Obsidian Enterprises, Inc. is a private holding company that invests in small and mid cap companies in basic industries such as manufacturing and transportation. Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, Obsidian Enterprises currently conducts business through four subsidiaries: Classic Manufacturing, Inc., a manufacturer of commercial, racing and recreational trailers; Pyramid Luxury Coach, Inc., a leading provider of corporate, team and day coach transportation; United Trailers, a manufacturer of steel-framed cargo, racing, ATV and specialty trailers; and U.S. Rubber Reclaiming, Inc., a butyl rubber reclaiming operation. Obsidian looks to acquire historically profitable, small and middle market companies that operate in niche markets of basic industries. Obsidian uses the same investment strategy that its management has previously employed successfully as private equity investors. Rick D. Snow was appointed to the Company's Board on November 10, 2008. Mr. Snow was appointed to fill a vacancy created when the Board of Directors of the Registrant increased the number of authorized directors from five (5) to six (6). Mr. Snow also serves as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. Mr. Snow, a CPA since 1987, is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Obsidian Enterprises and Fair Finance Company and oversees the financial management of the Company including financial reporting, systems implementation and strategic planning. His prior experiences include several years with both National and Regional accounting firms overseeing business and assurance services and business advisory services. Mr. Snow earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Prior to joining Obsidian, Mr. Osler served as Senior Vice President at Durham Whitesell & Associates, LLC, and Durham Capital Corporation. At Durham Whitesell, Mr. Osler was responsible for indentifying investment opportunities, including management of the due diligence process, and financial analysis and market research. Mr. Osler's responsibilities with Durham Capital Corporation include management of the firm's public equity portfolio, currently approaching $5 million. Previously, Mr. Osler served as the General Manager of Hilton Head National Golf Club where he was responsible for daily operations of the 27-hole resort facility, including a staff of 90 and a $5 million annual budget. In 1998 Mr. Osler oversaw all aspects of the expansion of the course from 18 to 27 holes.
