Odyssey Investment Partners LLC

Mr. Kwait is one of the founders of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC and was a principal in the private equity investing group of Odyssey Partners from 1989 to 1997. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Wastequip, Inc., Pro Mach, Inc. and Norcross Safety Products, LLC. Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Kwait was at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. from 1988 to 1989, where he was an associate in the Corporate Finance Group and worked on various debt and equity financings and restructurings in a variety of industries, including industrial manufacturing, business services and retail services. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Kwait was a CPA and senior accountant at Ernst & Whinney. A native of Ohio, Mr. Kwait is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Moore joined Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC in 2003 as an Associate. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Moore was an analyst at Salomon Smith Barney where he spent time in both the Financial Sponsors Group focusing on financings and advisory services and the Consumer/Retail Group concentrating primarily on mergers and acquisitions. A native of Michigan, Mr. Moore received his BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mirza is one of the founders of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC and was a principal in the private equity investing group of Odyssey Partners from 1993 to 1997. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Aviation Technologies, Inc., Dresser, Inc., United Site Services, Inc., Neff Corp, Norcross Safety Products, LLC., and Tri-Star Electronics, Inc. Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Mirza was head of the merchant banking group at GE Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for the company's cash flow lending and investing activities. Under Mr. Mirza, GE Capital's merchant banking portfolio managed over 75 investments representing several billion dollars. He had direct involvement and responsibility for a wide range of investments in various industries including retail, industrial manufacturing, business services and apparel. Mr. Mirza spent five years at Marine Midland Bank (1983 - 1988) and was a member of the bank's first LBO finance group. A native of Pakistan, Mr. Mirza is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and received his MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Mr. Rotatori joined Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC in 1998 as a Principal and was promoted to Managing Principal in 2003. Mr. Rotatori currently serves on the Board of Dayton Superior Corporation and York Insurance Services Group, Inc. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rotatori was a partner at Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a New York-based private equity investment firm where he was responsible for a variety of acquisitions and financing transactions. From 1987 to 1995, Mr. Rotatori was at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance groups and focused primarily on the general industrial and business and financial services sectors. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Rotatori was a senior consultant in the Andersen Consulting Group of Arthur Andersen & Co. A native of Ohio, Mr. Rotatori is a graduate of Bucknell University and received his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Aikman joined Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC in 2002 as an Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2006. Mr. Aikman currently serves on the Board of Evergreen Tank Solutions Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Aikman was an analyst at UBS Warburg in the Financial Sponsors Group, where he participated in a wide variety of transactions involving private equity clients. A native of Texas, Mr. Aikman received his BA in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans. Mr. Aikman is a member of our Los Angeles office.
