultant for eight years at McKinsey & Company and the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. van Paasschen formerly served as a director on the Boards of Jones Apparel Group Inc. and Oakley Inc. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in economics and biology from Amherst College. An avid and accomplished runner, Mr. van Paasschen has completed 12 marathons including New York, London and Boston, as well as extreme running races including the RoParun Relay Race, Europe’s longest running relay, and the Pikes Peak Ascent, 13.4 miles and 6,000 vertical feet. Mr. van Paasschen is based in Starwood’s global headquarters in White Plains, NY and he and his family reside in Connecticut.

Mr. Jeff Moorad has been an Oakley director since December 2006. Mr. Moorad is part-owner and general partner of Major League Baseball's Arizona Diamondbacks. The Arizona Diamondbacks team is based in Phoenix, Arizona and competes in the West Division of the National League. Prior to joining the Diamondbacks' ownership group in 2004, Mr. Moorad served as president and chief executive officer of Moorad Sports Management, a company he founded in 1981 with a special emphasis on Major League Baseball . In 1985 he joined forces with Leigh Steinberg to form one of the most powerful partnerships in the history of sports representation, covering both Major League Baseball and the National Football League , including negotiating more than $3 billion in professional athlete contracts.

Mr. Mike Puntoriero has been an Oakley director since January 2005. Since May 2006 Mr. Puntoriero has served as chief financial officer for Avanir Pharmaceuticals. From July 2004 until March 2006, Mr. Puntoriero was Vice President of Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. and President of Fleetwood Vacation Club, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. From September 2003 until July 2004, Mr. Puntoriero did consulting work for various companies, including Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at First Consulting Group, Inc. from January 2003 to September 2003. Mr. Puntoriero's previous business experience also includes more than 23 years at Arthur Andersen LLP where he became the Audit Division Head in 1996 and Managing Partner in 2000 of Arthur Andersen's Orange County office.
