Stephen D. Vermillion is Vice President of Government Affairs for ObjectVideo, overseeing interaction with the Congress, the White House, government agencies and cabinet departments. Mr. Vermillion has 20 years of experience working on national security issues, including 15 years in civil service and the past decade as Chief of Staff to a Member of Congress. Prior to joining ObjectVideo, Mr. Vermillion served as Chief of Staff to the Assistant Majority Whip, a senior member of both the influential Rules Committee and House Select Committee on Homeland Security. His ex perience on Capitol Hill also includes work as a Legislative Director and Press Secretary, and for both the current House Judiciary Committee Chairman and former Appropriations Committee Chairman. His core policy experience includes national security, defense, foreign policy, trade and technology transfer. A native Washingtonian, Mr. Vermillion received his B.A. from Loyola College in Maryland, an M.A. from the University of Miami Graduate School of International Studies, and a post-graduate diploma in national security studies from the U.S. Naval War College, College of Naval Command & Staff, in Newport, RI. Mr. Vermillion is also a Senior Fellow at the Stennis Center for Public Policy at the University of Mississippi. Mr. Vermillion is fluent in Spanish, having lived and attended school in Latin America for 6 years.

Paul Brewer is Co-Founder and Vice President of New Technology for ObjectVideo. He has spent 15 years in the area of new technology creation and currently leads ObjectVideo's Center for Video Understanding Excellence, a world-class computer vision research group whose innovations are at the core of ObjectVideo's products. Prior to co-founding ObjectVideo, Mr. Brewer managed advanced video technology efforts at Bell Atlantic working on its ground-breaking Video on Demand project. He later introduced streaming IP video and audio to the company for corporate uses and initiated a trial of streamed broadband content from Broadcast.com to DSL customers. Prior to Bell Atlantic, Mr. Brewer ran Night Vision Labs' efforts in the area of image and video compression. Mr. Brewer holds MSEE degrees and an MBA from George Washington University and the University of Maryland.

In December 1984, Mr. Hewitt founded Federal Sources, Inc. (FSI) as a market research and consulting firm focused on IT in federal and state government. The firm provides clients with market research, trend analysis, tracking of major government programs, opportunity identification, and training to assist clients with market expansion. In 1998, Mr. Hewitt sold FSI to Primedia Information, Inc. Prior to FSI, Mr. Hewitt was a Senior Vice President of Kentron, which was acquired by PRC. Before that, he held senior level positions at CSC, including President of the INFONET Government Systems Division and Vice President of Program Development of the Systems Group. Prior to that, Mr. Hewitt was with Boeing Computer Services for six years, where he started and subsequently managed its Federal government marketing operations. Mr. Hewitt received his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from North Carolina State University and his Masters of Business Administration from Long Island University. Mr. Hewitt served on Virginia's First Commission on Information Technology appointed by former Virginia Governor James S. Gilmore. He is a member of the following Boards of Directors: GTSI [GTSI], Halifax [HX], Sigaba and INPUT. He also serves on the Advisory Boards of Fortress Technologies, DSA, Sigma Federal and Information Technology Association of America (ITAA).
