Bruce A. Karsh was designated as a member of our board of directors in March 2007. Mr. Karsh is President and co-founder of Oaktree Capital Management, LP. Mr. Karsh serves as portfolio manager for Oaktree s distressed debt and is actively involved in managing the firm. Prior to co-founding Oaktree, Mr. Karsh was a managing director of Trust Company of the West and its affiliate, TCW Asset Management Company (together, TCW ), and the portfolio manager of the Special Credits Funds for seven years. Before joining TCW, Mr. Karsh was an attorney with the law firm of O Melveny & Myers LLP. Mr. Karsh currently serves as a Trustee on the Duke University Board of Trustees and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Duke s investment management company. Mr. Karsh also serves on the boards of directors of Liberman Broadcasting, Inc. and LBI Media, Inc.

Mr. Bendikson is a senior vice president at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. where he focuses on executing and sourcing leveraged/management buyouts, expansion capital investments and corporate restructurings. He dedicates a significant portion of his time to the Healthcare, Gaming and Business Services sectors. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2005, Mr. Bendikson served as a Principal with Soros Fund Management's private equity affiliate. Before joining Soros in 1999, Mr. Bendikson was an investment banker within J.P. Morgan & Co.'s Mergers & Acquisitions department. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. degree cum laude in Economics and History from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Pursuant to a Governance and Standstill Agreement, Oaktree and MTS currently collectively have the right to designate three persons to our Board of Directors, and Mr. Bendikson is one of those designees.

Mr. Shackleton joined Oaktree's London office in 2004 after spending more than three years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in London, where he worked as an Executive in the Insurance and Investment Management Group. Mr Shackleton is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an honours graduate of the University of Oxford, England.

Mr. Yee joined Oaktree in 2004 following graduation from Columbia Business School, where he received his M.B.A. in Finance and Economics. Before attending graduate school, Mr. Yee spent five years at Stern Stewart & Co., a financial consulting firm, serving most recently as a Vice President for the West Coast Region. Prior to that, he was an Analyst in the Capital Markets Group at Salomon Brothers. Prior experience includes a consulting engagement with UBS Warburg and an internship at W.R. Huff Asset Management Co. Mr. Yee earned a B.A. degree in Economics and English from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Rosenberg joined Oaktree in 2004 following graduation from the University of Southern California, where he received his M.B.A. in Business Administration. Before attending graduate school, Mr. Rosenberg served as an Associate in the Franchise Systems Finance Group at JP Morgan. Prior experience includes internships at National Westminster Bank, Ernst & Young, LLP, and Kayne Anderson Private Investors. Mr. Rosenberg also holds an M.P.A. in Professional Accounting with a concentration in Finance and a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining Oaktree in 1995, Mr. Shirazi spent eight years at Citicorp in credit research. While at Citicorp, he was responsible for reviewing the credit quality of prospective borrowers and monitoring existing loans. Mr. Shirazi holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. Together with Francie Nelson, Mr. Shirazi currently serves as Co-Director of High Yield Research. Responsibilities for the position include assisting the Portfolio Manager with the research process as well as with certain personnel matters within the group. In addition, Mr. Shirazi has primary coverage of the automotive, airline and telecommunications industries.

Stephen A. Kaplan has served as a director of the Company since May 2001. Since 1995, Mr. Kaplan has been a principal and portfolio manager of Oaktree Capital Management, LLC, a private investment management firm, where he co-manages Oaktree's Principal Activities Group which invests in majority and significant minority positions in both private and public companies. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Kaplan was a Managing Director of Trust Company of the West. Prior to joining the Trust Company of the West, Mr. Kaplan was a partner of the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Kaplan currently serves as a director of Regal Entertainment Group, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Genco Shipping & Trading Limited, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and numerous private companies.

Simon P. James, age 42, has served as a director since August 11, 2008. Mr. James has been a consultant to Oaktree Capital Management, LLC, Principal Opportunities Funds since 2005. He is currently a board member of Wright Line Inc. and NorthShore Power Systems, private portfolio companies of Oaktree. From 1995 to 2004, Mr. James was an associate principal at McKinsey & Company, Inc. In 1994, Mr. James was a research assistant at Cambridge University in the Department of Applied Economics. Mr. James holds a B.A. in Natural Science and a PhD from Cambridge University.

Harry A. Perrin serves on our Board of Directors. Since 2001, Mr. Perrin has worked as an investment banker with Petrie Parkman & Co, an investment banking and financial advisory firm. Prior to joining Petrie Parkman, Mr. Perrin was a partner for ten years in the business finance and restructuring group for the Houston office of Weil Gotshal & Manges. Throughout his professional career he has been involved in a broad range of complex financial, legal and accounting matters including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, restructurings and recapitalizations, litigation, and private placements of debt and equity securities. Mr. Perrin received his BBA in Accounting with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1975 and received his J.D. with High Honors from the University of Houston in 1980. Mr. Perrin is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
