OAO Technology Solutions Inc.

Mr. Fuchs is president and CEO, and a director of OAO Technology Solutions, Inc (OAOT), a privately held global IT company that supports government and commercial customers worldwide. Previously, Mr. Fuchs served as a corporate officer of Northrop Grumman Corporation and was president of Northrop's Civilian Agencies Group and TASC, Inc. Prior to this he held various leadership positions at Rational Software, Oracle and Digital Equipment Corporation, and served as a Central Intelligence Agency Officer from 1987 to 1995. In 2002, he was nominated by the White House and received a federal appointment to the Board of Visitors, National Defense University (NDU) and in 2003 was named an NDU Distinguished Visiting Fellow. A published author and speaker, Mr. Fuchs is also a member of the CEO Panel for the Information Technology Association of America's (ITAA) Coalition for America's High Tech Future and served on the boards of AFCEA International, Millennium Bank, Roam Secure, Inc., Joint Military Intelligence College Foundation, Fairfax County Public Library Foundation, Tower Club, the LSU Department of Mechanical Engineering, the Potomac Officer's Club, the Northern Virginia Technology Council, and Pi Tau Sigma. He earned BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Louisiana State University and has completed numerous executive programs.

Chris M. Hazell, Chief Administrative Officer for OAO Technology Solutions, has global responsibility for all HR and administrative support functions, including employment and recruitment, benefits administration, compensation, labor relations, employee relations, corporate administration and facilities, information technology, and risk management. A key member of the Executive Management Team, she works closely with the CEO and other executive management team members to integrate these support functions within the business. Her teams provide support to the company through critical start-ups, due diligence activities, rapid growth, restructuring, and acquisitions. Chris joined OAOT in 1996 from OAO Corporation, the former parent company. During her 18-year career at OAO Corporation, she held increasing levels of management responsibility, including Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources and Administration with oversight responsibility of over 3,600 employees. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Bowie State University and is a Maryland-licensed agent for property/casualty and health and life insurance. Chris is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans.

J. Jeffrey Fox, Age 50. Mr. Fox has been a director of our Company and Chairman of Audit Committee of the Board of Directors since May 2004. Since February 1999, Mr. Fox has been the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of OAO Technology Solutions, Inc., an information technology, outsourcing and application software development business. From June 1997 to April 1999, Mr. Fox served as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Gateway Healthcare, Inc., a leveraged roll up of home healthcare providers. Mr. Fox is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Hubert M. Reid joined OAOT in December 2006 as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is a key member of the Executive Management Team and has overall responsibility for the financial and accounting matters related to the business. He has over 25 years experience in financial management.

David L. Rattner joined OAOT in June 2002 as General Counsel and Secretary for the company. He is responsible for overseeing all legal concerns for OAOT, specifically finance and regulatory matters, compliance issues, contract negotiations, international and corporate structure affairs, and merger and acquisition developments. David also serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors for OAOT. David began his career as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Washington, DC. He has since held the position of Senior Attorney at Caterair International Corporation in Bethesda, MD; Commercial Counsel at WorldCom, Inc. in Washington, DC; and, prior to joining OAOT, Vice President and General Counsel for SkyOnline, Inc. in McLean, VA. David earned his Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and graduated cum laude from University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania and District of Columbia Bar Associations.

Shirley Simkins is the Director of Human Resources for Virtual-Agent Services and has a strong background in outsourcing, the contact center industry, and communications. Shirley's past experiences at OAO Technology Solutions and Blue Cross Atlantic Canada provide her with the expertise to guide the Human Resources Department at VAS.

Tig H. Krekel is vice chairman of J.F. Lehman and has been with the firm since 2001. Previously, Krekel served as president and chief executive officer of Hughes Space and Communications and as president of Boeing Satellite Systems. Krekel spent five years as a naval officer holding various assignments, including nuclear engineering duty on the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise, and as an aide in the office of the Chief of Naval Operations at the Pentagon. Krekel graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelora s degree in mechanical engineering, and from the U.S. Naval Nuclear Power School as a licensed nuclear engineer. He also earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is currently a national trustee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
