Mr. Kwait is one of the founders of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC and was a principal in the private equity investing group of Odyssey Partners from 1989 to 1997. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Wastequip, Inc., Pro Mach, Inc. and Norcross Safety Products, LLC. Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Kwait was at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. from 1988 to 1989, where he was an associate in the Corporate Finance Group and worked on various debt and equity financings and restructurings in a variety of industries, including industrial manufacturing, business services and retail services. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Kwait was a CPA and senior accountant at Ernst & Whinney. Mr. Mirza is one of the founders of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC and was a principal in the private equity investing group of Odyssey Partners from 1993 to 1997. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Aviation Technologies, Inc., Dresser, Inc., United Site Services, Inc., Neff Corp, Norcross Safety Products, LLC., and Tri-Star Electronics, Inc. Mr. Rotatori joined Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC in 1998 as a Principal and was promoted to Managing Principal in 2003.
