Anthony J. Rizzotte has been Ocean City Home Bank's Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer since 1991 and has over 25 years banking experience. Mr. Rizzotte has been a member of Rotary International for 24 years. He is a former president of both the Ocean City/Upper Township and Hammonton Rotary Clubs and has served in various officer capacities and on the board of directors for both clubs. Mr. Rizzotte is a graduate of LaSalle University and is a lifelong resident of Hammonton. He and his wife have three children.
Donald F. Morgenweck is a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ocean City Home Bank. Mr. Morgenweck has 32 years banking experience and has been with Ocean City Home Bank since 2001. Mr. Morgenweck is a member of the Atlantic County Library Advisory Commission and is on the Board of Directors of the Egg Harbor Township Education Foundation. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Albright College and an MBA from Monmouth University. Mr. Morgenweck lives in Egg Harbor Township with his wife and two children.
Janet Bossi is the Senior Vice President of Loan Administration at Ocean City Home Bank. Ms. Bossi has over 20 years banking experience and has been with Ocean City Home Bank since 1992. She sits on the Technology Committee for the America's Community Banker's Association and is on the Marketing Committee for the Ocean City Regional Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Bossi is a graduate of the National School of Banking Executive Program. Ms. Bossi has three children and lives with her husband in Vineland.
Kim M. Davidson is an Executive Vice President at Ocean City Home Bank. Ms. Davidson has been in the banking industry since 1978 and has been with Ocean City Home Bank since 1994. Ms. Davidson is a member of the board of directors for both the Ocean City Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Egg Harbor Regional Ralph Martin Education Foundation. She is also a member of the Ocean City Education Foundation. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Bloomsburg University and an MBA in Finance from Monmouth University. Ms. Davidson resides in Marmora with her husband.
Paul J. Esposito is the Senior Vice President of Operations, Compliance and Security at Ocean City Home Bank. Mr. Esposito has been with Ocean City Home Bank since 1993 and has over 30 years banking experience. He is a graduate of the BAI Graduate School of Bank Operations and Technology. Mr. Esposito received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wilmington College and is a lifelong resident of Hammonton where he lives with his wife.
Robert A. Previti is the Superintendent of Schools for Brigantine Public School district and previously worked in various capacities for the Atlantic City Board of Education for almost 20 years. He earned a Doctorate Degree from Widener University in Administrative Leadership, holds M.A. degrees in Secondary School Administration and Student Personnel Services from Rowan University and a B.A. degree in Psychology from Richard Stockton State College. Dr. Previti has taken an active role throughout his career in improving the quality of education provided to our area school children through involvement in various district, county and state educational and policy driven initiatives. Dr. Previti resides in Linwood with his wife Ingrid, and their two children.
Chris Ford was a stand-out basketball player at Holy Spirit High School in Absecon, New Jersey from 1964 through 1968. After high school, he continued his basketball career at Villanova University where he helped Villanova advance to the 1971 NCAA championship game against UCLA. He graduated from Villanova in 1972 with a degree in business and was later named to the schools' Wildcats Hall of Fame. Mr. Ford has over 28-years experience in the NBA - 10 years as a player, nine years as a head coach and eight as an assistant coach. During his NBA career, Ford has earned three NBA Championship rings - one as a player (Boston, 1981) and two as an assistant coach, (Boston, 1984 and 1986). Chris Ford is a resident of Margate, New Jersey. He and his wife, Kathy, have four children.
Frederick Dalzell, M.D. is an Orthopaedic Surgeon affiliated with Atlantic City Medical Center, Bacharach Institute of Rehabilitation, Shore Memorial Hospital and Hahnemann University Hospital. Dr. Dalzell's educational background includes an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and medical studies at Jefferson Medical College, Yale Medical Center and Newington's Children's Hospital. Dr. Dalzell has served as the Vice President of the Linwood Board of Education and is the past President of the New Jersey Orthopaedic Society. He resides in Linwood with his wife, Jane, and their five daughters.
John Van Duyne is the owner of Van Duyne Builders. He is a general contractor in the South Jersey area. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree at Marietta College. Mr. Van Duyne is presently on the Ventnor City Planning Board as well as the Ventnor City Board of Recreation. He is on the Construction Board of Appeals for the City of Margate and is a coach in the Ventnor Baseball League. In 1997, Mr. Van Duyne was awarded Coach of the Year by the A.C. South Shore Baseball League and also in 1997, the Van Duynes received Family of the Year Award from the Atlantic County Service Association. John and Ellen Van Duyne reside in Ventnor, NJ and have three daughters.
Sam Young is the President of Tilton Fitness Management, which develops, owns and operates commercial and hospital-affiliated health and fitness clubs. Sam holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Richmond and a Post-Baccalaureate degree in Accounting from the University of Florida. He served eight years on active duty in the United States Navy and was recently selected for promotion to the rank of Captain in the Naval Reserve. He recently completed five months of active duty overseas in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Young supports the local business community through involvement in various civic activities. He is on the Executive Committee of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, served as President of the Somers Point Rotary Club and as the Co-Chairperson of the American Heart Association Atlantic/Cape May County Walkathon. Sam resides in Linwood with his wife Melissa, and their four daughters.
Sylva Bertini is the first woman to serve on the Ocean City Home Bank Board of Directors. She officially retired from her position of Vice President of IRA Administration and Private Banking in February 2000. Ms. Bertini was a dedicated employee of the bank for 21 years. She was born in Italy and studied at Rowan University and Cumberland County College following her emigration to the United States after World War II. She was the co owner and operator of J&B delicatessen in Vineland and of J&B delicatessen, summer business, in Ocean City for 20 years. Ms. Bertini is an Eucharistic Minister at Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish in Ocean City and for the sick at Shore Memorial Hospital. She is a trustee for the Friends of the Ocean City Pops, Inc., a member of the Ocean City Food Bank and the treasurer for the Ocean City Historical Museum, Inc. Ms. Bertini resides in Ocean City with her husband, Marino. The couple has three daughters.
